Sherry is great and trusted person. Not only that she is our realtor but now she is our friend. We build that relationship. As a new home buyer, we sure did learn a lot from her.She points out small details that new buyers dont usually pay attention to, and big details that need attention before buying a house.She explains every document that we need to sign and walks us through when we are in doubt. She answers our questions and never leaves us hanging.She went above and beyond to make sure we got the house we wanted, and she was truly exceptional! We are very grateful for her.

I am happy to report that my Auburn home sold in less than 3 days thanks to the professional expertise of my realtor, Sherry Sabbah, of Wesley & Associates. Because of a recent death in my family, I needed not only guidance, but also empathy. Sherry fit the bill. Sherry was available 24/7, to answer questions and offer guidance in person or on the phone. I absolutely followed Sherry’s decorating expertise and general suggestions to ready my home for sale. Sherry also chose a skillful photographer who took the most amazing photos of my home.While all the happenings of selling my home, I was also trying to find a new home out of California. This is the third real estate transaction Sherry has handled for us. Real estate transactions can be frustrating at times but with Sherry in charge, you can rest assured that situations will get handled correctly. Thanks to Sherry’s negotiating skills and knowledge, we were able to sell our home for 20k over listing price with multiple offers. Her presentation of the house in pictures and comments were a real plus. After acceptance of the offer, Sherry made sure that communications between her and the buyer’s agent were timely to insure a smooth transaction. Even her relationship with the title company helped the process. We are moving out of state and our only regret was not being able to use Sherry in the purchase of our new home. Obviously, we would highly recommend Sherry whether you are buying or selling.

She takes the time to really know and understand her clients.When we met Sherry years ago our first intention was to move within Placer or Eldorado country. Highly recommend Sherry! She did such a good job helping me out with my house. Im a first time home buyer and work many hours out of town but Sherry did a great job keeping me updated while going to see houses for me, taking videos, and educating me throughout the process. I couldnt have done it without her.

Sherry Is a trustworthy, down-to-earth, professional, go-getter! It is hard to find an honest, hardworking person, willing to help for as long as it takes to get the job done, who sets a high bar and works towards her goal relentlessly. Sherry was there for us through every situation we had to deal with for the sale of our home (AND she handled the pursuit and purchase of our new land), she was always available, returning calls and texts ASAP!!I cannot say enough great things about Sherry! She’s one of those rare people that could be running a big corporation and chooses to share her talents doing a job she loves. She is excellence-oriented!Our journey first started with the sale of our home. We were in a panic on how to take 12 years of living on 8 acres, with fruit trees, a huge garden, and not thinking we would ever want to sell our house! What to do first?!?! Sherry helped us buy a new house in Loomis and sell our old house in Roseville this summer. She was extremely attentive and always made herself available. She made you feel as if you were her only client throughout the several month process. She responded quickly to messages and always followed up. Ive worked with other realtors in the past that did not handle themselves as professionally as Sherry. Sherry showed up to every inspection and gave her advice throughout the process. So incredibly satisfied with Sherry Sabbah! She is incredible inside and out! We couldnt be more thankful to have had her save us in this market. She jumped right in when we had limited time left to purchase our first home (due to having a very non involved agent to begin with). We are forever greatful for all of her knowledge and involvement.
