Very welcoming. It was excellent scheduling the appointment. They made it as fast as possible. Finding the room was very easy. Staff were so nice and welcoming. I got a bunch of advice to avoid ear problems, things my regular doctors would have never told me. It was fast and easy going for my little daughter.

Such a great location. I brought my grandmother and they made sure to address and speak to her since she is the client, and in her language, but also allowed to me to be with her for comfort. She gets nervous with any kind of medical appointment, but they really made an effort to make sure she felt confortable and informing her on what was being done every step of the way.

I loved the Care and attention me and my child received. The staff was welcoming from the moment we walked in. All my questions and concerns were addressed and taken very seriously. The energy the staff had with my daughter was amazing. She spoke at her level, was encouraging and made the testing fun and easy for her. While making sure I understand everything going on. The women who answers the phone was absolutely rude. She took things very personal. when she was trying to charge me a no show fee when I was not a no show. My insurance keeps referring me here and they told me they are not allowed to charge me a fee when my child has medical as insurance. I let her know that I also work in customer and the way she conducting herself was inappropriate and she is taking the conversation too personal I asked to talk to the manager and she told me their isn’t one and she was the only one. She then hung up on me. Since the beginning to get a appointment it was a hassle it me over two weeks to get someone on the phone and when I do this women has been absolutely rude. And this is where I am supposed to take my child. Wow. I can’t even believe I am even experiencing this type of service. I’m sure the doctor is great but if this is who you have answering your phone it will reflect on the business. This was an awful experience!

This place is great if you are looking to take your kids to get their hearing checked: and general health of their ears. They are very respectful and informative. The doctor is very patient with my son and talks to him with a lot respect and kindness. He doesn’t talk down to him because he’s a child, he pays attention to his interests during conversation. It can freak out a child with all the gadgets being put in their ears the doctor has his method to calm a child down to make sure everything goes smoothly. And the staff are very nice and respectful, the ladies are happy to give information when needed and offer resources as well. Overall great place.

Thank God for the work these people do. I thought I was going def at the age of 43 because my hearing has been getting worse since the age of 35. So I made it an annual thing to get my ears cleaned. This year it was worse than usual so thankfully they knew all the tricks to clean up a clogged ear. Some of us are prone to hard ear wax and their help really allowed me to hear better and I’m relieved that I’m not going def. Thanks again

I’ve been coming here since 6th grade and the staff are super friendly and outgoing, especially Dr. Godinez. He was so informative and managed to answer our questions honestly and as detailed as possible. Even our conversations were enjoyable. It felt like I just made a new friend. I am currently in 12th grade and been having the same great experience. Offices are very clean and well handled. Definitely recommend this ear clinic.

I accompanied my dad to his hearing test and everyone was incredibly professional and friendly. He said he has felt comfortable with the appointment since they first called him and looks forward to continue working with them.**Update**We were told he would get a call back to let him know the next steps. He never did. I called multiple times and left messages, but no one called me back. My dad even went to the office and the refused to see him since he didn’t have an appt, but it was catch 22, since no one returns messages.Anyway, we went to Costco and my dad got really good hearing aid for a lot less than he would have paid here.

As no one answers the phone, I went in person to schedule a hearing test. I received a lecture from Anna about how I would need to leave a copy of my medical card with them to check eligibility or go somewhere else for my hearing test. I gave them my insurance card to copy and Anna told me she would call me the next day; ; she didnt. I called back several days later, and received a second lecture from Anna about them needing to check my eligibility or I could go elsewhere. Anna told me she would call me back after lunch; she didnt. After calling the office 3 times without anyone answering the phone, I received the text message Patients responsibility to contact his/her insurance to verify coverage. I texted back Am I to understand that after providing my insurance info, it is my job to check eligibility, and this doctors office only communicates via texting? Anna called me, lectured me for the 3rd time, told me that she has no way of verifying my coverage, and then asked if I wanted to seen there or go elsewhere. I choose elsewhere.

If your thinking about getting your ears cleaned and checked out then you really should, I did with Dr. Godinez. I already did the grunt work for you and found his clinic through research and reviews. I called and was able to make an appointment for the same day so call early like I did. Once I arrived his staff was very helpful and friendly and got me through the process easily and quickly. Anna his assistant was comforting and explained the process before they began. I don’t have insurance so they gave me a great deal out of pocket which I appreciated greatly. They are the best team in the Los Angeles county go see for yourself!

This was my first time visiting this office and being one of Dr. Godinez patients. The entire experience was very easy and straightforward. The doctor and his staff were very attentive to my specific needs, and were great at communicating what I should expect. The doctor had a very warm personality which helped make the experience very easy and low stress. I felt listened to and respected, which something I really value from medical professionals. I had ear cleaning procedure and it was painless and the process was thoroughly explained to me before beginning, which made me very comfortable. I plan to return to be fitted for some musicians ear plugs soon. I think anyone with kids will appreciate the doctors approach and care.

Tinnitus is an extremely frustrating, scary and lonely condition. ESPECIALLY when Music is what you do for a living.I started suffering from a sudden onset of tinnitus a little over last month ago and all the other Dr.s could say was “hard to say”. I was terrified of it getting worse and I thought I had to give up my beloved scoring job!Today, I had the BIGGEST relief ever when I was visited here.The staff was very timely and courteous. They really wanted to know what was wrong with me and took a thorough history of my symptoms.Dr. Godinez was very attentive and precise in his explanations and always made sure that my questions were addressed thoroughly.I came in for a consultation (they were even able to squeeze me in last minute thankfully!!) and was able to do two important tests right there and then. I left the office with actual results and a treatment that was tailored to my needs.I can’t begin to express how thankful I am to Dr. Godinez and the staff.If you are a musician/composer/audio engineer and are struggling with your ears OR want to invest in effective hearing protection devices, please look no further and get seen here!I now have strategies and a treatment I can try and, most of all, I can keep making Music.Went in today (my birthday!) and truly I couldn’t have hoped for a better gift.Grazie! :)

I am very impressed upon first entering this office. Firstly, it’s very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. Anna explained about the wax buildup and how I cannot use q tips. Highly recommend! Made two appointments (for myself and a family member) for a general ear check. Our practitioner had a great bedside manner and explained everything to us clearly. They even pointed out that if we werent having any specific problems we didnt need a check up (in an effort to save us money). We opted to get checked anyway (since we hadnt seen an ear doctor in decades!). They checked our hearing and did a visual exam of our ears. They showed us the inside of our ears with a tiny camera to let us know all looked healthy. They also taught us how to clean our ears safely (do NOT use Q-tips!!!). I highly recommend.

Nothing happened after the visit but wasting almost a year of time and we are still waiting to get the hearing aid which already been approved. They wont answer correctly and you need to figure it out for every single steps that you need to make to get the hearing aid and at the end of the day, they wont do it. Im waiting for their call since May just to schedule an appointment after I provide the authorization number.Doctor is really cool guy BUT you need the service which you cant get it here.

Thanks to Dr, and his staff for the reassurance of what was wrong with my ear. I went to urgent care twice and they did not tell me anything but I have an infection. I was given ear drop and then they flushed me . The urgent care did not advise me that I need to keep my ear dry . Dr was able to tell me what type of infection I have and I was even able to see the infection with the camera . I now know what I need to do to get rid of my infection and then keep it dry after . I recently came to this clinic because I was having ear pain. I called the office and I spoke to Anna. She listened to my problem and she suggested I see the doctor for a consultation. It turned out to be a cotton tip. He removed it and after a few days my pain was gone. Highly recommend to anyone

The office staff is very efficient and friendly. I also had no wait time and they saw me immediately. My experience here has been very positive and enjoyable.

Let me start by saying Im in pain and suffering. I showed up early to my appointment. I let the girl know on the phone I dont live close by (45 miles). She said my insurance was not active I called and had it fixed. She wanted to charge me to charge me $125.00 for a consultation and $275.00 for a hearing test. No thanks, what a waste of time.
