I recently purchased a new vehicle, and it had a funky smell inside. I called Sheltons Mobile Detailing and they responded immediately. They scheduled a complete detail for the following afternoon. They were incredibly punctual, and communicative. When they showed up, they got to work, completely shampooed the interior, and polished the exterior. This is one of the best detailing services in the Inland Empire. If you want your car to look and smell like you just got it off the car lot I highly recommend you make an appointment. Terrible terrible first impressions I scheduled an appointment for sat 10/28 at 10 am at 9:54 I get a text saying they were a technician short and if they could reschedule with a discount of $30 I said thats unfortunate but sure how about the following day 10/29 at 9am? They said yes...okay 9am rolls around and nobody I call the number on the website they dont pick up 30 mins go by and they still dont show up. They never showed up no communication no nothing so disappointed and what a let down for trying a full car detail for the first time. Do better yeahh?

I had two cars fully detailed done by Brandon. He worked on both cars for about 3 hours each and did an amazing job!! I did notice that the trunks weren’t cleaned so I called the next day and asked if the trunks were included with interior. Unfortunately, it’s not but they had no problem coming back the very next morning to accommodate me. They are very much focused on customer service. Brandon was kind, hardworking and did an excellent job! Thank you!!

I received a used car and the interior was badly neglected over the years with stains, dirt, trash, pet hair, etc. The technician Mike did an incredible job; the difference was night and day. Its like a completely different car! As for the exterior I had considered it beyond help, but he made it shine. Everyone from the company I interacted with was very friendly. He never even showed up…TWICE! On 5/27, the owner said the technician would be coming on 5/28 at 8 am. Nobody showed up on 5/28.We called the owner and made a new appointment on 6/1. The technician was supposed to clean two vehicles but only did half of one and then said there was a misunderstanding regarding what the service would be, and he left. We called the owner again and scheduled a new appointment on 6/2. Again, nobody showed up on 6/2!We dont like to receive any free service. We told them to complete the job and then we will pay the price we decided, but we do acknowledge that he performed only partial work on one car and did not charge us anything for that, but from our point of view, this cars cleaning is not complete and we will have to take it somewhere to be cleaned and they will be charging for a full cleaning. What he did does not help us much, but we appreciate it. We understand that he has the right to refuse service to anyone, but we do not appreciate making appointments and then not showing up to them.We know time is very valuable for us, and Im sure it is very valuable to him as well. We will end this conversation on a good note and find someone who will show up to appointments.

Sheltons mobile detailing is top of the line. There are multiple detailers around obviously, but I support sheltons. I took my 2016 lexus IS for a full detail and I was very impressed.
