I was introduced to Tiam by a family friend and he helped me tremendously with an investment property. Tiam was able to get me a better rate than most brokers which was icing on the cake, but I really appreciated how easy and professional he was throughout this whole process. I found myself overwhelmed with the process of refinancing my property, so coming across Tiam and his team at Shawbrook Capital was truly a godsend. He really broke down the entire process in the simplest of terms in a way that anyone could understand. What I appreciated the most, however, was that I never felt any pressure to work with him. Rather, I felt that Tiam was more interested in making sure that I had the information that I needed to make my decisions on my own, even if that meant taking my business elsewhere. Luckily, I decided to move forward with Tiam and I could not be happier with my decision. I would definitely recommend their a services.

If there is one thing I can say about Tim at Shawbrook is that communication is everything for him. Hes never hard to reach and I think that is really important in this day and age! I need a quick short term 2nd on one of my investment properties so that I could use the funds on another and all I have to say is that is Tim came through. The process was relatively painless, he provided a nice clean checklist of docs he needed and reached out every promptly if something was needed.All I can say is give Shawbrook a chance and you wont be disappointed!
