Shaw Energy Consult (Jordan Shaw) is always responsive and is sure to address all questions and concerns in a timely manner. SEC is extremely customer service minded and they keep the customers well informed throughout the solar projects and continue being helpful long after the project completion.For new solar, you won’t do better than SEC for price, quality, service or honesty.I have done extensive research on several solar companies before I chose Shaw Energy and now I really can’t imagine why anyone would choose any other company. Do your homework and then give SCE a call. Best choice you’ll ever make for solar power.

Owning a business in the environmentally green arena we were always considering solar but with so many companies we really didn’t know where to even start. Jordan Shaw basically held our hand through the process from start to finish. Highly recommend Jordan as your solar Czar!

Shaw Energy Consulting LLC was AWESOME!! Jordan promptly responded to our inquiry and set-up an in-person meeting to explain solar and answer any questions we had. He really wanted us to understand all about solar, not just sell us a system. Jordan also encouraged us to get other bids, which we had already done. After meeting with him, we knew he was the right person to help us with our solar project. The design, planning, permitting, HOA approval and installation went seamlessly. Jordan was there through every step and available by phone/text constantly. Within a couple of weeks of the install, we had out Permission to Operate and were reaping the benefits of our new system. Our last bill was about $34 (SCE connection fee only), down from $221 the previous December. Again, if you are looking at putting solar on your home, we would definitely recommend Shaw Energy Consulting LLC!

We’d been researching residential solar for years and were so put off by the scare stories we heard from others based on their experiences. Systems priced way high, getting jerked around on scheduling, systems not being turned on correctly for months, systems that were under-powered for the home. Not to mention all the hard-selling salespeople who refused to discuss anything outside of an in-home “consultation”.Last spring, with electric rates getting so high and time running out on the NEM 2.0 plan, we got a recommendation from a trusted friend who told us about Jordan Shaw. We called Jordan and found him to be very professional and friendly. When I resisted the in-home sales meeting, he suggested a remote meeting, which we scheduled. His presentation was very complete and he was able to answer all our questions. Since he had our electric bill, he was able to calculate our needs, as well as take into consideration future needs, such as addition of a pool heater and EV.Shaw’s estimate was very competitive with most of the others we had received and better than the rest. He worked to set an install date that best fit our schedule and assigned a project manager who saw us through every little detail and kept the lines of communication open. The installation took a couple of days, including dismantling of a thermal pool heater. The installers were also very professional and friendly and kept us informed about their progress. They left the work space as neat as they found it. They even send one of their reps to your house to meet the city inspector for the final inspection to make sure everything goes well.I can’t believe we dreaded this project for years, anticipating all the kinds of problems we had heard about from others. But our solar project could not have gone more smoothly, thanks to Jordan and his crew! Our solar project was a trouble-free experience and we’re grateful to have gotten connected with Jordan Shaw and his team!

I had my Solar System installed by Powur a little over a year ago, and I am very satisfied with the pricing, quality of equipment and installation. I had an incredible experience with Shaw Energy Consulting LLC, Jordan worked with us to figure out how many panels we needed and kept us informed and answered any and all of our questions in a timely manner. Jordan Shaw is very Knowledgeable, professional, courteous and friendly. The work was done without any hiccups, Jordan helped us save money on our energy bill, I have and will continue to recommend his company to anyone who wants excellent service and a sure understanding of Solar.

Let me start by saying I was the biggest sceptic and critic on Solar there is. I had 3 solar consultations and literally was going to throw in the towel before met Jordan. He provided realistic and honest information about solar, was patient with me, answered every question redundant or not, and ensured my system met my wants rather than need. I’m going on three full months of credits with Edison and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you jordan!

I have a 6.4 KW solar system and Shaw Energy Consulting helped me to understand my home power generation and consumption patterns to best conceptually design and deliver a Tesla Wall backup strategy. He pointed me to an excellent company for detailed design and deployment and my 2 battery system is running like a charm. This is important as I have a daughter with significant medical issues where we couldnt stand a sustained power outage. The added benefit is a significantly reduced monthly electrical bills (already cheap with solar :-). Jordan coached me through the process and helped to make it real. Definitely would work with him again.

We have had the BEST experience with Shaw Energy Consulting LLC from the initial estimate and throughout the process. Their excellent customer service is very different from our experience with the other company we have to deal with for the solar panels that came with the house. We highly recommend them!

Great service, honest and always available to answer questions. I put those qualities because I feel that they are really important when making the decision to purchase solar. Jordan made himself available and never made us feel like we were asking bad questions.Prior to working with Jordan we had 12 panels that we purchased with our home. We noticed they weren’t saving us money like we wanted and we knew that the cost of energy was on the rise. We figured each year would get a little more expensive. We looked into a few companies, but Jordan found us the better deal.When the installation day came we had a few issues with piping placement, but Jordan was on it and it was fixed immediately. After that everything went pretty smoothly and our additional panels are up and running. We’re saving a ton of money now on electricity!!!I have recommended Shaw Energy Consulting to all my friends and family!! If you’re going solar give Jordan a call!! You won’t regret it!!
