After thinking about hiring a trainer for years, I decided to just meet with Destiny. After a quick consultation I decided I wanted to work with her. Her warm, inviting and positive personality makes it incredibly easy to work with her. She’s flexible with my schedule and incredibly knowledgeable. Joel is also amazing. He’s incredibly easy to talk to and tailors workouts specifically for your trouble areas. I actually look forward to going to the gym now. I have seen amazing results in the five months I’ve been working with them. I can’t recommend them enough!

I came to Destiny, because I was in a car accident, 2 years ago. I had several herniated disc’s and I was no longer able to do exercises that I was previously able to do. I loved lifting weights and found myself depressed that I could no longer do what I enjoyed. It took months of rehab and acupuncture to finally be somewhat functional. I started using the peloton bike, which I love, but it’s not going to give me the results and flexibility I need. So, I ventured out and found Destiny. I’ve been with her for about 10-12 sessions and OMG what a difference. I was very tight everywhere and on session 3 I felt like a different person. I could twist, my shoulders are relaxing, I’m more aware of my breathing. I’m just so so very happy I found her. Life changing!!! I just love her positive vibes and thankful that I found her.

Destiny is not only an amazing trainer but she is also one of the kindest and most genuine person I know. I found her on Yelp and after meeting her person, I knew she was the right person to help me in my fitness journey. She set goals and developed a personalized exercise plan for my needs and to reach my goals. She is encouraging and supportive yet kindly pushes me to do my best. Because of Destiny, my health is back on track. She truly is about health and fitness! I am blessed to have found her.

Destiny is the best. Works with your schedule. Great attitude. Works with your injuries. I still get a great workout with all my injuries. She really knows her stuff and is a pleasure to be around. She also knows her stuff.

It’s been a really great journey and Destiny is really awesome! I did training with Destiny for so long now and it has been incredible. She is with you on your side 100% of the time and wants nothing but the best for you. She is really helpful. I was also lucky enough to go to Camp Shape last summer and it was very memorable. They taught us so much about nutrition, different working out styles and how to get in touch with your inner self. Very motivating.

Destiny is so knowledgeable and fun to work out with! She has changed my view on my food intake and how to use it to better my body and make me feel amazing by eating cleaner. I also needed help with my workouts and relationship to using weights and machines, I am so much more comfortable and have fun doing so now!By far the best experience I have ever had. She is so wonderful, approachable and makes me look forward to our workouts!! That’s saying a lot! Please check her out- you won’t regret it!

Destiny Owen and her team are the best health professionals I’ve ever had the opportunity to work with. Destiny tailor for a program for me that not Only included physical therapy, flexibility training, access to a Nutritionist, and also helped my weight loss journey with a customized meal plan and online training resources. I’ve experienced great pain relief and the strength training combination has left me feeling better than ever. I highly recommend her health and wellness services!

Destiny is knowledgeable, flexible, experienced, energetic, motivational, very professional & with the biggest heart for each and everyone of her clients. So patient as a personal trainer, she takes the time to get to know each person to design the best workout routine for her client.I have being practicing Yoga 🧘‍♀️ with Destiny for over a year now. I am blessed to have crossed paths with her in the universe 🙏She has helped me in so many aspects of my life. I have a better posture, weight loss is a plus, have better body flexibility (before I couldnt kneel, something I am able to do now) & varicose veins are less visible due to better blood circulation overall 😀Thank you 🙏 Destiny for being by my side 100% of the time. For the longest time I had a hard time finding a personal trainer that was well versed/knowledgeable, motivating and had access to helpful equipment... Destiny is exactly that person and more! She’s been so helpful, always teaching me something new and keeping me on my toes while pushing me at a rate that is difficult, but still doable.In the past I’d plateau with working out because my joints would start to hurt from doing exercises incorrectly. Now I can do more than I’ve imagined while feeling confident in my movements being that Destiny is constantly making sure my body positions and movements are done correctly.Along with that, she is always making sure that my mind/heart are also in a healthy place and I couldn’t be more appreciative. We cover even more than these things, she’s great at covering all the necessities! I’ve grown so much in just the little time that I’ve know her so I highly recommend working with Destiny if you’re looking to become a healthier person in many aspects!

Let me begin by saying that I have been mislead and disappointed by trainers who use cookie cutter diet plans for everyone they encounter. Destiny is completely different, she listens and asks detailed questions to get a full picture of the individual you are and what your specific needs are. She then makes a plan specifically for you.You would think that would be it but no, shes available to answer questions, makes adjustments, and give advice whenever you need it. You may think thats it but no, her greatest asset is her energy and her ability to connect with you intuitively. She instills confidence and keeps you encouraged. With her you will achieve your goals. I hit mine, you will hit yours too
