Found them as a referral from a friend. Couldn’t see how good the software was since a billing issue on their end blocked access. They initially charged my account as agreed then charged 3 more times in the same month right after. I blocked the next charges to prevent more. When I contacted them the billing person said they would check on the error and they never replied back: all the while I am locked out for non payment… They were overpaid and I never got to use the product. Stay away!
Spoke with Mike. He was amazing. I was on the fence of cancelling the service ONLY because I am old school and was overwhelmed. He walked me thru EVERYTHING. I made some checkmarks where I shouldnt of and was charged more a few months back. He is going to manager for that credit (stay tuned). This guy took probably 1 hr with me, on the phone and was a saint. He is an amazing asset to SHAPE. As far as the program - it is great. I know it is. I just have to get over the fear and learn it BUT I am confident it will work. THANK YOU MIKE. Shape give him a raise - he saved you a client :-)

I can easily track my pipeline, sales volume, and market to current and prospective clients. Shape is a must for any originator!
Easy to use, great customer service and an amazing marketing and sales platform. Ever since switching to Shape our company has grown tremendously. They offer tons of marketing and have plenty of integrations that make it easier for myself and other users to afford and use. I can’t think of any negatives about shape. I definitely would recommend Shape for any an all Loan officers, Sales team marketing teams etc c.
This software is user-friendly and easy to follow. Shape helps STAY organized and focused on selling and making money. I love the automated follow up system and the details so we dont lose out on any opportunities. This system guides you to stay in front of potential clients, to which we all know proper communication is KEY to acquiring new clients. Highly recommend Shape for any Mortgage Business that doesnt use this CRM. I have used other CRM/POS software, Shape is second to none. (you will see!!)
This is a great and user friendly mortgage software system.Pros: Easy to find what you’re looking for with the search and side Bar feature. Built in email portal. Phone and texting is easy to use and the design is better than any other mortgage software system out there in the market.Cons: None. Haven’t explored all the features yet but have not found anything negative about the software so far. Texting templates can be easy to setup but needs to be customize to get them personalized.Overall, great way for processing loans. CRM tools are easy to use, and the LOS and other integrations help to automate a lot of processes. Loan originating is a lot easier with all of the built-in features.
Great software for contact management and prospecting. The notes features are easy to use, our e-mail campaigns and text campaigns have gotten MUCH better since we started using them. Seems like new features are rolled out all the time and thankfully we get to use them all! Just started using the target marketing feature and love it.
Their technical support is what brings this to a 1 star. To get any real help with someone that know what theyre doing you have to reach out to the engineering team for a $250 hr. charge. The system is an all in one but very complex when adding or creating campaigns.
Shape CRM is very simple to learn and get using quickly. For most companies with 1-10 sales people it will have all the tools you need to connect your sales and marketing teams and manage leads, deals and pipelines.
Shape CRM gave me additional capabilities to better keep and manage my customer data. With the tools it provides, I am able to track my sales team, visualize my future sales volume and make decisions based on real data.
I love Shape! My company would be lost without them! My sales have increased over 26% using their pre made drip campaigns and AI lead management

The Quickbooks integration and dashboard make managing everything so much easier. We manage our commercial real estate properties and tenants with Shape and it’s worked great.
Overpriced CRM! I would run far away from this company. There are better CRM for the fraction of the cost and are easier to use. I hope you dont have to learn the hard way!

We have been with them for a few years, and they just keep growing and adding more capabilities to help our business grow. We are a pretty tech savvy mortgage company, and we had tried a few other CRMs in the past and none can compare. The automation options are nearly limitless, a must have for a company needing to market to a large database. Customer service is always quick to respond, thorough, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure you are getting the most out of the product. We work closely with Dani D. a lot, and she is so knowledgeable and fun to work with. If youve been on the fence- pull that other leg over and step on to where the grass is actually greener.

As an insurance agent, there has been nothing like it... until now. Shape took everything I loved about it and improved upon it. Their team is responsive, theyre continuously building and developing the platform, and theyre open to working with you to achieve your goals. Shape Software along with Dani and her team have been exceptional to work with. We have a very complicated build-out for the system with in-depth customization. Shape worked with us to meet all of our needs and has gone out of their way to help us customize the system to our business model. We now use Shape for our CRM across multiple business channels and have worked with them to build lead capture pages with their secure-engine capabilities. I highly recommend the system and the Shape team.

But a system is only as good as the support and team that provides knowledge for you to apply the product to your business model. 2024-01-30 19:17:51This is a very good platform. It definitely requires a learning curve, but I suspect that’s a similar CRM. I support staff is quite good to help with training and when I had a technical issue recently, the CTO personally got involved to resolve it.
