Shannon is the best realtor in all of Southern California, full stop. I couldn’t recommend her more highly to any buyer looking to purchase a home. Throughout the process of buying my house, Shannon demonstrated exceptional expertise and negotiation skills that made all the difference, especially during a challenging escrow period.In the first week of escrow, I unexpectedly faced a layoff at my job, which added an additional layer of complexity to the deal. However, Shannons resourcefulness and problem-solving abilities came to the forefront. Shannon skillfully negotiated with the seller’s agents and was able to extend the length of the escrow to accommodate my changing circumstances. Her strong communication skills and attention to detail ensured that all parties involved were well-informed and on the same page. Shannon also worked with me very closely to make sure I understood all of the risks involved with every phase of escrow, from the banking side to every bullet point of the home inspection report. Towards the end of escrow, my bank became less than responsive due to the banking crisis, and she was so on top of following up with the lender to make sure my loan contingency could be removed and my getting my mortgage funded.Throughout the entire process, Shannon maintained a positive and professional demeanor.
