All around great human. Bryan Shaner and his team, most definitely to include Steve Hill, are the most knowledgeable, most positive, most charismatic group of professionals you could ask for. Not only did Bryan help me sell my mom’s home, he also helped me buy my dream home. Both were done with patience and full on support. These are people you can trust and ultimately feel like family. Lana was very familiar with the buying and selling trends in our area and very experienced in helping us navigate the selling process.Lana and her team did an amazing job with the entire home selling process. By far the easiest home buying experience my wife and I could have ever asked for. Working with Bryan and Lana was the definition of professionalism. They constantly went above and beyond to meet every one of our needs. They spent hours with us explaining every step and going over every detail to make sure we understood every part of the process and were comfortable. They would drop whatever they were doing to show us a property that we were excited about. They took away every bit of stress with their knowledge and expertise. My experience with Shaner Brokerage Corp was beyond phenomenal! I started looking for realtors around June of 2022. During that time, I still had lots of doubts and fears when buying my first home. I wanted to see if I could get my hands into real estate to get a share of its benefits. Therefore, I interviewed several realtors from in my family and friends. One day, one of my friend / co-worker referred me to Bryan Shaner. This friend shared with me what an awesome experience he had! He even left him a great review on yelp! I was super intrigued. So, I called him. Bryan answered all of my questions and explained all the steps I needed to do with so much clarity and thoroughness. Instantly, I know I can work with him and be comfortable in asking any questions I may have. With that, we started working a game plan in a timely manner aligned to when my lease will end. He took his time and effort to break down what I am looking for and tailoring it to how we are going to find the best deal. He would sit me down in his office every week and educate me on what he looks for any deals on a house. I learned how comps of house prices work, how future development plans play out on the location of the property, why certain areas are better than other areas, and helped my analyze MLS deals on a buyer perspective. He would schedule showings with me and walk me through properties and be detailed on why certain things would work for my needs and ultimately make the best return of investment. Fast forward to April 2023, he was able to get me an EXCLUSIVE OFFER SALE on a property and got the most amazing deal we could ever ask for! BRYAN REALLY IS THE MAN! He made my first home buying journey unforgettable and fun! I could sincerely say he really cares about his clients and I can assure anyone who works with him that you have his support all the way 100%. Bryan and Lana helped my husband and I purchase our first home. For something so new to us, they made us feel extremely comfortable! They communicated with us every step of the way and took their time to explain things to us on our level. What I loved most about working with them was how personal they made the experience. They took time to understand what we wanted in a home, presented us with many great options that met our “wish list” and acted fast and were professionally aggressive as soon as we made the decision to put an offer in. They genuinely shared our excitement as our offer got accepted and even more so when escrow closed. I am truly grateful for the level of care, compassion and professionalism they treated us with. I know they work with other clients so I was entirely impressed that I felt like such a priority. They always answered our calls, texts and emails right away. In fact, most of the time, they were reaching out to us with information and updates without us needing to reach out to them. This was a seamless and enjoyable process for us and we will absolutely use Bryan and Lana again for any future home purchases and highly recommend them to all of our family and friends!

Months before we wanted to list, she came over and gave opinions on what projects we might want to work on before listing, and which ones not to bother with. As busy parents in the process of our out-of-state move, we really appreciated this honest guidance that saved us time and money. We hired Lana because she is an excellent communicator, very savvy, super confident, and definitely fights hard to get her clients the best results. Also, she has experience in the lending industry which proved helpful when tryiing to get this deal to close as efficiently as possible. This could have been an extremely stressful event for us, especially during covid and a move with a new baby, but I have to say, selling our home was by far the least stressful thing about this year. We got 2 above asking price offers in the first 2 days on the market. She also has connections to an amazing photographer that made our home look spectacular. I cant say enough good things about Lana and Shaner Brokerage. You will not regret hiring them!

The experience my husband and I had with Brian and Lana was truly a blessing. Home buying is stressful, hectic, and requires a lot of patience. In this market I think it can be even more trying! Having this team steer the ship kept me from tears and despair, they really care about finding the right house and having a good experience while doing it. I didn’t think it was possible, but they proved me wrong! Not only did they keep us on track but when it came time to put in offers, they really put in work. They’re charismatic and enjoyable people that are quick and hard working, pretty much a dream agent to have!

We found found a home in Upland that we fell in love with and asked Shaner Brokerage to represent us in dealing with Laura Dandoy to make our dreams come true. It was gratifying to see the quality of our representation with Lana Zimprich and Steve Hill on our behalf vs their brokerage firm. Lana and Steve were on top of everything and are so diligent in their profession that they already had necessary documents etc from us before the other parties even requested them. Bryan Shaner was very descriptive and all of them were a cell phone call away (Offering their personal cell phone numbers for us).We closed in under 30 days on a $1.5m property and it seemed easy with their direction and explanation of it all. Even with the transaction completed, we are still receiving follow up calls

Are you looking to buy a house? I was compelled to write this review because of how EASY, painless and fun Shaner Brokerage Group made this process. I usually look for a dentist who is pain-free or highlight businesses that go above and beyond in their effort and that is why this review is very important to me. I will highlight each member and their process along the way. pls keep in mind that their role for you may be different, but in the case of my fiance and I, this is how the group was structured to work with us.Mike - Mike served as my broker and helped w/ the initial phase. He coached us on financials ( saving pay stubs, price ranges, possible down payments and anything in the financial aspect of the process). Mike made all of our interactions fun and quick. He would communicate at my convenience and would always outline what was needed. Mike went above and beyond to help contact my places of work (i have 3 jobs) so that he could do all the necessary employment verification, and everything needed to help prepare to secure my loan. He also worked with my insurance company at the end of process. Mike treated all my questions with patience and never once made me feel dumb.Steve - Steve was my guy to finalize all my loan info to send to the underwriters (its my understanding that the underwriters help to secure my loan....)and to overall secure me a good loan/guide me through the process of closing escrow with the loan and lender people. Now this was the person I was scared of because when you hear of securing a loan or going through escrow, you hear the horror stories of people. I HAD NONE OF THAT. All questions about what to sign and how to answer were answer via PHONE CALL by Steve. He was patient and broke everything down so simply for me. He also will coach you on your financials throughout the escrow process (how much money to keep in your accounts, no big purchases...anything to protect you).Lana - Lana was amazing! I have so much love for Lana because I did a bulk of the behind the scenes stuff with her. I dubbed her the BADASS STRATEGIST. like an army general devising up a plan. Like Brain from Pinky and the Brain trying to figure out how to take over the world. LOL she is definitely someone who i want on MY team. She initially asked us what type of house we want, specifics and we were off. We received lists of houses based on specifics we provided. What I also thought was cool was that if I drove by a house and it was not highlighted on that list, Lana would find the info. Once we narrowed down our search to what we wanted, Lana helped structure our offers to the seller while working with myself and Brian. This was both a fun and frustrating process. Frustrating because of the nature of the real estate market currently as people are overpaying and at times have 700k cash offers. But all along the way, Lana was very patient and caring. You could tell she is invested in her clients because when we did not get the first 3 houses we put offers on, she would genuinely feel for us, but it would just motivate her more to find us our house. We eventually found our dream house and I know it was by the hard work and prep by Lana and the team! She is super smart and patient and has convinced me that I can be a realtor myself if i wanted with all that she has taught me. HAHAH Go Lana!!!Brian - Brian is my unofficial KING of realtors. Brian accompanied us to all our showings, would help us to visualize how we could fix up or maintain the house and he did this all by memorizing what WE wanted in a house. He always kept in mind our SAFETY, FINANCIAL SITUATION and OUR DREAM HOUSE VISION. Many realtors are out there to make a sale and to rush you, but Brian genuinely cared that we would have enough money to pay for the mortgage, live in a great area and be happy. I am so thankful for Brians help and wisdom, not rushing us or pushing us into what was good for him, but rather what was great for US. =)

Having the right team by your side to guide you through this process is so important and that is exactly what we had with Bryan Shaner and Lana Zimprich.Our COVID19 home buying experience threw every curve ball possible our way, 15 minute back to back showings, multiple bidding wars, losing to cash offers, lender discrepancies, appraisal issues but we never felt defeated or overwhelmed because Bryan and Lana were able to keep us on track to our goal.Lana’s efficiency, tenacity and follow through got us to every showing we requested, kept us top of mind with every realtor we dealt with and kept us on track with every step of our escrow process.We learned so much about how to approach this process from Bryan. He met us in Pasadena, all the way from Fullerton every Saturday for over 3 months and was so excited to do so. Do not lose your Dream Home by picking the wrong Broker to handle your loan.Shaner Brokerage and Steve Hill are the cream of the crop, top notch professionals, who are there for their customers, not for themselves. Steve Hill, our loan officer, always answered the phone, what a concept, right…. Steve was proactive, keeping our loan package constantly updated, he was knowledgeable, able to answer all our questions, organized and thorough.15 years after believing we were in our forever home, we found ourselves looking for our new forever home. But, where to start? Well, like many we just went online and looked at homes available in the areas we wanted to live. We learned quickly that Orange County was a HOT market and we needed expert help. After speaking to many professionals, we learned not to start with the home, start with the loan process and we were referred to the absolute best SHANER BROKAGE. Boy are we happy we did.We found a dynamite Realtor Team, who worked hand in hand with Steve to obtain a Conditional Loan Approval. With the goods in hand we knew where we wanted to live, what we could truly afford and were in position to make actual bids on the home we wanted.By Steve keeping our loan package constantly updated, there was no down time. Within 3 months we found THE ONE! All we had to do is call Steve to fill in the address after they accepted our offer. We had a very short Escrow and there were several back up offers on this property so we knew we had to perform. The last days before COVID19 shut down all the open houses and over 900 people in 2 days came to the property. So, you can only imagine the pressure. Steve informed us very early to lock the loan because rates would start to get erratic, and he saved us from getting a higher rate. We closed 1 day late, but it was due to their escrow, so we managed our timelines to perfection with Steve at the helm.It became an amazing experience, with a record closing time. No scrambling, no chaos, we were constantly kept in the loop, updated with a feeling of security. Even through COVID19, which added a whole new set of challenges, Steve had it all under control.Steve Hill is a master craftsman at his job and Shaner Brokerage is a brilliant Company to work with as they both delivered World Class service during an unprecedented time.We can never thank them enough, but we are certainly going to try….
