I had the entire underlayment of my roof changed and Im glad I chose the right roofer. The crew, including Bentley and Eric, were not only professional but also friendly and hard-working. After 3 weeks of waiting, they managed to finish the roof in just 5 days. What impressed me the most was their use of up-to-date roofing codes, like replacing the cement around the exhaust pipes with metal, then painting it to match the roof tiles. They installed ventilation around my roof to keep my house in Antioch cooler. To prevent any potential water damage, they made sure to cover my roof at the end of each day, even when it rained during the summer. The underlayment they used is durable and heavily overlapped. All bird stops and flashings were replaced too. They always cleaned up their workspace before leaving for the day. After a thorough inspection, I found no defects on my roof.
