We have had the privilege of working with Rachel in various capacities within our family, and we are deeply thankful for her support. Initially, she provided invaluable assistance to my son, going beyond scheduled sessions by coordinating with his teachers and arranging a meeting outside of our regular appointments. Her advocacy was instrumental in making my son feel supported and secure.Rachels role extended beyond individual therapy to facilitating sessions that helped integrate our blended family. We engaged in both individual and family sessions, including sessions as a couple navigating the complexities of parenting our own and each others children. We followed Rachel from her previous location to her current center, and were immensely grateful that we did.She created a safe haven for our children outside of home and school, offering them a space where they felt heard and understood. Rachel was also accessible via email for ongoing support and discussions whenever needed.

Shakti intention candles have been an amazing addition to my wellness routine. The scents are mellow and sweet, and the energy of the crystals emanate with the glow. Most important to me is that these candles burn clean. No black smoke or burnt smell when I blow the candle out. I have all three candles so that I can light up exactly what I am hoping to manifest for the day.

I used to have a lot of worries and it made it difficult for me to enjoy the things that were going well for me in life. When I started working with Shakti Therapy & Healing Services, my perspective and emotions changed so much! They gave me support and guided me through my first Ketamine treatment with KAP. The therapist was there the whole time and helped me feel safe and process all my worries.The people at Shakti Therapy Healing are life savers. I have been a client of Ekthas for one year, and I have done more self exploration and achieved more personal development in this year than I had in the previous 26 combined. Her approach is direct and compassionate, which is perfect for those who are ready to face truths and do the work, but not at the expense of their sanity or stability. Ektha helped me out of a deep hole of depression that I felt unprepared to deal with, and has given me tools to confidently dig myself out should I find myself there again in the future. She doesnt make you feel rushed or judged in the slightest. To put it plainly, Ektha has changed my life, and I would be shocked if anyone who saw her didnt feel the same.

I was referred to Ektha by a friend. Ektha is very responsive and caters to her clients needs. From the point of me initiating contact with her via Instagram direct messaging (dm) to us having a virtual introductory meeting to me having my very first therapy session- all happened within 1.5 weeks. I dmed her and she responded within hours! I dont know how her caseload is now, but Im grateful she had a spot for me when I needed her.Ektha has a person-centered, culturally-competent approach. Those who identify as being South Asians may especially find her services helpful. I know I did. I didnt have explain to her too much of the nuanced notions of being a South Asian woman. She asked difficult questions, as uncomfortable as they were, and encouraged me to address the issue directly.Ektha also regularly posts on social media, which I find empowering. Her posts are silly, creative, insightful, and positive.Each session is $250 and insurance may not cover it, depending on your insurance coverage. It definitely began becoming costly for me, especially because I virtually met with her weekly. I think it may be possible to discuss the frequency of your meeting, but her and I decided on putting me in a recurring time slot as a weekly standing meeting.Ektha isnt for everyone and she knows this. Those who find solace in her services will benefit from working with her.

Her approach to therapy is rather unique that it incorporates not just traditional approaches, but also other less common techniques that are spiritual, sensory, and customized to you since no specific technique may hold the answer for everyone. Ive had a transformative experience with Shakti Therapy. I found Shaki Therapy during my therapy journey, and knew this experience was different. I learned about what EMDR was at Shakti Therapy & Healing Services, and its been a game changer. Their therapist knew good tools to use to let go of trauma that I have been carrying since childhood and they guided me through this process, helping me heal from my past. No matter how much I write about my Ektha - I truly don’t have enough words to express how grateful I am to her!For the past few years, my life was in complete shambles. I was living a life in complete isolation prior to the global lockdown due to Covid. I was having such a hard time getting out of bed and finding a reason to live. From my very first session with Ektha I felt as if I found someone who is finally willing to listen. I had finally come across someone that was willing to understand and not judge. Ektha, not only made me feel safe, she also led me on to my self-love journey. She helped me uncover years and years of trauma and pain. Ektha made me realize I have my truth which needs no one else’s validation. Also, helped navigate parts of me which I had been avoiding for years. I found Shakti after hours of searching the internet, well worth the work. Ektha made an immediate impact on how I saw certain situations in my past. In addition to creating a space of non-judgement, she taught me calmness at times of turmoil. So many lessons were learned, but of all of them, one will always stick out. As a natural skeptic, I didnt know what to expect from my Crystal Healing session with Ektha. After a brief conversation about what Ive been going through and what my upcoming goals were, she explained the methodology and general ideology around crystals and why it might help. She prescribed what crystals she thought would be best, annotated what she was doing throughout the session, and answered all of my questions in a clear and professional manner. There are no words to describe how truly amazing of a therapist Ektha is. She is a good listener, caring, honest, and always positive. She really helped me overcome some tough moments in my life and has been my therapist for close to 8 years.Most importantly, she helps break the stigma around mental health in the South Asian community. For example, she helped me and my family advocate for post-partum depression. My teenage daughter had the privilege of seeing Ektha as a therapist. She is a wonderful listener and very insightful. Ektha combines intuition and wisdom in a way that is unique and effective – and helped my daughter immensely. This wasn’t my daughter’s first rodeo, and other therapists she had seen paled in comparison to Ektha. Navigating my late 20’s with anxiety and depression in LA has been quite challenging and I had stalled starting therapy for years until I finally reached out to Ektha. From our initial consultation up until our current sessions, Ektha has and continues to provide a calm, safe space where I feel heard and challenged on negative thought patterns. In just 6 months time therapy has been extremely pivotal in changing how I communicate and navigate different relationships and situations in my life; especially my relationship with myself. She made me feel encouraged and proud of myself for asking for help; something that’s always been hard for me. Shes helped me ask myself the necessary tough questions that have led to a deeper understanding of who I am and what I need. She’s helped me fine tune my problem solving skills and helps me create action plans to address and resolve conflicts in my relationships. I couldn’t imagine 6 months ago expressing my feelings, wants and needs with the ease I do now and it’s in large part thanks to Ektha. In the beginning I wasn’t a huge fan of taking up therapy and sharing my personal experiences with someone I don’t know but ektha has been phenomenal in the process of getting me to open up and share those experiences without feeling being judged. It’s only been a month for me but I can already see changes in how I approach certain situations now. Shakti has helped me open up in ways I wouldn’t expect. It has helped me in my personal relationships, friendships and more. Just being positive and always trying to find the good out of any situation is one of the biggest improvements that therapy has helped me with. Also being able to express the emotions and feelings I’ve been holding inside for so long has really brought a lot of peace to my life. Would definitely recommend this type of therapy for other individuals. Thank you so much to Ms. Ektha Aggarwal. She helped me go through some of the most difficult times and transitions I had go through in order to grow and heal. She provided the compassion and validation that I needed in order to feel heard and understood. But she also taught me how to be more compassionate and patient so I can improve the relationships I have with my family and mostly with myself. I dont think Ill even get through these past 2 years without her. She provided me a lot of tools and tips that help shift the conversations that I was having in my head. With that being said, this may sound like a plug for her, which it is, but I’d also like to give an honest review of her services and commitment.I’ve witnessed first-hand this woman cultivate her belief in healing the individual, community service, and selfless giving into a thriving business that welcomes people from all walks of life. Every step of the process in creating this business has been with the intention to truly help others. From the intricate design of her logo to the meticulous details of her candles, her business is imbued with love. This is truly an organic business that has the potential to heal and grow healthy and happy individuals, and in doing so manifest a healthy and happy community.If you buy a candle, she donates almost all the money toward giving free therapy to those who cannot afford it, individuals from lower socioeconomic backgrounds. On the other hand, she is an integral board member of the prestigious Institute if Neuro Innovation — a philanthropic research foundation led by the world-renowned neurosurgeon Dr. Amir Vokshoor. My point being, she also serves some of the most affluent and successful individuals in her client panel for therapy. There is no discrimination in her services based on status or race, nor any other discriminating factors. I’d say this is impressive to be able to provide therapy and healing to any and all individuals.Yeah, I may be biased, but I am impressed with Shakti Therapy and Healing Services and where it is going. Ethka has a calm and peaceful approach to dealing with issues from the past and present. I had a whole lot from my past I just never dealt with and didnt realize how much it was effecting my life and relationships now negatively. The loss of my father was truly one of the worst things I have ever been through and she helped me find peace within. I love her approach and would recommend her to anyone who is looking to get better control over emotions and pain or needing to find more of reason to just be happy with what you have in life now. I think of her as a kind spirit and she definitely has a gift at what she does.

I purchased (3) peace candles from them thru a online boutique. They give off a nice clean scent even when they are not used. I purchased (1) for my self that was personally delivered to my home and then I sent (2) as special holiday gifts for friends and family that I know would enjoy the Candle .
