This small biz is so outstanding that I almost feel like it’s my civic duty to let my local community know that they should be running all of their phone issues past these two guys before making any hasty decisions! And the biggest reason why I’m saying this is because they were able to fix my very messed up phone after two other places refused to do so & the second reason why I swear by this company is because of the integrity I’ve witnessed them display (with myself but also with other customers) during my many visits to their office. On multiple occasions I’ve heard them state that the phone has to be properly working per their own standards before they will accept any payment and that’s oso refreshing to see these days! Most people just want to take your money and rush you out the door, ya know? So yeah, these are some truly good, stand up dudes who do absolutely outstanding work… so before you go buying yet another new phone make sure you I’m can’t do a quick fix to hold onto the one you got for a little bit longer, even if only for our environment, k? And this place could easily be the shop that charges the most (because of the quality of work they do) and yet they’ve always been the cheapest every time I’ve price shopped them! So yeah, I first heard about Shakeel the phone repair guy from a close friend, so make sure to always tell your own friends about him, too! It is of all of our best interests to keep this company around for as long as possible because sometimes buying a new screen for $100 is a lot more doable than dropping $1000+ on a whole new phone and that’s real!

Went to see Shakeel today for the first time. He fixed m samsung s22 ultra in about 15 minutes. He was very upfront and did the repair right in front of me. Please do not hesitate to use him for a repair. Uses factory samsung parts.

Awesome guy. Communicated with me before and after helping me out big time. Went through the trouble of fixing my galscy z flip phone (which is pretty rare noe and complicated to work on) AND keeping all my data. I cant say how grateful I am for his expertise, professionalism, and care. Shakeel is such a nice guy and Im very happy to have had his help. Shakeel is kind, funny & efficient. Went in tonight with my friends sis to get an iPhone 12 mini screen repair. Apple repair is $275, Shakeel charged me $200 and fixed it in less than 15 min plus a free screen protector. My family & I only go here for repairs and will continue to do so. He has repaired my partners old iPhone for about $50-$100 many times and always does a great job.Side note for Shakeel: Sorry for the trouble with CashApp! Had a heart attack when I saw the payment wasnt processed on my end. Thanks again for the repair (and also the music!)

Been to Shakeels several times and have never had any issues with his parts and labor. From what I can tell, he uses quality parts compared to the booths at the mall, which I had several issues with, and what brought me to Shakeels shop. Hes direct and upfront, letting me (and other customers) know if there may be additional work that may/needs to be done, and gives fair accurate pricing on everything. Ive sent several friends and family members to Shakeel just because of this.Recommend that if you see Shakeel, make sure to give yourself at least 20-30 minutes (from the time you walk in, until the time you walk out) because theres usually 2-3 customers waiting their turn at any given time. Things definitely go quicker when he has additional staff working with him. He also has a Ring Doorbell in case hes out of the office (break/lunch?), and hell respond letting you know when hell be back.The one thing that needs improvement is that Ive only seen his desktop once. 😂 Those that have been there understand how full of parts his desk can be; understandable considering that hes usually working on devices continuously throughout the day. Thats my only recommendation and no stars lost for that.

My phone was destroyed in the back and the screen in the front started to show green and purple lines. The Apple Store said all they could do was fix for 1k or throw it away. I came to Shakeel and he fixed all of it in less than an hour and made it look brand new for a decent price. Funny guy too.

I have a Samsung Note 20 Ultra and I dropped my phone a few weeks ago. It was becoming difficult to hear people when I was speaking on the phone. I took my phone to a fix it center in a Big Box store and they told me I had to replace the screen because the speaker is attached to the screen as 1 piece (along with the battery) - cost $296. They needed to order the part so they did. I left and on my way home I remembered Shakeel the Phone Repair Guy had replaced my screen once before. I called Shakeel and he said come on over he could fix it. I went over and Shakeel took a few minutes to clean out the speaker. When he was done he said no charge!. My phone is good as new and Shakeel saved me $296. Shakeel is the real deal, real honest and real fast. Take your electronics directly to him, do not pass go - Shakeel will treat you extremely fairly - support an honest local businessman!!

Shakeel is the man. He is better at what he does than you or I will be at anything we ever attempt to do professionally. If he can’t repair your phone it probably can’t be repaired. He fixed the charging port on my old SE in minutes on my last visit and only accepted coffee money when I insisted on paying. Loyal customer here and I will recommend him to anyone.

Shakeel is amazing! He’s fixed my phones many times before, but this last one had me stressing. My phone kept glitching and wouldn’t turn on completely. When I plugged it into my computer, it said I had to restore it. Stupid me, I’ve never backed it up and I was losing my mind thinking all my pictures and memories we’re gone. I booked an appointment with apple and dreaded them telling me the same thing or talking me into buying another $1500 phone. Then I remembered Shakeel and texted him immediately. He told me no problem, that’s a quick fix! I felt a little better knowing he could possibly get my phone to work, but was still a little hesitant. I showed up right after work, he unscrewed a few things and all of a sudden I see my Home Screen. I wanted to cry happy tears!! The screen on my Android phone (a Samsung A-series device) died, without any evidence of physical damage, it simply stopped working. After a wild goose chase through AT&T stores, I went with the recommendation of someone I talked to at AT&T, to go to Shakeel. I needed the battery swapped out for my 2012 Macbook Pro since Apple wouldn’t service it anymore. I found Shakeel by a coworker’s recommendation and he was very responsive (via Yelp messaging).Shakeel was friendly and even cleaned the inside of my laptop (it was really dusty since of course I never opened it up).The price was reasonable (half of what another place quoted) and turnaround speedy, no appointments needed. He informed me of the one year warranty on the battery in case any issues came up.

I called around a couple of places to get my iPad air 2 battery fixed. Almost everyone else told me it couldn’t be done or wasn’t worth the money. Shakeel fixed it in less than 10 minutes for a reasonable price, and the 10 minutes in his office was entertaining while I waited. I had the glasses replaces when I was traveling once, he saw the screen and was like, the guy gave you the cheap generic one. UPDATE: two weeks after my screen was replaced, I was surprised to see several scratches on the screen. My phone use is *extremely* gentle, so this was probably caused by the phone being stored next to my keys. I wish he’d used glass replacement... at $90 this was a very expensive learning experience!————-Fantastic experience. They were half a dozen people in front of me, in a tiny office. But I was in and out of there in 15 minutes! Not all of those people were helped… If he couldn’t do the fix he told them so, and he told them where they needed to go to get the repair done. All I needed was to get my screen replaced, and he knocked that out in less than five minutes. I am very impressed!Tips: bring cash, it’ll cost less that way. My screen repair was $90, but if I’d brought cash it would’ve been $80. He’s on the 2nd floor, and there is no elevator.

I was having screen sensitivity issues with my iPhone 6S+, it was activating buttons and freezing my screen repreatedly. After going to the Apple Store 3 times, I was finally able to get a quick walk-in Genius Bar appointment on my 3rd try. They were nice and helped me but had me restore my iPhone 6S+ and unfortunately, they couldnt resolve my issue. I went to Shakeel today, and in literally 5 mins, he fixed my phone. I cant believe it! I dropped off my phone for a screen replacement, he said 30 min. i came back and now thew phone doesnt power up. he accidently cut power wire. he said it will be fixed by tomorrow. he then leaves for vacation still without repairing the phone. 7 days later he says its ready. within 2 days of repair the screen keeps coming off and functions poorly. Dont waste your time!

Shakeel is the best!My wife had her screen changed on her iPhone in the mission. She dropped the phone a week later and the screen was broke again. The odd thing was that the phone only fell about 18 inches. I took the phone to Shakeel and he explained that there are a lot of guys out there that use sub standard replacement parts. When he opened up the phone he showed me the damage that was done from the other repair guy i.e.: 3 missing screws, the home button was low and not properly in place and there was actually a wire that had been taped up.Shakeel fixed it up and worked as good as new.

So, I got called an A-- (rhymes with mass) and Grade A A--hole!!! and, in a text, D--k old man by Shakeel. (edited to get past google filters)It all started with a simple misunderstanding...Im pretty sure Shakeel got robo-called from someone spoofing my number. He naturally responded to an existing or potential customer. Ive never contacted him before so I assumed spam text. So I do a little google search, and see that it looks like the number that texted me is a real business. I decide to leave a bad review. I figure I can update the review, or pull it if I made an error. But then the insults fly.His treatment of me has been pretty poor. Feels like the guy lost his temper and has no reservations at slinging expletive laced insults.I made an assumption that lead to an error. Sorry. I was quite willing to fix/undo my bad review upon further information. And then instead of keeping a cool head and working to resolve the issue that lead to a bad review, I get cussing.So the bad review stands. He is probably a nice enough guy most of the time, but he might lose his cool and start cussing, which is what happened to me.

Dropped my phone while it was charging and it essentially stopped functioning. I came to them and explained what happened, they told me that I would most likely have to buy a new one. He still took my phone and tried to fix it with 2 new batteries. Nothing worked and they didnt charge me for anything. 5/5 stars.

Well youve probably seen the other reviews and I just came here to reiterate all of the good things people say about this business. Fast, honest great work. You can always call first to make sure he has the part you need, I went in without calling and he had the part and fixed my phone in front of me in 10 minutes. I live nearby but got the recommendation from my buddy who lives in Oakland...yes he literally drives from Oakland to see Shakeel. Would give 6 stars if I could.
