Everyone is fantastic and explains everything so you understand. The doctor is the best I have ever seen in my 70 years here on earth. I will always see her when I need anything to do with my eyes. Very very satisfied.

I love this Lens Crafters In Rancho Santa Margarita. First off, I got an appointment the next day by conveniently using there web site. Next I was immediately greeted at the door. The staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. Dr. Talib throughly explains every test, as I also did the test that checks your eyes if you have diabetes. She also explains where your eyes are at in relation to your eye sight on your last visit. She answers your questions, is friendly, but also quick which I appreciate. Lastly let’s talk about Robin, and the fun part, picking out frames. They ask if I needed any help or if I needed any questions answered, but then left me alone to really take the time to try each and every one of the glasses I liked, several times. After giving me some time she, Robin, came back, looked at my choices, gave me some advice on one of my choices being a little wider at the temple area, offered me another choice of one I hadn’t considered, one even lower in price than what I had, and I loved it. It was very different than anything I had had previously and it was the best looking one on. I highly recommend this location for all the reasons previously mentioned.Lucretia Carlson

Extremely pleased with the entire team at the RSM store . Great inventory of frames. Dr Hauser did my eye exam. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and addressed any concerns I had. The glasses I received after my eye exam made me dizzy and did not work. I made an appointment for a re-check and the doctor would not do a re-check which was what my appointment was for. Only told me the rx was correct based on her initial exam. She was running late, and I had to wait 30 minutes for her to tell me that they were right without even checking the prescription. They were NOT right. They were supposed to be for the computer and I couldnt see the computer. Everything was doubled. I couldnt look up or down at the screen either without feeling like I was going to vomit. will be making an appointment with another optometrist. Dont waste your time or money.
Visit was good. The number of conformation texts and emails seemed desperate. One is fine. Not two a day plus surveys about my hobbies…👍🏻

Very disappointed with with antiquated equipment, not Lenscrafters’s standard. The lady assistant to Optometrist was very rude, I pointed about lighting in room wasn’t sufficient to read instead she told me off. Also Trevor salesman was not helpful, I wanted to purchase new Parada prescription sun glasses and replacement of my vision glasses, he was not aware of Lenscrafters’s promotions.However, your optometrist Dr Nadira Talib-Smith was very professional & excellent.

2023-09-04 22:00:18The manager Robin was amazing as she helped me pick out frames (glasses and sunglasses) which is always so hard for me to do on my own. She was so kind and helpful. Athena did my pre screening as well as was also very kind and understanding. The eye doctor was also really great! Dr Eson? Might be spelling that wrong. All and all I had an amazing experience and I am 110% happy!!

2023-04-29 16:20:36I cannot speak for Lenscrafters as a whole, but if this particular store is any indication of their commitment to their customers and the care in which they provide their services, it is a spectacular company. Incredibly friendly and accommodating associates in the store, a wonderful and talented optometrist, and a beautiful and sparkling clean location. Everything runs like clockwork, if you’re there shopping for glasses, they are very patient and accommodating. If you were there for an eye exam with the in-house optometrist, it is a quick and efficient appointment, using the latest and greatest technology to measure, and determine your eyesight needs. I highly recommend it, even if you live a bit further away, it is worth the drive for the experience. This is now my 3rd year going in annually for my contact lens exam and to order new contacts, and I have been in there multiple times, looking at sunglasses and even made a couple purchases. When I was growing up, I had an eye doctor, I dreaded the visits, I was confused by the questions and the archaic equipment. Here, the doctor and the staff take time to explain everything so you understand exactly what each piece of equipment does, and they are very patient during the exam. They have nailed it with my prescriptions every time, and my eyesight has never been better or more comfortable things to this location.

2023-06-13 18:05:19I am so pleased to have found Eyedeology Optometry. Dr. Talib and her staff have the most up-to-date equipment and do the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. Her showroom has every style of glasses and you are encouraged to try them on. All in all, a thoroughly satisfying experience. Could not be happier to have her as my eye doctor.

All of my concerns and questions were addressed in a professional and friendly manner. I was put at ease. I will definitely be back (and not letting my care elapse for another five years!).

Allow me to take my time determining which screen was better. You know that routine everything was very good. I would recommend it and will go back.

2023-06-14 01:20:24Probably the easiest eye examination I’ve ever gone through. The location had plenty of associates so I was taken immediately and the Doctor was very prompt and saw me immediately. The process of getting an eye exam used to be such a chore, but luckily not anymore. I was out in less than 45 minutes!

2022-06-07 07:50:12Dr. was amazing, staff she has working for her, not so much. First, they couldn’t find the correct info for my hubby, second, they made me do a second eye exam even though I already had one done less than a year ago. They told me it had been over a year so I trusted them because I had it done with them, but they were wrong. After all the test were done, including the retina one, she comes over to me saying she is “sorry” because she didn’t check before, that I had done an eye test with them and I had to pay everything out of pocket because insurance will it pay for doing twice in a year🤦♀️ Please get your ish together or get staff that actually know what they are doing.
