Dr. Zarrabi and his team are amazing! I cannot recommend Dr. Zarrabi and his practice enough. Everything went smooth from my consultation to the day of surgery. In my pre-op appointment, Dr. Zarrabi really took the time to sit down and speak with me about everything regarding the surgery and my expectations to make sure I understood his plan for my nose. He is honest and kind. The day of surgery I was very nervous but Dr. Zarrabi, the nurse taking care of me (she was amazing) and the anesthesiologist took the time to make sure I was comfortable. I’m SO glad I did this procedure with Dr. Zarrabi I would not have wanted it done with any other surgeon! Just one month post op and I am healing great! Dr. Zarrabi and all of his staff are amazing if you book with him you will not regret it!

Dr. Zarrabi has changed my life in the best way!! Such an amazing surgeon. I had my nose done by Dr. Zarrabi earlier this year and I honestly cannot say one bad thing about the experience. I would recommend this doctor a million times over to anyone. I am that happy with my nose. Dr. Zarrabi possesses an exceptional talent for determining the most harmonious nose shape for each individuals face. His kindness and willingness to address any inquiries I had were truly commendable. Chelsea provided invaluable guidance regarding the surgery day and post-operative expectations, which eased any apprehensions I had.Although I regrettably didnt catch the names of my preoperative and postoperative nurses, their kindness and professionalism were unmistakable. The entire experience surpassed my expectations. While undergoing plastic surgery can be daunting, Dr. Zarrabi and his team transformed it into a remarkably positive journey. Dr. Zarrabi is the absolute best plastic surgeon EVER! He is so nice, caring, and really listened to exactly what I wanted. He eased my pre-surgery jitters by reassuring me that the surgery would have a positive outcome and I was in the best hands. It is still unbelievable to me that I have the new nose of my dreams. My old nose just kept me from being outgoing and confident, now I feel so good about myself. I also want to thank the nurse who helped me pre and post surgery, whose name I cannot remember. Dr. Zarrabi is highly skilled. I added before and only 3 weeks after profile photo. Im still bruised and swollen in the 3 weeks after surgery photo but you can already see the amazing work he did. Im so happy I did it, I just wish Id done it 20 years ago when I first wanted to. His whole staff is amazing. Check out his Instagram for before and after, he gives natural looking results. I wanted a smaller nose over all, narrower and less projected and he accomplished all of my goals. My final results wont be visible for a year, but you can already see in the profile photo after 3 weeks theres a huge improvement in a more feminine nose I wanted.

Dr. Zarrabi and his staff were incredible and thorough throughout the entire process. I only consulted with him and felt at ease just based off one appointment and booked right away! Looking throughout his portfolio of past noses, there was not one I did not like and that’s how I knew it would be great. As someone who is very active, my biggest concern was my nose not being functional but I’ve had no issues at all and my breathing is even better. I’m very impressed with his work and would recommend him to anyone.

He not only knows what he aims to achieve, but also your anatomical limits, and he plans beautifully around them.I was a very work-intensive patient for him and his medical team and they did a wonderful job on me. I cannot begin to express how happy I am that I decided to get my septorhinoplasty with Dr Zarrabi. The staff is amazing and friendly from pre op, to during the surgery, to recovery and post op. Everyone is so kind and personable. Now, with Dr. Zarrabi, just WOW! He is just an overall great person and a skilled surgeon. His office was almost 3 hours away from my home but I do not regret my decision at all with choosing him. The drive is worth his expertise. On surgery day, the nurse and anesthesiologist were just the nicest people! I was honestly prepared to take hate my nose as I got the cast off because everyone speaks about how swollen it usually looks, but even from the moment I got my cast taken off I LOVE my results and I know theres still so much progress to go. My results look exactly like the pictures he showed me at my preop appointment that he edits to give you more or less an idea of your results. I came to Dr. Zarrabi for a rhinoplasty after more than 4 years of researching other doctors. Trusting someone with my face was the biggest decision I’ve ever made, and I’m so glad I chose him. He is very thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. I’ve watched practically every rhinoplasty video that exists on the internet and was prepared for a difficult week post surgery. But due to Dr. Zarrabi’s technique I had absolutely no bruising, very minor swelling, and practically zero pain. I’m only two weeks post op and am so thrilled with the results. I had several consultations before and after I met Dr. Zarrabi. Because it was such a big decision, I wanted to make sure I get as many opinions as possible before making my decision. No one else made me feel as safe and comfortable as Dr. Zarrabi did because NO OTHER surgeon talked about the emotional aspect of rhinoplasty.Going into this journey, I was well aware that it will be a big change in terms of how I will look after the procedure because I had a very complicated nose. Most other surgeons used words like perfect nose or the best nose and that for me was a red flag. I did not want to look like a different person after the procedure. What I was seeking was an improvement. and Dr. Zarrabi was the only surgeon who made me feel comfortable about the outcome because he promised improvement not perfection, or something that would make me look like a completely different person.Apart from that, the whole team at Dr. Zarrabis clinic is incredible. They very patiently answer all of your questions and go above and beyond in explaining everything for before and after the procedure. If you are looking for a great rhinoplasty doctor. Dr. Zarrabi is surly #1. Staff is amazing, very well coordinated and friendly. I Got my rhinoplasty done one week ago, he did an amazing job, I got my dream nose. They were in touch with me while I was recovering at home. I had no bruising and that is because he preformed piezo rhinoplasty (a much more advanced technique than traditional rhinoplasty).

Ive spent three years researching and doing consultations with rhinoplasty surgeons, but none of them could guarantee that I would get good results (I have thick skin on my nose). From the consultation alone, I felt super confident getting my nose done with Dr. Zarrabi.He explained the longer timeline associated with the final results for thick skin, but reassured me that he would get me great results- AND HE DID!!Im only 2.5 weeks post-op and I am so happy with my nose. I still have a long way to go when it comes to swelling, but even WITH the swelling, I feel super cute and confident with my new nose.I love the way Dr. Zarrabi talks about rhinoplasty being an art form. I am writing this review with a big smile on my face because I cannot thank Dr. Zarrabi enough for the amazing results of my rhinoplasty. After tons of research and 3 consultations with different doctors including in the Beverly Hills area, (which supposedly is where the best doctors are) I just knew from the day I met him that I had to pick Dr. Zarrabi. I live 1 hour and 30 minutes away with no traffic from his office and even though his office is far from me, he is the only doctor who truly gained my trust for the procedure. I did not care how far I would have to drive for pre-op appointments, surgery and follow ups because I knew he was going to exceed my expectations.From the first consultation, he listened to all my concerns very carefully, he was able to be clear and honest about any expectations of rhinoplasty. I truly appreciate his care and passion for his profession, he truly took the best care of me and went above and beyond to deliver the results I wanted. I just went under surgery on 4/28/22 and just as of almost 2 weeks later my nose is looking sooo GOOD! I am extremely obsessed with my new profile look and how positively my face changed. Rhinoplasty can take up to a year to see the full results and once someone decides to do it, they have to mentally prepare themselves for a change, have lots of patience and understand the process involved but just in so little time, I have absolutely no regrets! My nose does not have any visible scaring and even with the temporary swelling after my cast was removed, I am amazed at Dr. Zarrabis work. We had an excellent experience with my 14 year old daughter who had to have a molar and a root extracted. Dr. Zarrabi took extra time to make her feel comfortable before starting and with the local anesthesia which he did in layers so she wouldn’t feel any pain. The procedure went great and results were great. The practice has all the state of the art technologies and Dr. Zarrabi is very friendly and willing to explain every detail we would like to know. He has a very extensive background. We’ll definitely come back for wisdom teeth extractions or anything else that may come up.

I write with pleasure in telling of Dr. Zarrabi. Im hard put to find a more caring and kinder Dr. His bedside manner is superb. I went to him after interviewing several other Drs. I stayed with him because of his comprehensive and frighteningly accurate way in which he approached my Rhinoplasty. He brings a unique combination of experience and skill to his work. I cannot be happier with the nose he gave to me. The results were far better than I ever could have expected. There was absolutely no pain after the surgery. No signs of infection or swelling. I would say flawless. The care I received from him, and his wonderful friendly staff was unmatched. I am going back to him for my eyes next and I can HIGHLY recommend him for, any cosmetic facial needs you may have. I can assure you will find him equal to the task.

I cannot explain the gratitude I have for Dr Zarabi and his team. The Dr was thorough and informative during the consultation for my rhinoplasty and the front desk staff made me feel so comfortable and beautiful. The day of surgery everything went exactly as he had explained. I didn’t have an ounce of anxiety, the Doctor made me feel so comfortable. His surgical team and surgical nurse were the best I’ve ever had in my life. I really have never met a kinder, more nurturing team. My nurse was so caring after surgery I really am so touched by her kindness. My results are absolutely beautiful. It’s 100% the nose I had always wanted. My rhinoplasty made me look ten years younger believe it or not and after years of wearing breathe strips to sleep and doing saline washes to breathe better I can finally breathe normal! It’s so cliche to say, but my biggest regret is not doing this sooner. If I would have known how easy this was going to be and how happy I would be with my results I would have done this so much sooner.

Before you make a decision on getting surgery, you need to know who you will trust to do it. In my case I felt that I could trust my doctor from the first time we met. I don’t like people who rush me, but with doctor Zarabi I didn’t feel rushed for one second, he explained everything I wanted to know with patience. When I decided to do a rhinoplasty, I made sure to make several consultations throughout Southern California to ensure I could find the doctor I felt most comfortable with their work and professionalism. I am now 3 months post-operation and I cannot rave enough about how incredible my experience with Dr.Zarrabi and his office were. Not only are my results 10x better than I imagined them to be, my recovery had no visible incisions (closed rhinoplasty) and minimal bruising (he performed a piezo technique). Through the entire process of pre and post op, Dr Zarrabi was transparent about my desired look and what could be achieved (ultimately surpassing my expectations because my results are amazing) and also improving my breathing. What a wonderful experience I had. The office is state of the art with all new equipment and up to the minute new technology. The office is sterile and covid free. Dr Zarrabi will spend as much time as you need to go over your procedures and treatment. I also want to add that all his nurses are very well educated and informed on all procedures Dr. Zarrabi performs. I have been to the office twice now, and already have my third appointment booked. Dr. Zarrabi is my go to doctor for all my facial procedures.

10/10 would highly recommend! Dr. Zarabbi was by far the most professional, caring and educational plastic surgeon I met with when I was “shopping” around for the right one. I met with 4 plastic surgeons throughout the OC area and after meeting with Dr. Zarrabi on my last consultation—I knew I could trust him the most. I told him about my breathing problems and he immediately said “I can see a slightly crooked bridge so let’s check that out.”He provided a free CT scan to see the internal damage and educated me on the entire process on how he would fix that, from start to finish. He listened to my “needs” (fix my breathing problems) and also listed to my “wants” (shave down the small hump on my nose). He took headshots and photoshopped my nose to give me an idea of what my “new” nose would look like and met with me multiple times to go over everything before my surgery date.Dr. Zarrabi made me feel so comfortable and I could tell he genuinely cared about what I wanted and wasn’t just going to give me some “cookie-cutter” nose. After my surgery, he informed me that he was able to do a “closed septorhinoplasty” where there was no external incisions. This made the healing process less painful since there wasn’t any external stitches.If you are looking for an amazing plastic surgeon, I highly suggest meeting with Dr. Zarrabi! I promise you will not be disappointed. You will learn so much from him in your initial consultation and see for yourself. I also want to mention how kind and friendly his staff is. They certainly have a good team over there and you can tell the camaraderie is genuine.

Dr. Zarrabi did my Botox and lip injections just over two weeks ago and I couldnt be happier with my results. I have been getting Botox for over tens years and his work is by far the best.
