I recently had the pleasure of working with SG Real Estate for a rental property, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team was incredibly professional, responsive, and accommodating throughout the entire process.From the initial contact, they were flexible and understanding of our needs. Despite their busy schedules, they ensured that we could discuss details at a convenient time. Their willingness to negotiate a fair rental price for both summer and the academic year was greatly appreciated. They clearly communicated the terms and conditions, making the entire process transparent and straightforward.

Ive loved my experience with SG Real Estate. From the welcome letter, the beautiful unit, to the awesome property manager Wayne, all of my guest and myself have felt the love. They truly are about building community and Im grateful to be a part of it. Mr. Wayne is especially awesome! Mr. Wayne is thoughtful, respectful, and on top of things here at The Point.He handles all issues with grace and gentle authority. He is fair and thoughtful when issues arise, and when people need a little extra grace. We are very thankful for Mr. Waynes management and know that it is because of him that my experience living here is as comfortable and wonderful as it is.

We appreciate Jessica V, VP of multifamily leasing.She truly cared to help with our needs as tenants. Also, Emily, front desk coordinator. She was awesome when we did not know how to reach to get help when needed. Cesar and Tony, at maintenance, we appreciate all they do the best they can. Cesar, is kind in answering all our inquiries and complaints. Thank you everyone and Jessica, for making it possible for us to remain in our unit again. We appreciate you!!

Appreciate the responsive staff and event spaces. Have really enjoyed hosting family friendly events there. Ive live here for over a year and Im so happy I moved. Grad school has been much more enjoyable this year as a result. If there were one issue, we are a bit close to Amtrak and the train can be loud, but the event space, modern appliances, and easy access to highway make up for it.

I have been renting a unit from one of SGs properties for a little over three years and I have to say that no matter the issue that comes up Jessie will go above and beyond to ensure that everything is completed. Hes professional and kind and my favorite maintenance worker by far. I appreciate that he goes the extra mile and shows the tenants that he cares each and every time he shows up.I have had my issues over the years with my unit but I would like to thank Enrique for always making sure we are taken care of and if the issue isnt fixable now, I know we are working on it. Youre a gem and I hope we get to keep you both on our property for years to come

I was looking for a new place to live under bummer circumstances and had resigned myself to having to settle. Then I saw the listing where I recently moved, and I was (am) amazed. The unit is brand new and while they could have made generic and boring (cheap) design decisions, this team went way beyond. There are so many details that speak to a team that cares about creating a quality living experience. Everything from the bathroom fixtures to the kitchen backsplash, amazing amounts of storage, big windows and ac! Speaks volumes about the experience this company wants its tenants to have. I truly feel like this is more of a home than just an apartment. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and helpful during my application and move in process. The ceo even reached out to welcome me to the community! Also my building is full of really great people who aren’t just living in boxes next to each other - people say hello and chat. It is a great feeling to know I’ve moved into such a friendly, community oriented building.

This review is for Shadi, who is my commercial brokerage contact. Shes awesome. We had a great in person tour of the spaces available, and 1.5 years later shes still great to communicate with, helpful, and checks in often to help me with lease paperwork. Thank you Shadi!

SG Real Estate has been infuriating to work with. I didn’t have hot water for nine months in my unit. Numerous technicians confirmed this, and that they had the wrong water heater for the building. I am trying to receive rental credit they are telling me that my claims are untrue. Enrique has been helpful and some other people in the office as well. However NOBODY from admin will call me or directly interface about the issue, leaving me in the dark for months until finally today replying to say that my claims aren’t true.

I would like to compliment the Telegraph Commons team on their exceptional work with expedited processing of an application and move-in for our son. Trish Ann was flexible to accommodate with the most convenient time (and our rescheduling) for a tour. Since we, parents, were on another coast, after touring with our son, she informed us about what was done and what would be the next step. Jessica worked during evening hours and over the weekend to speed up the application process to accommodate the move-in on the weekend instead of the day of classes we asked for. She was extremely responsive and stayed on top of every step. Gabriela prepared the room on short notice and handed over the keys on the weekend. This team did an amazing job! The way onboarding was done tells a lot about how this place is run.

I used to have a very low opinion of SG Real Estate. In the past year they have changed my view. They have been significantly more responsive in resolving issues. Ive therefor changed my review to 3 stars. If this continues I will continue to increase my rating.
