I replaced carpet with LVP in 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and my stairs. This is the 3rd time we have used S&G in the 20 years we have lived here and we have never been disappointed. Kayleigh was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the service and product. Everyone in the office along with the team installing the flooring were very professional and thorough. They did great work and we are very happy with the end product. We will keep going back to S&G!

I had raphaels team here today for a rather large install. they honestly could not have been better. on time friendly efficient hard working and meticulous we could not have happier. so happy they were our team. mind blown great job!!!!.

Not only was everyone in the office amazing to work with, the two men that put in our floors went above and beyond! We are blown away by our entire experience and absolutely love our new floors! Thank you to everyone involved for making the process so easy and enjoyable.

S&G was very professional and knowledgeable. We have a dog and asked what would be the most durable, water & scratch resistant product and they pointed it out right away and many varieties to chose from. Their installers were very prompt and did a great job. Thumbs up.

Wow, all I can say is WOW! From their flexibility in scheduling our project to the finished product, our experience with them was stellar! We had to reschedule several times and actually change the scope of the project. They happily accommodated all of our changes every time and when it was time to start the work they showed up on time ready to go. The finished project, a bedroom with closet, and an office had carpet piled up and hardwood floors put in. They look beautiful and the work was impeccable! I would highly recommend S&G!

I bought new luxury vinyl plank flooring for most of my house plus new carpet for my stairs. S&G sales folks were very helpful about enabling me to pick out flooring that met my practical needs and pleased my sense of aesthetics. I borrowed samples of candidate flooring for free, until I found one that looked good in the lighting conditions of my house. S&Gs prices for flooring and installation seemed reasonable compared to other places. My subfloor turned out to have a lot of dips and rises so the installers had to work hard. Their floor grinding and dust vacuuming equipment pulled serious power - enough that a circuit flaky enough that Id been planning to have it fixed by an electrician about a month after installation needed repair more urgently. If Id realized the installers power needs, Id have gotten it fixed in advance but no harm done. The installers succeeded in saving me money by reusing my old baseboards. The crew was professional and left me with a beautiful, flat floor.

We are very happy with the installation. It looks great. They finished on schedule including unexpected floor leveling surprises. They were very clean and professional. We would hire them again.

A 1/16 space occurred in the vinyl flooring installed a year ago and S&G responded quickly within 2 weeks and redid my kitchen floor. The problem was a missed spot that was not level, luxury vinyl requires perfectly flat surface.

We had a great experience with the S&G Carpet team, from the design/sales team to the install team. The sales team was very helpful with picking out our flooring and helping to finalize the pricing. The installers were extremely impressive. We had a lot of demo work and a large scope of install and they worked very quickly and neatly. I was not expecting the level of protection that they put up, but their extra efforts were a big help with reducing the amount of demo dust. They did a great job cleaning up every day, and at the end of the project did a great final clean. We had no surprises along the way, and the installers worked faster than their originally quoted duration. We will definitely use S&G again!
