Highly recommend Sergio and his team. Sergio was recommended to me from a Real Estate professional in Las Vegas, NV and turned out to be the best decision I made to hire him. Sergio is very knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond to get my property up and ready for sale. Sergio made it happen! I have been looking to move from Calabasas to Westlake Village for quite some time and just never seemed to find the right property at the right time. Sergio came along and all of a sudden new listings appeared and we were making offers! What I loved about Sergio was that he would not let us bid higher than what was reasonable and instead we waited it out until the perfect property came along. And, yesterday our bid was accepted! Sergio kept on top of all the offers and where they were in the process and stayed on it until we had success. So excited for my impending move to a beautiful house and stellar location! FULL PRICE OFFER: We first met Sergio at one of his open houses while we were contemplating some extensive home renovations. He provided us with valuable market information and we ultimately completed our renovation. A unexpected job change required us to move shortly after and, as we were in Covid lockdown at the time, we chose to list with Sergio as he seemed to have a good pulse on the market and to be well connected. We had a unique property and were determined to get the value out of our renovation. When we chose our asking price Sergio recommended adjustments but ultimately agreed to list at our price, knowing that all we needed was the right buyer. He sold the house value with every showing and in less than a week we had a full price offer. Thank you Sergio and the SG Associates team.

As a returned customer, I highly recommend Shirley Chen. Our first home purchasing experience would not have been as smooth and easy without Shirley from SG Associates. Now we are again appreciating her help for our second house purchase. I rarely write any reviews but for Shirley I have so many good things to share:1. Resourceful and always does lots of homework from her end. She knows the lenders, knows the contractors, knows the house - she knows the market. She was the one who pointed out to the seller team that the roof would need inspection, when there was limited signs, and we ourselves knew nothing about how it works. It ended up to being one of the few things we could use to negotiate with the house owner.2. Patient and available. My husband and I took our pace in choosing lenders and making decisions on homes. Shirley has been our companion from start to end, just a phone call distance away, 24/7 - yes she made herself available to compensate our sometimes really early or late hours.3. Not just a reliable agent, but a trustworthy and honest friend. Shirley would not hesitate to be straightforward even that potentially hurt her interests. She definitely provided/is providing advice from a friends standpoint.I feel five stars cannot express my appreciation enough and there are more than just these three points above. Sergio was such an amazing agent!!! We met with 4 realtors when we began our home selling adventure. Sergio, with SG Associates, was hands down the best choice. His marketing plan was second to none and just blew us away. Our home here in Westlake sold in less than a month for above our asking price... what more can you ask for?! He is extremely responsive to calls, texts and emails and is always willing to help out.. even going above and beyond when necessary. It wasnt easy to get the house in show ready condition during the showings and Sergio always took the extra time to make sure everything was just right.I really cant say enough wonderful things about Sergio. Definitely give him a call and you wont be disappointed.

We met Sergio at a home he was promoting an Open House in Westlake Village. The home he was showing wasnt for us but within days of describing the type of home we were looking for Sergio contacted us. Sergio asked us to see another home in his area of concentration that he knew was being prepared to be listed by another agent. Thanks to Sergios understanding of the local marketplace and his negotiation skills (including keeping my negotiation skills from getting in the way) we were able to purchase a home that we spent nearly a year looking for.I am a commercial real estate broker of 30+ years. As someone in the same industry, I have very high expectations when it comes to knowledge and professionalism. Its amazing how often I will speak to an agent that clearly knows nothing about their own listing! Its literally their job to know the property they are selling, and the area in which they specialize.I can conclusively say that on a recent purchase I was very impressed with Sergios detailed familiarity with the market area, other recent sales, and exact property layouts. Clearly, this is someone that cares about their clients and the work that they do, and takes it seriously! Its shocking how rare that is. Highly recommended.

If you are looking to buy a home, we highly recommend Ernest Yturriaga. SG Associates has handled 4 different transactions for us over the past 2 1/2 years including buying and selling, and renting two different properties. All the transactions went off without a hitch. One of the things that I liked about the company, was that whoever was helping us, you got the same quality of service. In addition we went through a few escrows that did not close for various reasons, and they always put us first in their thinking. They really helped us make the right decisions. SG Associates have raised the bar as far as customer service! I enlisted their assistance in a difficult inherited property situation involving contentious family members. I had no idea what to do. When I contacted Sergio & Galen and explained my situation, they did the rest! Buying and finding a house at top of the market was not an easy task. Ernest Iturriaga was very professional as well as personal. Ernest Iturriaga is not only fantastic realtor, he is an excellent support system. Any time there was a house we wanted to see, Ernest moved fast as houses were flying off the market. SG AssociatesHands down the best real estate agency in the area! Sergio and his team worked overtime properly staging, marketing, and getting our home SOLD! They did a fabulous house premiere party, held weekly open houses, in addition to regular showings throughout the week, and kept us updated with weekly market analysis reports outlining detailed analytics of how much interest our home was getting on multiple platforms. They walked us through every step of the process making certain our interests were properly represented and were always available to answer even out most mundane first-time-seller questions.The best part of our experience was instead of allowing our home to sit vacant while we lived somewhere new, when the Woolsey Fire hit the area, Sergio and his team gave back in such a big way to its victims and us by allowing families who had suffered losses to have a place to call home over the holiday season. I assume there would be not much space left here to describe all about Sergio and Galen. This was connection at first sight!We had moved from out of state and the search started with a face-time private showing of the properties we were interested in. Once we found what we thought would be the right one for us, Sergio and Galen took us masterfully through all the stages - until we had the house recorded.During the process there had been numerous bumps, all had been resolved to my content. He had even called me to let me know the the rates of the banks had dropped and saved me a fortune! We decided to make the move to the Thousand Oaks/Westlake area with excitement and also nervousness during the COVID-19 epidemic. We were lucky enough to be connected with Bonni Wolk from the on-set, and she was nothing short of amazing. She was always ultra-responsive to our requests and questions, hustled for us to show us multiple homes, was candid and continually reassured us when we shared with her our reluctance, and extremely intelligent with her knowledge of the homes and geography of the market.
