I had a great experience with Servpro. I had a pipe leak that caused damage to part of my kitchen and they did a really good job with remediation and replacing my cabinets etc. All staff were friendly, prompt, diligent, and cared about customer satisfaction. Furthermore, Immanuel made sure everything went smoothly and the work was done efficiently. He was awesome! I would definitely recommend them for restoration and/or remodeling.

We had water damage to 2 rooms due to hot water line slab leak. Servpro of Whittier was recommended by our insurance agent. They sent Jose Arreguin and his team to assess the damage and prepare estimates for packing out the rooms, removing the carpet and then the damaged drywall and bathroom flooring. We accepted their estimate and the rooms were packed out. However before they could continue with the drywall and flooring removal asbestos/lead testing was needed due to the house’s age. These tests came back positive and so Jose coordinated the removals with a hazard materials company. That company did an excellent job with the removals and we are now ready to proceed with installation of new drywall, flooring etc. Jose remained involved throughout the process and I would certainly recommend him (and Servpro of Whittier) to anyone in a similar situation.

I highly recommend the services from Servpro! We had a significant amount of water damage and they tended to our needs in a timely and professional manner. We specifically worked with team members Iris A., Mario and, Nestor all which were very professional when doing their job. All of our questions and concerns were addressed throughout the job by each of these team members. They kept us informed of what work had been done and, what were the next steps to follow each time they came to do work on the property. By keeping us informed, they allowed us to be part of the process. The team under the direction of Iris A. was well organized and always knew what needed to be done, they came ready and prepared to work. After their work was completed they cleaned up well and left things as they found them.

I sure wished my experience was as good as the reviews!!! We had a small electrical fire in our kitchen, ServPro came out gave an estimate to clean & fix the damage. Well they did not clean anything and tore out my bottom cabinets and destroyed a couple of them. We had to replace them!! They ripped out my kitchen long before we could get any workers in there almost 2 months!!!! Now the painters are here and we noticed they didnt clean the walls or the ceiling!!!! I dont understand what they did here but only destroyed my custom cabinets. We definitely went with another contractor.

I have had nothing but the utmost best service with Servpro. I am so thankful for their advocacy with helping me restore my house after having a flood due to my water heating tank. Alexis has been my hero throughout this process and is my go to guy. The rest of the staff Graizley, Martha, Renee, Omar, and Emmanuel have also assisted me immensely to help rectify issues and ordeals. David Mills and Vera Tahuite did great work for us yesterday following our discovery that our bottom floor had flooded during the recent storms. They arrived promptly and quickly got to work moving furniture and securing it in our garage before setting up the necessary equipment. Everything was done with a positive attitude. In late July at about 4 am we had a house fire in Pasadena. Fortunately no one was hurt, but it was a major fire. We were overwhelmed, of course. At about 2:30 or 3 in the afternoon, we called 3 referrals given to us by our homeowners insurance. Jose of ServPro Whittier was the first to respond. Jose called us and said he would get a team out as soon as possible to secure the house - estimated arrival between 3-5pm. They got there around 4:30 ish, and put plywood on all the damaged doors and windows by about 5:30. He was not able to get his team up to secure the roof that day because the roof had been damaged so badly and they didnt want their guys to fall through. But he said he would get a roofing team out right away if we wanted. We told him we werent in any hurry. There was already a lot of water damage to the interior when they put out the fire on the house so we werent worried about any rain (and it was July in SoCal, so usually rain not an issue!). He tried to call a team to put up a construction fence the same day to secure the south side of the house, but it was too late. So Jose made arrangements for them to come the very next day by 8:30am and he would be there in the morning to make sure it got done. I went to the house by 9 am the next day to check and the construction fence was already done!Jose knew almost everything about the insurance process. He told us that most likely the initial adjuster (who was definitely in the wrong line of work) would probably need to transfer off our case because it was a Major loss so it would need to be transferred to a Major Claims dept. That is exactly what happened! He had a great sense of what would most likely be covered and what was not, and all of his information was accurate. Considering he was first on the scene to help us, we felt very supported and reassured. Jose was accessible, responsive to all our questions, and super knowledgeable! Oh, and the other 2 referrals we received for crisis response the day of the fire, never even called us back!About 2 weeks later, a rare anomaly happened in SoCal - a hurricane/tropical storm came through the area! A few days before, I called Jose and asked him about covering the roof since it was going to be anywhere from 3-5 inches of rain coming unexpectedly. He said he would get a team out to the house and take care of the roofing before the storm came in. My tenant went over the evening before the storm, and Joses team was still working to secure the roof with plywood and tarps at about 9 or 10 at night! Jose made sure it got done.The next week, Jose met with us, along with Jerry, our insurance adjuster, and the Lead and Asbestos abatement company, to go through the house to make sure the estimate was accurate. Jose pointed out several areas that the adjuster missed the first time - for example, he pointed out the hidden water damage to the kitchen cabinets. He made sure the estimate was thorough and all the damage was noted. Again, I was like a deer in the headlights, but Jose made sure everything was taken care of.Lastly, Jose helped with follow up around the lead abatement team and with the clean up and demolition team. My brother was flying out from PA on Sept 22 to meet with potential contractors. By the time my brother and I went over to meet with the ServPro team and contractor, the house had been completely cleaned up and gutted and was ready for us to meet to go over plans for the reconstruction. Jose and ServPro made sure it all got done.We are so grateful to have had ServPro as our emergency fire response team, and especially Jose. We would gladly recommend Jose and ServPro Whittier any day of the week. We were so blessed to have them on our side at such a vulnerable time. The staff are all professional, dedicated and hardworking. The staff showed up on time every day, worked hard, cleaned up, handled the situation professionally, and their work attitude was touching. Thank you very much for their work and hard work. I am very satisfied with the staff of this business. Special tribute! Martha is especially hard-working. Under her professional leadership, all staff work in an orderly manner. My upstairs master bedroom that was burned by fire and the downstairs kitchen that was flooded by firefighters were all cleaned up. It is very impressive. Thank you. ! Soon I can start rebuilding and getting back to normal. Highly recommend this business!
