Jason Coffman of Servpro did an excellent job of removing water damaged cabinets snd wallboard after our dishwasher leak! He took extra measures to contain any mold and contaminants since my husband is severely immune compromised. He was great at explaining everything and efficient at doing the job!

Jason Coffman was amazing to work with on our flooded out wall from a pipe burst. He was very knowledgeable and in tune with everything. Very skilled and did a great job down too the very T. Jason serviced our water backup claim with the insurance. He came right away the day after we filed the claim; he inspected everything thoroughly and took photos; he also explained what he will be doing next. Jason responded through text and phone, he was up front and clear about his schedule so there were no confusion, and he always called prior to arriving to my house. The mitigation process was smooth, he answered all of our questions and made sure we were informed on everything. Highly recommend Jason at ServePro

SERVPRO of Camarillo has done an excellent job of helping us through the cleanup phase of our water-damaged house. Jason at SERVPRO helped us through the initial inspection and drying phases (wallboard, cabinets, and flooring), lining up the proper inspections for mold and asbestos, followed by mold and asbestos removal and the final certification inspection. Jason understands the processes very well, and is a comforting voice when a homeowner is going through the trauma of water damage inside the house. Jason also hooked us up with Mike at SERVPRO who has begun working with us for the reconstruction of our walls, kitchen cabinets and floors. For anyone who has gone through this, it is not fun, but Jason and SERVPRO of Camarillo are making it easier to get through the ordeal.

Jason and Anthony did an amazing job! I was so worried that the rain had caused major damage in my wall and they came in and opened everything up and took care of the problem! The whole process was fast, efficient and clean! Jason walked me through every step and made me feel super comfortable. The office staff was also very helpful and easy to work with. Great job done by Jason at ServPro!! I flooded my laundry room and kitchen thanks to a blocked utility sink drain. To say I was stressed is an understatement. From the first call in to them to the last day of equipment pickup, Jason and the office staff were super responsive and helpful. We recently had some damage in our laundry room due to a water back up. Jason from Servepro Camarillo came out quickly to assess the damage and the work that needed to be done. Jason was great! Mike and Patty were awesome!!!!!! We had a water supply leak in a bathroom traveling not too far, so we thought. Mike came out with one of his young helpers Niki. These two were total studs! They explained everything to me in detail set up equipment and removed the water damaged drywall. He went as far as explaining that water can travel much further than you think. Mike was right on it and took care of it all. Even after all was done he checked back on the job even after he was done. Family owned and local I would highly recommend them. Mike, Jason and the whole crew were amazing. We had a leak in our roof from the solar panel system. They were able to tarp the roof before more rains and work to remove the water that had accumulated. They were friendly, courteous and kept us updated. They were also very responsive when we had Santa Ana winds and needed the tarp removed.

We called ServPro on Mothers Day when a pipe burst and they were very quick to respond. Fans and dehumidifiers were set up immediately and the location of burst pipe was quickly located. ServPro oversaw the entire water remediation (fortunately, just two rooms and part of a hallway were involved.) They worked with the insurance adjuster and recommended professional sub-contractors who were respectful of my time and property. They let me know in advance when they would arrive and my family and I couldnt be happier with the work that was performed - from replacing all hardwood, repairing the areas affected by the water and painting several rooms. We couldnt have been happier with Mike Nunes, Jason Coffman, Jason Christenson, the packout team, and the sub-contractors.

It all starts with a busted pipe in your ceiling and the feeling of dread associated with the cleanup and repair. However those feelings of dread quickly vanished when speaking to the receptionist, she was attentive and caring . Next, comes the service . Mike was there exactly when he said he would be and knocked the service out of the park and worked directly with my insurance company making the tough process a breeze. I had water damage and was unable to use water at my home because of a broken water heater and the only positive that came out of this was working with the Servpro team. I love this family owned company and have known and worked with them for more than 20 years. I used them frequently, when employed by a local large HOA of 2136 residences, to mitigate and restore water and fire damaged properties covered under the Associations Master Policy . . . and am presently using them for recent water damage to my own property. They never let me or the Association down. It is refreshing to hook up with them again and as usual they are responsive and so very professional. Add to that just plain nice people in a world that its difficult to find these days.

The leak went undiscovered for a month and basically spread through out the home causing major drywall damage and mold. The owner of Servpro, Mike, came in and assessed the damage and told me what he needed to do.
