Servpro was absolutely amazing I. Helping me and my family after our kitchen sink was leaking. They were quick to respond and had everything dried out so quickly. Vanessa, Bryant, and Robbie were amazing to work with. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend!!

The most important things about Serv Pro are their professionalism and competency. This is my second experience with them as my AAA condo insurance works with them. The office staff are courteous and fully knowledgeable and are responsive to any calls. The assessment and mitigation staff come on time and work in a timely way to assess and handle the situation. Appropriate emails are sent so it is possible to respond to AAAs requests for copies.

After a waterline leak they came out and immediately started to test and dry the areas showing moisture. They came back many times to check, monitor the equipment and to test for moisture. Their equipment was well laid out and did the job quickly and effectively. I’m in the const business and know that equipment can disrupt every day life but they helped in elleviate the issues. The Insurance company was the only issue in getting all the work completed. Thanks again Servepro of the Azusa/Covin

If you’re looking for an emergency restoration or mitigation company then SERVPRO of Azusa/Covina is the company you want to use. We’ve used other restoration companies in the past, and they are no comparison to this SERVPRO. They dealt directly with our insurance carrier, and kept us updated throughout the entire cleanup process. We never had any issues or problems. If we had questions then they were answered immediately. Strongly recommend anyone use them.

The entire team at ServPro were there for us in our plumbing and flooding nightmare. Vanessa, Jocelyn and Thomas all were there to answer any of the numerous questions along the way. Ultimately they had to refer us to another company for asbestos abatement and they couldnt perform the final remediation and demolition but in the end they did everything they could to help us and were lightyears beyond the competition.

SERVPRO is an honest restoration company. We had a faulty sewer line leaking under the house and had it repaired, but my biggest concern was any water damage to the structure. Bryan at SERVPRO performed a thorough inspection with negative results of structural damage. This good news gave me peace of mind. It’s important for me to have honest and trustworthy people to perform any work on my house. I highly recommend SERVPRO for your restoration needs. I really enjoyed having SERVPRO help us with our water damage needs (broken water pipe inside the house). The staff (Jocelyn) in the office was very helpful and friendly. Thomas and the team (Jorge and Victor) visited us and were very professional and attentive to our needs. Removal of the damaged material was done very neatly and they left our home cleaner than what it was. In this time of anxiety it was very helpful to have them provide a service that included a level of care that made us feel more comfortable with this whole experience. Very nice and professional. If needed, they will be at the top of our list next time. Highly recommended.

I recently had a water heater leak which caused damage to my laundry room, bathroom, hallway, kitchen, family room walls, garage walls and our crawl space subfloor. I contacted SERVPRO of Azusa/Covina, and within a few hours a Servpro Project Manager was on site and setting up equipment. They came to my home daily to monitor the situation and adjust according to their readings. Very professional and efficient experience from beginning to end. I had the unfortunate situation of a flooded house and was referred to the local Servpro office by my insurance company. From my first received phone call and house visit to the last day of mitigation, I was treated with respect by professionals.Thomas and Bryant were involved and organized with the mitigation plan. They explained to me the work needed to dry out my home in simple language so I understood. I was given updates on the work/progress and when unforseen issues arose, they provided me options. We recently discovered a pin sized hole in the piping of our fire sprinkler system causing floor, wall and ceiling damage. Our insurance company sent Roby from ServPro out right away. He was very professional and very polite. We felt very comfortable with him in and out of our home for the next full week. He and his team took complete inventory of the damage in order to report to the insurance adjuster. They quickly started the process of demolition and drying the water damaged areas so that we are now able to begin the remodel of our home. We had a water leak that we were unaware of until we noticed some mold around the wall in a coat closet. Servpro was called in by our insurance company and they quickly brought in drying machines and the removed the flooring and walls that had been effective. They were very proactive and vigilant in keeping up with the treatments of the mold and drying of the wood that had been effected by the water. They also completed the treatment & removed the equipment promptly once the drying was completed. They are very professional and friendly and prompt.

Thomas and his Team have been my goto restoration company for nearly a decade now. Thomases background and commercial construction gives him that extra expertise when making appropriate recommendations. The 3-4 weeks project seemed long but he had to re-mediate and renovate my unit as well as the unit below and water damages expose a great amount of hidden repairs behind the walls and under the floors in older built properties. Thomas suggested they be repaired and the costs added were reasonable market rates b/c it appears that he has good sources to work with so when he suggests a repair, it is clear to me that it is in my best interest to do it to preserve the quality and longevity of the property. Besides, who else to trust to repair than someone I already trust to complete this huge project.I hope this never happens to me again but if it does, I know Thomas will be on my speed dial. I will absolutely refer him to any of my clients needing the same services as well.
