We have been on Service Titan since late 2021 and it has been a great software to have at Standard. The depth of the software is great and can house most everything we do in one place. They constantly update the CRM with new features. Our success Manager, Margie Baker is absolutely fantastic and has a great to work with.
Service Titan has helped us transform our business! Especially, for our frontline technicians. The mobile side is easy to learn and you will see immediate improvements in tech performance. Theres a lot more to learn on the office side, but thanks to great people at Service Titan, such as Alex Johnson, you will get the support you need to be successful! We have been using ServiceTitan since 2018. It does most everything we need it to do and is miles better than any other CRM that we have tried. It does take some dedication in getting it set up for your company and you have to commit to learning each time there is an update with added features. They have Embers & Sparks groups, ours led by Tim Sjobeck, that can help you get the most out of your software that really helps!

It is a very robust product and even after 2 years, we are still implementing new features and finding new ways to leverage the software in our business. The community is excellent. ServiceTitan offers tons of optional (free) sessions people can attend to better understand how our peers in our industry leverage the software and new features, while also having an opportunity to learn from the successes (and failures) of others, beyond the platform. We certainly wouldn’t be as close to operational excellence as we are without it.Only gave 4 stars because there is still a lot of room for improvement on support and the core product doesn’t have the most intuitive workflows.
Service Titan is the most robust platform I have ever used. The sheer amount of data and integration is mind boggling. They also have FREE programs and included training to make sure you are able to utilize this amazingly powerful software as thoroughly as possible. I used service titan for a year and I no longer could afford to use the service, as it is expensive for a small company. So I reached out over 2 months ago to cancel the service. They require a 30Day notice for cancellation. I gave them a 45 day notice. They sent an email stating that I needed to port the phone numbers out to prevent losing them.So a week before the service was ending I contacted my phone carrier about porting out one of the numbers. All they needed was a porting pin or zip code of the address that service titan has on file. Easy as that.I reached out to their porting team and they sent me the supposed numbers on file. These were incorrect and my phone carrier’s team tried multiple different zip codes, including the zip code Service Titan sent me. None of them worked. My phone carrier’s team even tried to call Service Titan directly to resolve the problem with no response back. Even after my multiple emails backing their phone calls.So I tried to get Service Titan’s porting reps to contact t-mobile’s 24/7 porting team and their reps refused to do so after 3-4 attempts. They just kept sending emails to try another number. Instead of trying to call them and resolving the issue.So ironically, their porting rep finally called t-mobile and fixed the issue AFTER the account closer date. So now Service Titan has automatically charged my bank account more than of $1100 for another month of service. WITHOUT a warning or my approval!I have been reaching out for over a week now to get this payment refunded and have barely received an email with some information regarding the issue.This is complete non sense and I will not be referring anyone to this company any longer. Their team is only willing to help you if you are actively looking to pay them more money and they stole more money from me after the 45 day cancellation notice! True 2024 customer service right here! Working from home and nobody wants to do their job anymore!

Anytime I have needed help setting up something or confused on what something does; I tell my CSR and they point me in the direction of someone else who knows. ServiceTitan is a comprehensive and powerful platform, though its complexity can be challenging even for seasoned professionals accustomed to working with databases. With multiple ways to accomplish tasks, it can be complicated to teach and learn. However, the standout feature of ServiceTitan is its exceptional customer service. They are always available 24/7, providing prompt assistance often within five minutes of a request. For more complex issues, responses can take a few days, but their dedication remains evident. We were assigned a Success Manager, Lesman, and he has been great to work with. Always polite and eager to assist anyway he can!We also use FleetPro, which has been beneficial despite some bus that we are still working through.Pricing is very steep but the return on investment is positive. Overall, we are satisfied with ServiceTitan and will continue to use and recommend it to others in the HVAC community.
I want to be positive about Service Titan and hope that over time things will improve. I do like many features of the program but not sure some of their onboarding/implementation staff truly knows their jobs or cares about us customers and the importance of our time running a business. The lack of support and length of response time was truly ridiculous (schedule a meeting 3 weeks out to help with daily issues). I understand this transition is a process and expect some issues but I truly had to get a bit aggressive and slightly ignorant with emails just to get the attention we needed to get answers.Fast forward we are 4 months into using ST and wanted to say Kudos to our CSR Sabrina Chacon who advocated for us after those not so nice emails. She was able to help us get some answers and more importantly lead me to Zach Lawrence who is currently working with his data engineer to get things resolved for us. He has been very responsive and supportive.As for the Ignite and Ember sessions, I have learned some new things being paired with groups of other companies using the program. I was able to get some good info by hearing what others have tried and experienced. Joel Pachefsky is knowledgeable and I like how he runs the trainings. Keeps it fun, more personable and I learn something new at every session!Trying to keep positive about this program. Once all our implementation issues are resolved, I am hoping to spend more time with our staff learning all the features of Service Titan.
Hrag has been a monumental piece to us utilizing Service Titan properly, since we have had his help, we have not only been able to increase efficiency, but boost Moral inside of the company. He not only helped me build reports to reflect efficiency of our team, but it also helped me incentivize my technicians. I truly appreciate all of his help, it has made me a better business owner and leader. He always has a way to explain things to me, so that my hectic Entrepreneur Brain can slow down and understand. Angie Sjobeck is the best! She is very attentive, responsive and is always willing to help. I feel like I can be a handful and needy but she always makes me feel so important and her priority. The best way to manage this complexity is to be proactive and sign up for ServiceTitans free programs, such as Sparks and Ember Sessions. My sessions with fellow ST users under the expert guidance of Tim Sjobeck opened my eyes to how to get the most out of my investment in ServiceTitan.
We are new to Service Titan (onboarded in late fall) and just started actively using the software this Spring. I have to say that although we had some issues in the beginning with onboarding and support, the additional groups such as Ember and now Sparks have been extremely valuable in our growth. A huge part of this growth has come from having Ashley Baillio as an advocate for us! She has not only helped in these sessions but went above and beyond to connect us with other people to help out our team. She is able to help customers understand how ST works in such a way that it makes sense as a new user. Aside from being knowledgeable and passionate about her work, she is very kind and extremely fun to work with!

Service Titan has revolutionized our office workflow in an extremely positive manner. It has not only enhanced the experience for our customers, but it has also increased our internal efficiency and allowed us to discover innovative ways to make use of the system. With the limited time available in a day, it is challenging to research problems or stay updated on upcoming modifications. Our CSM, Ashlee, was able to show us some quick and easy implementations to get more out of ServiceTitan and to improve the accuracy of reporting on our dashboards. With a couple of small tweaks we will be able to improve on tech engagement and will have better data to use for guiding our team.
Working in IT and with ServiceTitan has many ups and downs. The platform has a lot going on - that can be a good thing and a bad thing. The convoluted and confusing nature of the UI and front end can be hair pulingly frustrating. However - to say that ServiceTitan is not incredibly convenient in many ways would be a lie. It is very nice having so many things to work with in onw location. Using payroll through it specifically makes my life handling off-boarding of employees an ease. That doesnt mean the platform is perfect - it is far from it. Although I will say, the support we get from our success manager, Alex Johnson, is second to none. Without his help we would have a rough time learning and navigating through the complexities of the platform. Since that time I get an email every week from a Jackie at Service Titan. I have replied 20 times telling them top stop sending me emails and it doesnt stop. I am writing this review warn everyone how annoying Service Titan is even after I said I was going with a competitor of theirs. For the record JONAS Construction Software has been phenomenal, yes it may appear to be expensive however the ROI is great. My experience with Kyle R. has been nothing short of phenomenal. He takes my concerns seriously, and if he can’t immediately solve my issues (which is rare), he always promptly finds the answer. Im certain the good reviews are up and coming new customers. I completely understand the excitement of a dispatch software that can be a game changer in your small business. I was also excited....My recent experience is less than exciting. Its infuriating!Service Titan offers many good features but the software really is only another good dispatch software because they have no one that understands inventory or accounting.Why Im pissed this time;Marketing Pro allows us to market and re-brand to our existing customer base. This is extremely important in home service companies.The price for this service was $665/month and I was happy to pay that price knowing the importance.We were alerted that this module was going to $2,000/month!Of course we started shopping and found a service for 650.We terminated Marketing Pro with Service Titan and wait for this one........Just got an email from Service Titan rep basically saying hey, were gonna do you a big favor and offer you a 250% discount.a 250% discount is a slap in the face to a loyal customer and an insult to my intelligence.There is obviously no leadership with integrity in your company and unless you offer a 250% discount on the rest of the services you provide, we are leaving.

We have had great customer service starting with Dean our onboarding specialist, to Chantel who is a wealth of knowledge. We were very apprehensive at first because of the amount of training it took to get comfortable with Service Titan. It is definitely an investment, but everyday we see more of its value. Were grateful there is a team of professionals at almost any reasonable time to help you through hiccups and integrations. We love Service Titan. We have been with ST for almost 5 years. Our onboarding file was massive and it went great. We have since acquired 4 other companies and those integrations have gone very well. We have had several success managers and all have been good. Our current success manager is Adam Hennager and he is fantastic. He handles all of our silly questions and the occasional hard one. Our company signed up for ServiceTitan two years ago. Their sales team promises great customer care, ease of use and ability to integrate with other systems like QuickBooks. However, those are all false promises. Once you agree to utilize service titan, you will then be told you need to upgrade for their system to perform as expected. Their sales tactics are bait and switch.Additionally, on boarding with them is a nightmare. You have to adapt to their schedule, not yours. You are treated like a child in school, not a customer.Finally, they will promises free months, but apply these to your onboarding.I would look into other systems prior to paying for ServiceTitan.

Erin Thayer was the most awesome on-boarder that there could ever be (2020/2021). She made our entire process as smooth of a transition as there could be considering all of our hurdles that we had to overcome. She understood us and in turn, we understood her. Her knowledge of the product is incredible and rarely did she not have the answers for us and if she didnt, she found someone who did. She makes sure you know what youre doing and guides you when you dont. Its true teaching at its finest.
I loved the ignite, spark, and embers series with Tim Sjobeck. He was very helpful and the program allows you to learn more about the software and you get input from peers in the trades as well and how they do things. It was very helpful.
Service Titan is an amazing Software and every company grows by using the software. Sena is the absolute best and love being a part of his Sparks Session Group.
This company has you sign a one way contract. Be careful. Read thoroughly. There are way better options out there than service titan. If you go through the demo, sign up, but the program does not work for you & your company they hold you hostage. Thats the sign of big corporate greed. Be careful this company plans to go public. This means Profits is all they care about. Customer service is no good.

I have been a customer of Service Titan for years. This is my second company using this software. The software is good and a rep will contact you whenever they think they can sell you something else. However, if you need help, or want to change the package, or even cancel... good luck! Its all about the $$$ for them and nothing more.

ServiceTitan is by far the best Field Management Software available today for Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and other residential and commercial service companies. They are constantly reinvesting into their SaaS product and it only gets more robust each and every year. One of best employees at ServiceTitan - Sena Sadeghi runs the Spark Sessions groups which help contractors learn best practices to run a successful business using ServiceTitan and other integrated platforms. Sena has taught me a lot about maximizing the use of ServiceTitan and I highly value his knowledge and skillset!
Low brow, shady business practices. Most expensive software on the market. Clunky and unintuitive to use. We are a small business and I’m the owner operator. I had a previous employee who suggested we sign up for ST even though we only had three employees including myself at the time. The employee went through the training, signed up, we ended up paying over $2500 total and then that employee quit. And then I was down to one technician and myself, the owner. I reached out to customer service explained the situation, told them I don’t have any use and cannot afford the software. We never use the software one time, not for one service call not for one customer. We don’t have an office with computers and office staff with people who take phone calls. We do everything off of our cell phone. I tried multiple times to reach out via phone and email, never got anyone helpful and never got anyone to call me back. I remove my payment information and thought I would be done with it. Now I’m being harassed by a third-party company threatening to sue us for the balance that we owe. What a joke. They’ve provided absolutely zero value to us so far, they’ve collected 2500 of our hard earned dollars, and we just want to part ways and they’re threatening to sue us, a tiny business. These people are pathetic

BEWARE: They will take your money whether they deliver or not.. If you value the Principle of INTEGRITY.. avoid this company.Similar story to others - ST is just a terrible fit for my painting business.. they sold me the dream during the Sales process.. they deliberately hand-wave demos so you cant actually see how it will function.. but once I was under contract and could FINALLY see under the hood, it was SUPER clunky and not intuitive AT ALL and realized I made a huge mistake. I worked in Tech before I switched to home services - the UI/UX is awful.. and will be a NIGHTMARE for your back-office staff to manage.. (lead setter, sales, ops, etc)..Once both you and your ST Engineering lead realize that this is a terrible fit for you and your business.. they will continue to bill you $2000-4000/mo for 12 months.. regardless of if theyve ever delivered on anything useful to your business. Theyve been charging me not only for the base platform.. but also for all of the Pro Products.. and we have STILL not gone live since contracting with them almost 12 months ago..As a business owner - I cannot imagine taking peoples hard-earned money before I deliver my service for them - but this is how Service Titan operates..Theyll respond to this comment that they are sorry and that they are escalating this.. I will gladly update this post if anything meaningful comes of that escalation.. if I dont update - you can assume nothing changed.No one can take your Integrity - you can only give it away.
I am the HVAC Service Manager at Above and Beyond Service Company in Oklahoma. We have been using this software for a little over 6 years. We have worked really hard to implement as much of the software as possible, and in doing so have grown leaps and bounds in size and revenue. This software will handle most of your companies needs, removing the need to have several different software applications for one business. They have integrated with several companies that offer different services if need be, but they arent required. The are the Cadillac of software for the trades, and we would rather close our business than use anyone else. Great job Team! ServiceTitan is a fairly complicated software with countless features and capabilities. Our CSM is Angie S. and she is very skilled in using and configuring this software. Without a good CSM this software will be a challenge to successfully use, but with a good CSM its a breeze. Ill also mention that the leadership at ServiceTitan continues to push the boundaries of innovation; its really exciting to be able to use a software that is improving constantly!

Service Titan is an amazing program to track all your Service Professionals, job history and customer information. The support staff is always spot on and helps keeps things going. Like every program, updates tend to jumble things up, but the support team gets things back on track quickly and professionally.
First 1-star review Ive written for any company but I feel so strongly about this that it needs to be said. What a joke of an implementation process. For a small/medium size business like ours, this is just way too complex. I was told what we needed to happen would indeed happen and it wasnt going to be too tough of a set up. Well after going through our first on boarding, I realized this was just way too complex for our company and requested a cancellation of our account. I would pay for the onboarding and any time we used of theirs, but I did not want to continue with the software. I was told absolutely not. So now we are paying $700 a month for a software we will not use.I decided to give it another go and start with another cohort. First thing is to do product/catalog implementation. Set up the zoom meeting with the link they sent me. Day of the call, I get a cancellation notification that they think we need to work with someone else at Service Titan based on our needs. WHAT! Ive had this meeting scheduled...with the person YOU suggested. I scheduled certain people to be here for this. I turned down other meetings and tasks that needed to be complete because of this and I get a cancellation 2 hours before? Unacceptable. Service Titan, you need to rethink how you pitch your product because I feel completely bamboozled by your sales people and the support after the fact has just been completely lackluster.I cant believe Im being forced to pay for a service I wont even use. I cant imagine telling a customer of mine they have to pay in FULL for something they wont receive. Never will recommend.
Simply asked this company for pricing. They couldnt give it to me. I purchased a subscription for jobber right after. Jobber has an awesome sales team, their staff are upfront and transparent and they walked me through everything. Best part, I didnt need to spend an hour on the phone listening to a sales pitch!

The Worst experience ever.Service Titan failed to ship me any of the cameras I ordered for my fleet and its been over a month Ive been reaching out trying to get the situation handled with zero response.I 100% regret moving forward with them and will be cancelling my contract due to their failure to uphold the most basic items on their side

They absolutely do not listen and are extremely persistent in trying to get us to use them when we do not need their services. Any company that has to constantly call a business line in order to gain customers is absolutely fraudulent.

I had my Service manager & office manager look into it.I have never dealt with a company that has treated its customers as they have treated us. We were legitimately interested in using their services. So glad that we have found out early on what kind of people they are now. My Service Manager was coerced into electronically signing my name to their contract by thier sales staff. I was not in the office that day. (at a dr. appointment) After getting the contract signed they began taking money out of our account. Bare in mind we are not using there system yet. So 2,600+ dollars later we have nothing. I told them that the contract that they have was not signed by me an it is invalid. They told me that I would have to pay the eary termination fee of 6,000 dollars to get out of the contract. How do you hold a customer hostage to use something that doesnt work for them? We are an honest Company & will always go the extra mile to make our customers happy. Guess that is not in thier business model. Its too bad they couldnt have been gracious enough to realize that thier product just doesnt work for us. Maybe take that info to improve upon what you already have and make it better. Angie’s Sjobeck is the best CSM at Service Totan! This is the premier home service platform for the trades. They allow contractors to grow their company beyond what any other platform offers. It takes work and dedication to get it set up, but once it’s configured the results are worth the effort.
What started out as a great program has declined extremely fast. This company doesnt take any consideration to what you think. They absolutely know, for a fact, without a doubt, what is the best workflow for your individual business. Every single update has flaws and feels like its not even tested. The interface is constantly changing and in-office staff needs to be retrained, every time. They are extremely slow to address workflow issues, and when they make changes that exponentially increase your workflow time from taking a call, booking a job, converting an estimate, seeing customer history, etc... too bad. They simply dont care about the end user. They just want to sign people up with their notoriously hard to terminate contracts that lock you in for a year (and auto-renew or so Im told). If youre look for a POS system, youve found a POS system. Keep shopping.

Ive been working with Hrag for the last 6 months. Hes been very instrumental in moving our electrical business forward and continual growth. Best 6 months on record yet!
I am a growing company specializing in demolition and framing. I was using a full general contracting software prior and due to them being bought out its no longer a good fit. Everything we do is custom as are our estimates and reporting. I went to the service titan website to look into their products. A titan bot popped up to chat with me. I engaged and answered the questions. After responding with my area of work Taylor stopped responding. I sent a ? after 15 minutes and nothing.I moved onto clicking the demo button. It asks for area of work. I selected other to which a list shows up thats extremely hard to read as it shows as dark gray text on a black background. Again I clicked other. Followed by answering my current tech size of 2. I dont consider myself full time in the office as Im the owner. Im full time in everything. They auto sent me an email saying Im too small for their software and recommended crew control.I dont need some software to tell me where my trucks are. I need a software to report detailed estimates, track change orders with customizations, store photos for documentation, and track all sales in different categories along with our repeat customers.But, Ill never know if Service titan can do that since they discredit their customers before even asking the right questions.If I were a GC again I would go look at Builder Trend. The only reason I dont use them is because my best clients and repeat general contractors that hire me use it, and it doesnt integrate with itself. But I can speak to the fact that they care enough to answer questions.

Run in the opposite direction. If youre not $15 million-plus, they will not honor their agreement in giving you a success manager. Update: After some time, the company executive director did reach out and agreed to send us a termination contract as we had asked for. They even refunded our payment and made things right. The only reason its not 5 stars is because we lost more money than what the full payment entailed, but we are happy they did the right thing and are grateful!Read the 1 star reviews. This company has a lawsuit in its near future, mark my words. There is nothing I can say that has not already been said. Beware of this company, and they deserve criminal recourse. I have experienced the same horrible experience as everyone else. STAY AWAYThey ported our phone lines out, after we told them not to, and they confirmed the cancellation, and now we are without phones for 5-7 business days.. Thousands of dollars down the drain and potential customers lost.I have pages of information detailing proof of contract breach on their end, that I have sent them, and they will not release me from my contract. They failed during onboarding and data import, promised they would streamline my business, only to say that I have to input 80% of my payroll MANUALLY. This would take more time than my original system doing the opposite of promised optimization.It doesnt matter what I say, nothing will be done with my request and they will only try to bleed me dry.
ServiceTitan has a great sales game but a terrible customer service game. They are the Comcast of CRMs. It’s unfortunate because Marketing Pro and Scheduling Pro sound great on paper, but unfortunately they just can’t walk the walk. I am not one to publicly bash a company, but the onboarding process is a joke. They expect you to bend to their whim to just schedule onboarding with no flexibility for concern for your schedule. Oh, and if you want them to take accountability for anything, well, that’s just not going to happen. They’re right. You’re wrong. They can’t take constructive feedback to save their life. Besides poor customer service, their upgrade options like Marketing Pro don’t have the necessary capabilities to work as promised. You would be better off purchasing High Level or Chiirp for SMS campaigns. Incredibly overpriced for sub-par tech and even worse customer service.

It seems as soon as we start to learn the latest version of Service Titan and get it to start working for us, they do updates that make it more difficult. Sad they went downhill so far and fast. Maybe the engineers are under too much pressure to make changes to keep their jobs, maybe not. I dont know, but this just seems like it is becoming more and more difficult, not to mention how incredibly expensive.
Weve been on Service Titan for about 2.5 years and I love working with it! It is a robust program and there is A LOT to learn, but if you take your time and use your resources... it totally pays off! Our CSM, Tess, is by far my favorite! She is so helpful and if she doesnt know off the top of her head, she always gets us the answers we need. Shes been encouraging and a great calming cheerleader on our ST journey!!
This is the worst software experience ever! Beware of signing a contract with these people. The sales people will scam you into thinking this is great software... it isnt. Since signing up, our company has closed. After submitting everything they asked for, they are still taking money from my account. I urge users to use any other software than this one!

On hold for over an hour with support to get a zaper integration connected with Service Titan. The only portion I needed help with was connecting fields with ST. I was on hold for 65 minutes just for them to create and email me a support ticket. What a horrible waste of my time! Very disrespectful of your customers time.
Although weve had challenges utilizing Service Titan to the fullest, our Success Manager, (Hrag) has been there to provide assistance each week during our success calls. Thank you for your help!

Tim Sjobeck is fabulous in our Sparksessions! Hes full of all the information and does a great job of running the show.
Ashley Baillio has done an amazing job with our Ember Sessions groups. She is patient with the participants and very thorough.
They should be ashamed of themselves.They withdrew money out of our account for two months for a service they didnt activate. Im still trying to have the issue resolved.In addition, the onboarding is not company specific or personalized. Be prepared to hear check the training database.Once the sale was made, we never heard from our salesmen again asking how the process was going.Please do your research before purchasing this product. There are better options out there.Companies like this are the ones that deserve to fail.

My experience with this company has been nothing short of frustrating. There are many software bugs they claim to escalate issues, and then they never communicate back with you. Their phones Pro has resulted in our company, not receiving phone calls into our office for days. We can only communicate via email with the escalation team! They did not compensate us for the loss of revenue in business. There are multiple issues with program.
Owner of an electrical contracting company, been almost 3 years with service titan and we are still not operating efficiently. The on boarding team and their group training was terrible and absolutely did not set us up to understand the system, set it up, and properly use as well as build from there.We have had a constant revolving door of success managers and teams who just disappear randomly with little success to get us any further. Each rep. Gives us different processes and takes us down different paths which the next rep says was/is wrong. We have committed unlimited personal to learn the system; at the beginning and still. One of our success managers mentioned issuing a credit on our account but that never happened and we are seriously thinking of going to a legal level against service titan if we are not given the proper amount of attention to get our company operating efficiently in the short future.
Chantel was amazing and helped walk me thru the process of creating memberships and recurring services. I sure do appreciate her and her knowledge.
If we could give you no stars we would. Trying to cancel this contract or even get a copy has been impossible for over a month now. Calling is useless, email is useless. Every communication is a circle to no where.Update. From 1/12/24 to date 2/20/2024 no one can answer a single question with clarity or provide what they say, including Kyle. Good intentions are not enough. Requests for documentation of account cancellation has been denied. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

And that’s take forever, You cannot change things by yourself only they can do it for you, If you wanna do Invoices You need to hire another 2 to 5 people to do the same amount on Invoices you did alone, this software is the worst for whom who work with property management.They cable you with Their contract for two years and you don’t have a way out if you wanna leave them you will need to say goodbye to $100,000, Once they sign you in, that’s it. It’s a Catholic marriage no way out.If you want to do better to you and your business stay away like fire from the software Because the software will make you to lose everything that you have with many lies they tell you while they signing you in and you pay, triple from any other software in the market.I wish I could take my month back I’m with them only one month and the mess that I have in my company. I never had since we open it 8 years ago .Their accounting, it’s the most complicated thing that you can ever handle in your life The difference between the estimate and the difference between the Invoices will make your head to go lost so if you did sign with them I feel sorry for you likeI feel sorry for myself, and if you’re about to get away before you do than you can save the biggest mistake you can do to your Business.Very disappointed Customer!!!!!
Every time they do an update they make it worse. Newest update is terrible. So Angry and frustrated with Service Titan. No longer can recommend this software. Another update week of 1-22-2024 and update sucks! Dont waste your time or money on this product. Every update makes things less efficient. We are moving on from Service Titan when our contract is up in June.
Great in every way! I love the organization of this app…. But please STOP ASKING TO ENABLE BACKROUND LOCATION!!! I have it set to while using the app. Shouldn’t that be enough? Quit asking it ruins when I am trying to work with the app.
Payed $3805.00 In the first 30 minutes of signing up. Had just about zero % help. I would write a longer review but I no longer can afford to give them any of my time. If you work for your money and dont like throwing it in the trash do NOT sign up. Lots of help up until the $3805.00 cleared the bank. Onboarding is set up for failure! DONT BUY INTO THE NONSENSE THEY PITCH!
Tim Sjobeck has been awesome! He was my sparks session leader and I am now in his sparks group for the second time. He is the one who introduced me to the idea of becoming a torchie, beta testing for Service Titan, and got me started on the Certified Administrator Program. I have also had great experiences with Sena and Meghan for some of the Sparks by roles and they are equally as awesome!

Horrible experience. Promised us 3 free months of their software plus a $1,000 amazon gift card. Charged us a hefty fee to start up and continued to charge us monthly afterwards (supposed to have been 3 months free). I would definitely look into using a different software company. I’d give zero stars if it was an option.
Not a fan. As an admin, I feel I should be able to change/manipulate/correct things from the back end. You cannot. You have to call into customer support each time. Its a robust system, but its not customizable to your needs. There are a lot of features that make it challenging to use with ease. Ive been working in this CRM for 3 years now, it still hasnt won me over. It shouldnt require a masters degree in technology to navigate the system. I need it to dispatch and invoice. It doesnt export nicely into Quickbooks either. My main complaint is the first, I just want to be able to make corrections without calling in. Ex: I cant even cancel out a customer credit without a confusion 10 step process that makes zero sense. Please listen to your customer base and take into consideration reasonable changes to the software.*Also, onboarding and training is a joke.
Service Titan is an impressive product. If you are willing to put in the time and effort to set your account up properly, it will have a serious positive impact on your company. Our technicians like it, our customers like it, our office staff likes it. We are 6 months in and so happy with our decision. We are excited for what the future holds as we continue to build out and use all the features it has to offer. I highly recommend Service Titan without reservation.
Great program with lots of potential integrations. Comes with a hefty price tag but you are provided with lots of support to fully utilize features.
We have been with ServiceTitan for almost 3 years and I dont ever see us looking back. The program is evolving constantly to improve how we run our business. Customer support is quick to help and easy to get ahold of. Pro Products can seem a bit pricey, but after using are well worth the money. Jason Lee (Kyungin), Nick Lopiano and Julianna Esparza have been AMAZING reps and made the set up and transitions smooth! Megan Montgomery, Sena Sadeghi and Jessica Woodfruff Smith have made the communities fun and easy to learn the updates. I feel like a valued customer and not just a number. This was probably the best move we made and I cant wait to see everything else they come out with to make our lives/jobs easier!

Moving to Service Titian was the best decision our company has made! We have been live for 2 years and seen significant growth, increased efficacy & accountability across our entire company thanks to this software! Onboarding was grueling but we were warned that it was going to be a lot of work and we would get as much out of it as we put in, our Onboarding Specialist Erin was AMAZING and our Success Manage Victor is AWESOME!It is worth every penny we pay for it!!A big shoutout to Spark sessions and Ashley, Spark is a great place to lean and share experiences with other users that are in the trenches same as you! Ashley is fantastic at keeping the energy up, making sure everyone is engaged and keeping the sessions flowing smoothly! She is a #rockstar 🚀

It is the best Software out there!!! Wouldnt change or use any other platform out there for our business (HVAC). The customer service has improved tremendously in the past 3 years that i have used ST. I feel they invest as much in you as a user than you invest in yourself as a user. If you are willing to put in the time to learn, with help from ST they give you what you need (videos, tutorials, written instruction and a success manager). As an owner (and full time employee of the business), that is invaluable. Recommend to all! Best of all John Sena is wonderful help in our Sparks group which is a help meeting at no cost to us as a customer. Embers, Spark and Torch are amazing platforms that ST invest in their clients.
We have been working with Service Titan since Feb of 2022. Their accounting software is beyond HORRIFIC! If you want to use them for customer service and scheduling its an ok system but can get confusing with invoices vs estimates. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE use Service Titan for any accounting needs! Their implementation is terrible and support is even worse. Zero Stars over here! xo

We’re forwarding this review to our Customer Success Team immediately.This is what they say to all their bad reviews as they scum. If the owner had any dignity he would refund people’s money. We watched 2/3 of their training videos and knew this was way to much for our shop of 5. We called them and like everyone else we were stuck and never used anything of theirs. Two year contract I’m down to the last 7k and never used their software. I have 9 more months to gave them 760 a month.Ps. If the software and business was so good you wouldn’t have to take peoples money that want a refund. I’m a business owner and wouldn’t do this to a customer.
I couldnt readily find an uptime SLA for Service Titan. Thats probably because they cant promise adequate uptime. The uptime and service should be second-to-none considering how much they charge for their SAAS. Their service is terrible. They do a great job selling you but after that youre SOL.

Not thrilled with the new update, it makes it very hard for someone with ADHD to process and locate the information on the new design. Its too busy and spread out.Also the tags for the account which we use to flag problem accounts or essential info pertaining to the customer has been moved to the right side of the screen and is no longer at the top where it would be noticed.

When I am on any sessions with her, I learn so much. I am inspired and motivated. Running a small plumbing business is consuming. She has helped me learn so much including how to post on call schedules, communicate to the service techs, navigate through the accounting to bill more efficiently, and more. She is awesome. There is a tremendous amount of support and free programs to help you utilize everything Service Titan has to offer. Amazing integrations, fantastic training and customer support, and it has every possible feature a company in the trades could want. From custom dashboards to extensive reporting, with an incredibly intuitive design and layout, you will not be disappointed.

I was fortunate to get into a group early on and Joel Pachefsky has been the best moderator. He truly made a difference in how quickly we started navigating the different features. The encouragement to speak with peers in similar roles and learn from each other as well as stay after to online to help with any other questions or concerns. I still look forward to these sessions!

2024-06-19 21:37:50Service Titan may not be the easiest system to get started BUT I have learned that all of the hard work it takes to get everything set up and running really pays off! I also have to shout out our Customer Success Manager Alex Johnson, he is knowledgeable and personable at the same time which makes working with him (even on harder issues) a breeze. He makes things as easy and seamless as possible which I truly appreciate. I have worked in the Home Services industry for over ten years and I could not imagine not using Service Titan today- it really is a great product.

2024-07-01 19:11:27Service Titan is very robust software that has made a huge difference for our small company. It is labor intensive to set up, but the tutorials and classes are good. Once we got it set up, we could see immediate improvements in our efficiency. Job costing and reporting are great too.
