Thank you to the team at Service Pros! I needed an oil change and sway bar links reinstalled on my Jeep. They were able to squeeze me in and get me back on the road the same day! I appreciated how reasonable they were with accommodating my needs. The throughout inspection was great to have as well. If you are in the area, give them a call.

I recently had an issue with my Prius and was going to take it to the dealer. Well they never called me back. I found Service Pros on google and Yelp. They did not disappoint. Jeff and his team were great and repaired my car quickly. The whole process was efficient and super easy. As a college student, mechanics unfortunately tend to be dishonest and try to upsell on a bunch of unnecessary things. Went to the Toyota dealership where I purchased my Rav 4 XLE and prices were extremely inflated. I came in today a few minutes after they opened for a 60,000 mile service which included an oil change and transmission fluid change, Jeff and his team were not only very professional but also very welcoming, straight to the point. My car is running really well, the technician and Jeff himself were very polite when I was asking questions such as how dark the transmission fluid was, what comes next etc. Reasonable pricing given what inflation has unfortunately done to businesses. Very clean and comfortable environment to wait for your vehicle, overall family owned environment, guys who are passionate about their jobs & above all else individuals who want to go above and beyond to help others with their car needs. Be sure to call in advance to book an appointment as today was a very rare and lucky occasion for me to come in without one. Thank you Jeff & the technician, as a business management student this hits all of the categories of what solidified, driven and consumer oriented business looks like. I will definitely come back especially since they specialize in Toyota, Lexus and Scion. Thanks guys, second to none experience and service!

Jeff is the real deal. Very professional and knowledgeable. My AC unit unfortunately needed to be replaced. I searched for automotive shops within the San Marcos area and came across Service Pros Automotive. There are several positive reviews posted online and now I know firsthand with my own positive experience. Jeff was very thorough in explaining my options and he was able to complete the work the same day without having to leave the car overnight or a few days, compared to other automotive places I called. Service Pros Automotive front office is very clean and welcoming. While I waited a few hours for my vehicle, I observed many returned customers that came in that day and knew Jeff with a sense of trust and satisfaction. I will definitely use Service Pros Automotive again and have already referred family and friends to Jeff.

Had a great experience at Service Pros Automotive! Had the unfortunate experience of dealing with an auto-shop that wanted to charge me for auto work that my car did not need. After taking my car in for a second opinion. Jeff informed me what the issue was; saving me hundreds of dollars. Jeff was professional and trustworthy all the way through. It maybe more expensive than the nearby auto-shops, but you get what you pay for. Jeff’s professionalism and honesty has earned him a loyal customer.

These guys are always great. Very good listeners to problems you’re having, wonderful text updates that link you to a webpage with details status of each car component to save for your records. Excellent and speedy service. Comfortable lobby and never had a problem with the actual work itself. Late night drop off is also fantastic since it means I can get the work done in the morning right away, and it’s ready before my night shift for almost all routine maintenance. They’ve recently started serving non-Japanese cars too.

I saw the interview on The Zevely Zone on Channel 8. I was impressed with how you helped the disabled man.Im a retired older lady. Its easy for car repair places to take advantage of. After that interview I thought I could trust Service Pro. I was right. They took very good care of me. Fixed my car, I have an old 2002 Toyota Rave4 with only 99890 mile. I need to keep it running g. Jeff was so kind when the alternator went out on my car. He handled the repairs quickly and I was back on the road the next day. He also sent me a photo of a small, rusted radiator leak I didn’t even know existed. That was taken care of as well. He turned a somewhat traumatic break down into a piece of cake! I had seen a news story about Jeff on CBS8, and was so impressed, I put his contact info into my contacts list for just such an emergency. I’m really glad I did!

First time customer. Definitly recommend this place. Called today because our car has had an oil leak somewhere and i couldnt find it. An hour later, my car was at thier shop getting checked out. Turned out the last place I took it too over filled the motor oil and it was leaking out of the dip stick. They could of lied and said it was a gasket somewhere and charged me thousands of $$$ but they were honest. I really appreciate your honesty Jeff. You have my business next time.

This is an updated review for Jeff and his team. I’ve been coming here for a year or so; per usual, this team is so efficient. I can’t tell you enough how much I appreciate the call backs/emails I get about my car. Jeff will give me his recommendations but there is never “any pressure” to do additional services. To me, I love the no frills aspects of it (if you do it, or not).It’s so hard to find a great auto shop when I moved back to California, especially when you’re new to the San Diego area, so yes, I highly recommend this place!

What a strange experience to get into my 2007 4Runner and have zero dashboard lights staring back at me. I was in search of a new mechanic place since I had a horrible experience from some previous mechanics who left my car in shambles. I searched for the best reviews online and Service Pros came up. I came in and Jeff greeted me, listened to my story of what all went wrong at my last place. Luckily Jeff and his team was able to figure what was going on with my car and fix it! Also their digital system of where they take pictures of everything, give you an evaluation before they even start is AMAZING!! They send you the evaluation of your car in a link via text, which was so easy to just send that link to my dad, who is usually is the one who helps me with my car stuff. So I discovered service pros like I’m sure most people, google. I saw they had well over 200 reviews all 5 stars. I thought that had to some sort of error. Nope, not an error. Jeff was very friendly from our first interaction and I told him I just bought the car and needed it looked over. He found a few minor things and a couple medium ones. He recommended which ones should get done first and which ones can wait. I decided to just go ahead and knock out 90% of it because I wanted peace of mind. They were completely honest and transparent the entire process. He even gave me a massive military discount on both parts AND labor, which is UNHEARD of in this industry. I will definitely be taking all my Toyota’s/Lexus to these guys every time. Small shop but HUGE customer service. Thanks Service Pros!

Unlike other maintenance places, it really seemed as though they just wanted to help with my car rather than just get money off of me. I have brought in my car to Service Pros twice and each time they have laid out all of my options and helped me save money. This last time, they ran a diagnostic on my car and found codes that were covered under an enhanced warranty by my dealer who then covered the cost of repairs. I had a 90k service preformed on my 2004 Toyota Corolla and I also replaced the Front and Rear Brakes. My vehicle runs like it did when I drove off the lot. They go above and beyond. Jeff the owner is an honest person. Few months ago I had some light come on my dashboard and I thought it was time for service. I went there for service, but Jeff told me I needed some air in my tires, fixed it, and did not charge me a penny. He showed me how to check for the actual time that I would need service. Yesterday, I took my car for service and they did a great job, fast, and did not rip me off. I totally recommend this place. AN HONEST MECHANIC IS HARD TO FIND AND I WAS LUCKY TO FIND THEM.

Jeff is one of the best mechanics I have ever met. I gave him my 80 series Toyota Land Cruiser to service the front axle and he did it perfectly. This is one of the messiest jobs there is and he was able to fix everything and identify other issues. Hes also very reasonable, doesnt cut corners and charges a fair price for the work that he does, and ONLY the work that he does. I will bring my truck back to him for any other work I need done. I usually like to work on my own cars, but I had an SRS issue with my Prius that I couldn’t fix. After getting the runaround from a few other shops, I found Service Pros. After spending over $4400 at this shop on my last visit, about 9 months ago. I requested for a check on an oil leak that I knew develop from that same service along with a request for an oil change via there online website. It wasnt a heavy leak so I waited and tried to time it for an oil change at the same time. Once I arrived for my scheduled appointment, the rep right away indicated to me that the oil leak might be coming from the valve cover. I told him that even thought that there is a leak with the valve cover the leak has never reach the cement nor anywhere else prior to them working on my car. Great business. Honest and dependable. My Nissan Muranos console light advising of my scheduled tire rotation came on so I took it to Discount Tire for a rotation. Well they advised me of uneven tire ware and should get new tires (why am I not surprised here? lol). They suspected the uneven tire ware was due to an alignment issue. This made sense as its been a while since Ive had my Murano aligned. I used to take my Murano to Mossy Nissan and always had terrible service. Not only are they expensive, they nickel and dime you to death! I started going there for simple oil changes because they wash the car afterwards - nice touch right? Well after a couple of oil changes, things starting going wrong with my car - so they say. After many thousands of dollars of much needed maintenance (my Murano only had 53K miles), Ive had enough of dealers; especially Mossy.Anyway as you could imagine, Im reticent on taking my Murano back to the dealer for ANYTHING. Im relatively new to SD county too so I dont have any reputable mechanics. So the search began and I found Service Pros Automotive. Theyre one of the very few mechanics that work on Nissans and their rating is as good as it can get.I took my Murano in this morning for my alignment and and oil change. Jeff, the owner was expecting me and had me checked in within minutes. As Im wrapping up, another customer walks in and Jeff knows this person by name. Not in a bad way but in a very positive way as the customer always takes their vehicle there. I know an alignment and an oil change arent big service tickets but believe me, other places or the dealership would see this as definite upsell opportunity. I trust Jeff and Service Pros. I dont write many reviews but in this case its a must! I can count how many honest mechanics Ive encountered on one hand over the last 30 years and Jeff at Service pros is at the top of the list. My Lexus was dripping oil and I had taken it to another shop and when they lifted the car it was covered in oil on the bottom, so much so that I had to go and get it steam cleaned so they can get a better look from where it was leaking. When I brought it back to them they still couldnt figure out where the leak was coming from so they recommended Jeff and Service Pros. Their original thought was that there was a crack somewhere and it was going to be a a very expensive fix. At this point Im bracing myself for the worst and kicking myself for not doing a better job at inspecting the car before buying. Jeff was able to figure out that it was residual oil built up from a previous leak that was fixed and that the car was fine, I was charged for 1 hour of labor when he could of easily charged me for a lot more knowing what I have already been told. Dont take your car anywhere else and do yourself a favor and take it to Jeff at Service Pros, they have earned my business for life!
