My review would be more likely a 4.8 star rating. The reason why is because everything learned is amazing and we can totally grow as a company and a team. But the main focus is always on the premium options which doesn’t make sense to me because as part of what we were taught, we were told that most about 70% People are going to be choosing the mid range option so why wouldn’t we learn on the mid range choice instead of the premium which less than 5% choose? Otherwise, everything is totally great. There are definitely some things that need to be taught more towards the mid range because of that percentage that choose it.

I work with Verge Entrance Solutions as a residential service technician. Service MVP has revolutionized our company’s customer service and sales. The app is great. I join as many meetings as I can, I reference the reading materials and benchmarks in there at least once a day, and I always feel like help is nearby. As far as the system itself, it has boosted my sales but more importantly, improved my connections with my customers as well as my customer satisfaction. The system is a lot of work but a fantastic tool for any service contractor. There is always a very courteous and helpful Service MVP trainer available when I’m struggling and there is an endless supply of new things to learn no matter how long you’ve done service work. I really like the Service MVP app. It has been really easy to use. We started with the material from servicecontractor website and I think the updated material is better presented. The breakdown of the full immersion versus the mastery courses is great for additional up training.Having the Icare and other meetings readily available is convenient.Ive used the app more than most in our company and have really enjoyed it and benefited. Ive even opened up the Mastery courses to listen to while driving.Id highly recommend Service MVP to other tradesmen who want to improve their bottom line. Service MVP has been life changing in many ways for both me and my family. 5 out of 5!! I wish I could record some of my interactions with customers with using this program. Im only now a tune-up tech but, using and applying what Ive learned from Joe aswell as my companys professors. To me, thats a great coordination between my company and Joes program. My company will not send me out to a project ill-equipped but with the training Ive received from Joe in coordination with my company Ive found it easy to navigate the program. Im 2 weeks in on being on my own and Ive only done tune ups, and Im actually getting sales at least every day and this is also slow season. My best advice to anyone that took the time to read this is to trust the program!

Hmm I would say service MVP definitely has great information that us Techs can for sure use on the field in real life situations with work and even in life when doing business and talking too and helping clients that we have... I am also saying that the main Man Joe Crisara is very knowledgeable, direct/ humorous while presenting great note taking tips that we as techs should always take and keep note of! I would also say the student techs on Service MVP are very well trained and lucky to have Joe as their direct and personal trainer and fellow advisor! I would tell other contractors to join Service MVP with their companies because we who use Service MVP are in great hands when helping clients and doing/closing our jobs on a daily!!! Because like I mentioned earlier Joe talks about nearly every situation we as Techs could and will face!
