Ozzy was super great and communicative. He let me know how long of a wait the service was going to be and expressed apologies for it slightly going over time. He offered top-notch service.I rated my experience as 3 stars because of the extremely long wait time. I was just getting a simple oil change and tire rotation done, and was at the dealership for more than 4 hours. This kind of wait is extremely frustrating. I understand that it was a Saturday and they were busy.I put no blame on the service advisors or mechanics. Management holds full responsibility to implement tighter scheduling logistics. More strict appointment times and investing in more employees can help a lot with this.I really want to continue doing my service at Culver City Toyota. They are friendly and offer high quality service, but if these 4+ hour wait times for an oil change continue, I will likely have to take my business elsewhere.

Time frames and appointments dont mean much to these guys. Was told my appointment would be an hour to 2, showed up and the wait was 5 to 6. So I rescheduled for a less busy day, and the appointment (again estimated at 1 to 2 hrs) was 3 hours long.The service was fine. But the wait is just crazy.

Looking at you like you owe them money. Never called when my car is ready. I have to go ask someone else for it. Turns out that my paper is right there on the table, but guess what, little John is too lazy to call me, he would’ve starve to death if he don’t eat his lunch. Best wishes to choke yourself to death next time :)

Dear Culver City Toyota Service Department,I am writing to express my disappointment with the poor service I received from your company.On 4/13/2024, I visited your Culver City Service Department and was extremely dissatisfied with the level of service provided.During my visit, I experienced rude behavior from CHRIS CASTELLANOS. He was very unprofessional and condescending.I have never experienced this behavior at a Toyota dealership or service department and I have been a long time customer of Culver City Toyota.This experience was both frustrating and disappointing, and I do not believe that it meets the high standards that your company is known for.I would like to request a resolution to this issue. Specifically, I would like an apology. I believe that this is a fair and reasonable request given the poor service that I received.

I went to change spark plugs (40$) and a light (20$) what I didn’t know is they charge 235$ per hour!! for labor. I have never been ripped off so bad. I spent almost a thousand dollars. I had no idea they charged that much per hour. I hope at least it went to the mechanics but probably not. Never going back for service. Hope I can pay my rent

Dont let these bozos near your car even for the free included maintenance. Just pay for a oil change somewhere else, its not worth damaging your new car.They forgot to put my oil cap back on my engine after an oil change. And when i brought it back they didnt even apologize. It couldve severely damaged my car. If they cant handle an oil change, i would never trust them for anything else.FULL STORY:Took my car in for my 1 year free toyota care tire rotation and oil change. Service advisor Charles called me when done. When i went to talk to him he had a super sour look on the face and handed me some paper and told me to sign. I asked what they did to my car and he just impatiently said hed tell me if Id sign. I dont know why he was so impatient. He sits at a desk all day doing nothing and im not going to sign something i havent read yet. Despite the rude service, i thought everything was fine so went home.Over the next few days, when i drove my car it had a weird burnt rubber smell. But didnt notice any issues. A few days later, i opened the hood to take a look to see maybe if they spilled some oil. To my shock, the oil cap was completely missing! This probably damaged my 1 year old car.When i took it back. Charles did not apologize at all. They put the cap back on but they did a super sloppy job cleaning the engine as well. I used a paper towel to wipe off left over oil.If they cant do a simple oil change, they shouldnt touch cars. And charles needs an attitude adjustment. Its his job to deal with customers. We arent just an inconvenience. Some of us are taking time off our real jobs to deal with his poor attitude. Other employees also had zero sense of urgency and just lazed around.Overall, just pay 60 bucks to jiffy lube or something. Anything is better than these clowns.

I had repairs totaling a few thousand dollars performed at Culver City Toyota in 2023. Following the repairs, my Prius failed a smog check. I learned that the original catalytic converter got swapped out for a fake one, probably when Toyota disassembled my car to fix a brake booster issue. Needless to say, Im very disappointed with such dishonesty and would like to discuss this matter with Culver City Toyota to find a resolution.

For services ok the digestion for repairs you should take a consideration and ask what do they mean urgent if so for any services such as break services or so. For sales department I give them 5 because art is a man and Daniel they are professional and know what they talking about if you have to purchase any part have your bin number handy that will warranty the part will fit exactly for your vehicle year and model.

The worst dealership. They don’t seem to be very specialized for a dealership. I brought a car there for a problem with the 4wd and they “fixed” it. When I brought it back for the same issue three days later they said I would need to come back when the problem is active because they couldn’t replicate it, even though I initially brought it with the problem active.It also took four people and two trips to have the wipers properly replaced.You’re better off at a Valvoline for the basics and head to a mechanic for real work. They’re slow and inefficient here and will make you chase them for a courtesy update.

Terrible service pulled in. Nobody greeted me. None of the service advisors came out of their chairs. No sign showing where to go. Then after booking online for an appointment for a basic oil change, Im informed that oh theyre going to close today. Even though its 3:45 we wont be able to do your oil change unless you leave the car overnightI use my car for work and took time off of work just to make sure I could get this done. Nothing on the website. No signs on the door. Absolutely terrible service
