Awesome. Friendly. Professional. Thorough. Informative. We had a great visit from Cash. He went over what was going on with our system and how best to mitigate and correct the issues. Really explained everything well and made it easy to understand our options. Definitely would recommend!

The experience was absolutely excellent. Our system went out on Tuesday. The diagnostic application took place on Tuesday as well. After an exceptional and detailed diagnosis of the problem, another employee of Service champions came right over to explain all the possible options and their costs. No detail was overlooked. We chose a mid range solution which involved complete removal and replacement of a very old system by a new heat pump heating and cooling system. The installation team was at our home the next morning. By 5 PM that day we were up and running. The work crew was simply outstanding. Polite and very thorough. Superb team work by everyone involved.One could simply not have received better treatment for this complex undertaking. We are very grateful to Service Champions and you can be certain they will always be our go to team for heating and air conditioning products and services. Phil Radlick

Tim came to help run a diagnostic and complete the required repair, and I could not be happier with the service he provided. Tim was knowledgeable, friendly, and superbly professional in all aspects. He shared everything he did making sure I understand was going on, shared similar stories, and made sure I was comfortable with the work being done. I highly recommend Service Champions and especially their rep Tim Lavey!

My sister Patti Grace and I live together. Today we met Richard from Service Champions, my sister called them to check the air conditioner as a “well check.” Richard found an area that needed to be fixed and told us about the “lifetime membership” that actually saved her money. My bedroom has never cooled off properly so Richard went under the house to check the ducts. He took a lot of pictures because he found that not only was duct not attached properly there was also asbestos and mold!!!! There had been at least 3 companies under the house looking at the same thing and never once mentioned any of this!!! No wonder there was very little air coming into my bedroom!!! We are so grateful to Richard who not replaced a much needed part on the a/c but also reached out to his office and we had a rep out to go over what was required 1st to get the old ducts removed along with the asbestos and mold and then to replace it!! This is when Tyler was at our home within the hour! Many thanks to Richard and his quality of workmanship from beginning to end! He was so knowledgeable and really cares about the customer. We say thank you Richard and highly recommend Service Champions, they are professional and reasonably priced with a high standard and quality workmanship. Look no further than these guys!

Garret was friendly and very helpful, found the issues quickly and implemented the repair. He walked us through the repair and made sure that we understood the issue. He also let the AC run for a little while to make sure that no other error messages were popping up. Thank you Garret and Service Champions! Now we will have AC for the coming triple digit temperatures.

I have just had Service Champions replace my old water today and they did an excellent job! The whole process was made east, from start to finish. Nathan came out and provided a few different quotes that would fit my budget. I did not feel any sale pressure tactics at all. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Sam did the installation of the new water heater and he couldnt have been nicer. Once completed, her explained the scope of the work and answered a few questions. Sam was very professional and courteous. I would not think twice to do business with this company again, if needed.

Friendly and I appreciate their use of technology to keep customers up to date. Ultimately, they werent able to service my equipment so they referred me to another business that works on my type of system.I had the manufacturing information on my equipment available and if they asked we might have been able to save each other time. Anyways, I appreciated the friendliness of everyone I interacted with at Service Champions.

Daniel went above and beyond as usual. He was punctual with his arrival time. Respectful of my home, and was extremely detailed and meticulous while servicing my furnace and ac unit. He is one of the major reasons why we stay with Service Champions.

David was available earlier and called for an okay to come early. He quickly found the problem and had the replacement parts. AC is now working again. David is professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable willing to answer any questions. Excellent customer service.
