Navigating through health care is something I truly dread .. truly!It’s confusing and a paperwork jungle.Angela came referred to me and with her guidance, knowledge and most importantly patience with me!! I was comfortable handing it over to her. I’m now covered and not worried any more. In my prior attempts to purchase specific insurance (Covered Cal), to deal w/some personal challenges, I was sold the wrong policy on 3 separate occasions, even-though I came to table w/exactly what I needed a policy to cover. It was extremely discouraging. Eventually I was given Angela’s (Serra Benefits) contact through a mutual acquaintance.She was immediately responsive and proactive regarding my plight. Angela helped me navigate the insurance rabbit hole I was in, and locked in the exact policy I needed to move forward in taking care of my health.Throughout 25 yrs of dealing w/insurance coverage, Serra has been the most positive experience one could hope for, and re-established my faith in the insurance game.I will refer Angela and Serra to everyone I know going forward.

I cant speak highly enough about this business. My family has relied on Serra Benefits for years now for our medical insurance, often complicated because of our business. I have never had a question go unanswered and the assistance we have received with almost every step of the process of obtaining, changing, renewing medical insurance, has been exemplary.
