Vanessa is the MVP of getting it done. Whatever it took to get us in our dream home she did it. She went to bat for us and got us through the home stretch.As new home buyers she we didnt no what we were doing but she always presented her best. If we needed a loan officer, she had our backs. If we needed one for non conventional loans, she had our backs. She juggled a lot, unique situations, including our reservations. She has been our Kobe.If youre serious about getting into a home use her. Her and her husband are a great team. Sam was a joy to work with and went to a bunch of viewings with me - even when I wasnt seriously looking! When the right home I ended up purchasing popped up - she gently guided me towards taking the big leap - as it really did fit all of my needs! I recently had the pleasure of working with Pilar to purchase my first home. I was extremely nervous and had pretty much no knowledge of what steps to take on the homebuying journey Pilar was a great source of knowledge. When it came to the homebuying process, she explained with details every process we went through.One of the things that I really liked about Pilar is how fast she is to get things done if there’s a problem, she will resolve it within one day. If you are interested in a home, she will work on getting your offer done within a couple of hours.She made me feel real well taking care of. Pilar was very good at working with our schedules specially that I work night shift and my fiancé works morning shift. She was able to accommodate both of our schedules. She made the whole process of purchasing a home, so smooth and easy. Once we made our decision of the home that we wanted, from beginning to end, it took her about 28 days to get us in the home. I am so grateful to have had her as my real estate agent. In the future I will contact her on purchasing my second home, and if any family member or friend is in the need of a real estate agent she will always be my first choice.

Vanessa and her team were awesome!! A family friend recommended her team to me back in June of 2022. I contacted them and we scheduled a call to meet immediately. They take their work seriously and we immediately began working together. Vanessa is a wonderful person to work with in this process, always has a good attitude, is very knowledgeable and professional. Important to note that she has so much patience, I lost track of how many places we went to see, but the client service is top notch. Jessica and Vanessa always sent me texts reminding me of items and informing me of item I had to finish or look into, which was great because there were so many things to go through that it’s easy to loose track. We didn’t stop until I found a house in November. She went through the full process with me. A key differentiator in the process was how quickly her team and her worked together when we put an offer down. There were two other offers that were there and they were about to stop accepting anymore, but her team quickly put things together, we all signed, submitted and then within the next two hours, they accepted my offer and we were in escrow. She made everything as seamless as possible, while teaching me in the way, as I was very new to this process. My wife and I would’ve been any other agent’s nightmare! Not for Vanessa! We were referred to Vanessa through a family friend. As first time home buyers, we didn’t know what to expect. 1. We weren’t exactly sure on what features mattered most in our new home 2. My wife was very picky about the amenities and I, on the other hand, was very picky about the overall living and lot space. Our price range made it so that we often had to prioritize one over the other 3. Our seller and his agent weren’t as compliant or professional as we’d hoped 4. Our escrow process was delayed due to circumstances we had no control over (escrow manager’s family member passed away during our escrow process) Over a span of three weeks, Vanessa toured over fifteen homes within a twenty mile radius with us until we came down to 3 final options. All three options satisfied both our amenities and lot/ living space priorities and all were even well below our budget. The seller’s agent tried to go back on some of things we agreed upon in writing, via our final offer, and Vanessa swiftly made sure none of those things were permitted or an issue. Our escrow manger even disappeared in a sense, as her close relative passed away and she was out of office. Vanessa tracked her down to remind her that although we were sorry for her loss, we still needed our escrow to be closed so that we could begin our paint and early renovations on our soon to be new home. Three days later, we received the keys, and my wife and I were sitting at the escrow office signing our closing documents. Long story short, Vanessa took interested buyers and not only made us beyond happy home owners, but made us lifelong friends. Vanessa and Kyle were instrumental in getting me the best ROI for my out-of-state property in a challenging market. They know the West LA market really well. The task was not an easy one… I was living out of state, needed someone who could handle everything, and knew the correct strategy under 1) rate hikes, 2) selling a 1-bedroom condo = trickier than a 2+ bedrooms, and 3) selling now vs. a year later. I interviewed other realtors and they used a cookie cutter approach to a complicated situation and market. Vanessa and Kyle stood out by a very large margin when I interviewed them. They revealed their strategy, which made sense based on what I had seen when following the market for a year, in addition to tailoring for my selling situation. They even did an amazing lifestyle video depicting the ideal buyer profile, allowing prospective buyers to envision themselves living there. It was also a funny video! Humor made it even more remarkable. Every detail counted, including staging, repair vendors, and when to put the home on the market. Vanessa was doing an open house every weekend and persisted / followed-up with all interested parties. A lot of buyers were waiting on the side for the rates to drop to make an offer. When the offer came in, their negotiation skills stood out… not only during the initial phases but up until the very end. It was a complicated situation that involved loan denials, HOA financial clarifications, long list of additional questions and requirements, concessions and even a difficult buyer agent. They kept me updated throughout the process and would always text “all is good.” That small detail means a lot. Lenders have a very high level of scrutiny these days and it can be nerve-wrecking. It was a very stressful situation but I knew I had the best realtors on my side, and I didn’t doubt for a second that they GOT IT, and they did - all under so much pressure - and let me say… they were always bringing levity to the situation. I didn’t think it was possible, but I had fun despite these circumstances, and that’s priceless. Folks, if that happens during a nerve-wrecking process, just know you have the best - more than just the best- you have A TEAM that has your back 100%. He was recommended to my Fiancé and I from some good friends of hers that also had a great experience working with him when they bought their first home. We initially had plans to list our condo back in 2017 and met Kyle for a preliminary meeting. When he came to our condo, he came in with a binder of market research and comp data that he reviewed and discussed. I was really impressed with the amount of detail on an initial meet and the plan he had to get us the best value for our property. Realtors in LA are a really strange bunch, something I only discovered in the middle of going on my first ever housing search. One after the other, I was dealing with people who were only interested in selling me any house they could think of –regardless of whether it was the right fit–, claimed to have expertise in the field which was a priority in my housing search (I had certain acoustical requirements and there was more than one male realtor who, with totally unfounded confidence, told me that the house we were looking at was PERFECT for this need when I was telling him in no uncertain terms that it was NOT), and people who were just plain...uncomfortable. And then came Kyle, whose biggest eccentricity is his spunky hair style. Hes kind, incredibly professional, communicative, very knowledgable, and patient (a quality I find most realtors lack). Hes super respectful of any budget you present him with and at no point rushed us in our search. Even when we found The One, he was deliberate in matching his pacing to ours. You know how some realtors have that needy I want to make business off of you vibe? Kyle doesnt have that. Because hes legitimately good at his job.
