We used Serendipity Labs last week for a work offsite and was very impressed by the facilities. The rooms were clean and nicely kept with nice amenities. Greatly appreciated the customer service provided by John & Nathan (front desk). They were very accommodating and helpful. I would definitely use the facility again.

I recently transitioned to Serendipity Labs after working out of a Regus office for the past few years. I absolutely love it here. The staff (Jon, Nathan and Marian) are extremely helpful and friendly, this has been a much better experience than Regus and also much more affordable. They are building a great little community over here!

I enjoy working here. I haven’t worked in an office environment in over 6 years. The place is well kept and clean. The people, John and Jeremy, are very helpful and accommodating, making it a very welcoming place to work. Price is affordable! Highly recommend using Serendipity as your next home base.

My office recently transitioned to full time remote work. With that said, we still needed to find a spot where we can periodically check in a couple times a month for face to face meetings and for executive meetings. I looked into other liquid type offices and after comparing cost and location, decided to take a chance with Serendipity Labs. I had the opportunity of speaking directly with the GM, Gauri Khandekar. She gave me further information over the phone as well as sent me a picture of the room I reserved to make sure it was suitable for our upcoming executive meeting. We had our meeting yesterday and it turned out fantastic! We had constant help from Gauri and help setting up the audio/visual by Nathan. They have complementary coffee/tea, fruit infused water and chocolate snacks. They also offer snacks for purchase. If you take your lunch, they have a fridge to store your food and microwave to heat it up. The space is very clean, well maintained and lovely. I always felt supported and never alone in my new experience and SL. My boss (CEO) enjoyed the experience and location so much that this will be our go to office for our face to face meetings. Thank you so much for such a great experience. We’re looking forward to our next meet up :)

Great location, the team that supports the office is great.
