Everything was wonderful! We didn’t have to worry about much at all and our special day was so much fun! The food was amazing and every vendor was great. The DJ, desserts, officiant, florals, decor, and all staff were helpful keeping us on our timeline and coordinating everything. Thank you!

We hosted my daughters wedding here on October 21st. The venue was absolutely beautiful, the food was amazing, and the staff was incredible. We received so many compliments on how everything looked. I cant say enough about the food and staff. Thank you for making my daughters wedding everything she dreamed about. Thank you for helping me at the end of the night by going out of your way to take down decorations and packing them up. And for setting everything up! Thank you for keeping the wedding on track. Thank you. It doesnt seem like enough for everything the staff did that day. We greatly appreciate everything. My daughters wedding was definitely a dream come true.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Words cannot explain how much Amy, Willow and the rest of Sequoia Mansion team has made our dream wedding come true. My husband and I were living in a completely different state during our whole wedding planning process pretty much. They did everything in their power to make it as seamless and accommodating as possible. The tiniest of details were never overlooked and we are just so over the moon and thankful for this place. We hope that engaged couples seriously consider this venue. Worth every single penny! Thank you Sequoia Mansion!!

Wedgewood helped us create a beautiful wedding that surpassed our expectations! We planned the wedding from out of state, Wedgewood’s organization and responsive staff made it so easy! Amy, our coordinator, was always so responsive and helpful along with the other ladies in the office who would respond when Amy was out of the office. Head Chef, Danielle, out did herself! And DJ Steven was just so nice and easy going and executed every detail we asked for with our music! Our guests raved about the elegant venue, the excellent food, and how seamlessly we moved through the evening. Our experience all around was a 10/10!

My husband and I absolutely loved Sequoia Mansion, we got married October 15th 2022 in the front lawn, and it was BEAUTIFUL. All of the workers were amazing and extremely helpful. Our day went so smooth because of them. I LOVED Amy who was our coordinator for the day. She made sure everything was perfect and pulled us aside during cocktail hour to make sure we had a little snack, and to see the ball room. I even had to do a last minute change up the day of, do to a bridesmaid not attending, luckily I already had a back up plan, and Amy did an amazing job helping me with that plan. The food was amazing, the bartender was so sweet and made great drinks, and I loved the DJ, very interactive. The phot booth was a hit. People still talk about our wedding and how much fun they had.Now about Wedgewood, they have so many bundle options to pick from, and what I loved best is it was basically a one stop shop. You are even able to take off what ever it is that you did not want or need in your bundle, for example I did my own invitations so I took the invitations off and added something else.I can keep saying so many positive things about them. I would 100% highly recommend Wedgewood.

My husband and I were married at Sequoia Mansion in August of this year and had the best experience possible. I knew nothing about getting married or how much planning goes into a wedding and the staff were extremely helpful and responsive every step of the way. From planning and pricing, to the big day, I felt they were transparent and informative as well as enthusiastic and kind. I know they help execute tons of weddings but it truly felt like mine was special to them! I didn’t have to worry about anything the day of besides having fun and getting married! Also, the value for what you receive in the packages is INCREDIBLE. I could not recommend Wedgewood and this specific venue and their staff enough!

We loved working with Wedgewood for our wedding, it was so easy and so smooth I would definitely do it again if I had it to do over, the only thing I might have changed was booking the morning wedding because we had to get the heck out when our time was up. My husband and i stopped by sequoia mansion and booked it immediately! Jordan and all the girls at sequoia made our wedding a one in a lifetime experience. From start to finish the process was so easy! I can’t say i had one stressful moment about planning my wedding and that is all thanks to Jordan. If you are overwhelmed with wedding checklists and don’t know where to start, this is the place for you. Wedgewood weddings was my saving grace when other venues fell through. I had an experience the weekend of May4-5.I am the Wedgewood florist and have been for 12 years.A unprecedented storm came into our area with 6 weddings and over 100 guests each on the decent.The weddings at Wedgewood Sequoia were no stress at all,The weddings were readjusted from the outdoor brick patio to the indoor veranda sun porch.Two of the weddings at other venues, were not so lucky.While tents were put up,I can assure you the tents make it worse.Becoming nothing but mud mess.At Sequoia this problem never occurs ever.Whenever we do come across a challenge such as a power outage etc.Sequoia Wedgewood already has it handled.We all work together as a team which is crucial to any wedding to have vendors who work together.While we design over two hundred weddings a year,I never worry that Wedgewood staff will not be prepared,Tables are set up on time with linens,It is clean,and ready to go.Not the case at many other venues.If I forget something,It happens,A text from Wedgewood management is immediate and the mistake is corrected before any unsettled nerves are aware.Choose Wedgewood.

The experience that our family went through at this venue is just awful! If you are looking to book this place and you care to make your wedding day amazing, PLEASE READ this! I will try to be brief but it will be hard since there is so much I would love to share about our experience. I just want to save someone from disappointments, headaches and stress. First, bride and groom were charmed by the vintage style of this place. They planned their wedding for months and months in elegant, vintage style according to the interior of the venue. Then, 3 days before their wedding, they come for rehearsal to find out that the place has been transformed into something absolutely different. The beautiful vintage chandeliers were replaced by these brown, cheap looking fixtures. What they did to the walls was just disgusting to look at. But the worst part that this makeover was done as a complete surprise to the customers. What could the bride and groom do? They had to swallow this bitter disappointment and move on with the wedding. The next day we talked to the ladies at the venue. They told us there is no other change coming but when we came on wedding day, we saw that the little lights on ballroom ceilings were taken off also. Anyway, this remodeling issue was just unbelievable. I will attach photos of what was booked and the final product that we got. Secondly, the staff was unprofessional, unpleasant, unwelcoming! After spending there all day, helping out in many areas I did not remember a single friendly, welcoming smile. I get better customer service at local grocery store. One smaller detail, this place does not iron or press tablecloths. The welcoming table as you enter the place had tablecloth all in lines. Seriously???? And same with sweets table, drink and food tables. This is a professional wedding venue??? Wrinkled tablecloths??? And napkins on tables were flaking or peeling or shedding laundry residue. Because after you put it on yourself, your outfit was all in white flakes. Many other details were not finished around the place, like brides room had no door knob. We had to twist this whatever thing that was sticking out to open and close the door. Other details in bathrooms were abviously looking not finished. Grooms suit had paint spots because the whole place was painted two days before and it didnt dry completely. Outside, in the area that was advertised as beautiful outside photo area was taped up and covered with net because of constraction work!! Outrageous! I will attach picture of that too. Lastly, I want to mention, they had a doorman in front. He had no name tag and we didnt understand why he is watching us first. He looked kind of scary and weird. Instead of opening doors or just observing, he followed you behind. During sweets break, my daughters, who were dressed in white, clearly part of the wedding party, ran up to brides room to freshen up. He followed them, opened the door to brides room without knocking to tell them they cant be there!!! What if they were changing and undressed???? And, I have to say they are 10, 11, 12. They are not little toddlers. Thats just crazy. This place promises a day of you dreams, all inclusive stress free wedding. Well, there was lots of stress for sure. But its definitely not all included. If you want extra decor, flowers, music, sound system, D J, host, extra fruit, drinks or sweets, you will have to take care of that by yourself or order through venues which is so overpriced. And, on website it states they can host 220 persons. No way!! The most you can have there is 85-90 guests. I hope you save your money and find amazing places for the happiest day of your life! Was here as a guest for a friends wedding, I normally wouldnt feel compelled to write a review for something, let alone something where I was a mere spectator.But...The entire team, the venue, the atmosphere, food, decorations, etc. Everything about it was amazing.Dont know how all the details came together, but it was immaculate. I would have no reservations about using this venue in the future for myself or recommending it to others.Seriously impressed!

Just had my daughters wedding and reception here last night. We were more than satisfied!. We had the wedding on the front lawn. It is naturally beautiful, we didnt have to add anything .The staff was friendly and professional. The buffet food at the reception was plentiful and really good. We had a dry reception, so I cant speak for the quality of the bartender, but they provided plenty of non-alcoholic beverage options for us. My daughter didnt want to serve wedding cake for dessert, and they went above and beyond setting up the dessert bar and also glazed and artfully served the cheesecake we brought in. Jordan, the planner, was super helpful in the whole process and stepped in to save the day when we couldnt get my daughters bustle buttoned for the reception. Lizamarie was so cheerful and helpful (love the wink!) that by the end of the night she seemed like a friend of the family. Steve, the DJ, did a great job on all the music for the ceremony and reception and was a lot of fun. This was a stretch for us financially, but the memories of a perfect ceremony and reception (my daughter was SOOOO happy!) made it worth every penny. My only complaint (and its a small one), was the condition of the mens bathroom. There was a plumbing problem and the cleanliness wasnt really what it should be. But other than that, we were extremely satisfied! Thank you for a wonderful experience, beginning to end!

Beautiful venue for an intimate, small wedding. I photographed a wedding there just yesterday. The place has rooms to get ready for the bride and groom. The grooms room had a beautiful dark wood design with bright natural light which made for some beautiful photos of the groom and groomsmen. The brides room was very bright and white and well lit. It also has large windows ideal for those window shots.Downstairs is a cozy lobby with a fireplace, a beautiful bar and the reception room/dance hall. Right outside the lobby is a patio/courtyard with a white pergola. We did the bridal party and family photos there which was great because the bride and groom didnt have to walk far or leave the main event.The coordinators did a beautiful job setting up the reception hall. The details were impeccable and everything looked beautiful and whimsical. The dj, Stephen, was great and super helpful throughout the night to keep everyone on track for the events. The whole staff there were friendly and great to work with.As a photographer, I brought my own snacks but they were generous enough to bring me a plate and the meal was delicious!While I dont know the investment that the couple put into the booking, I can say that from my perspective everything looked amazing, well put together and worth every penny. It was an unforgettable and beautiful wedding venue.Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a small or intimate wedding venue.

Our wedding was visually beautiful, but the officiant hired through them did not read what we had talked about (despite pointing out the changes and sending an updated copy months prior) and the bartender was complaining that the drinks were difficult according to multiple guests.I pointed these issues out to Christina, the day of coordinator, and what she had to say was Sorry you feel that way and talked about trying to appease me.Your staff being rude and vendor not doing/saying what was agreed upon isnt a feeling, its lack of attention and professionalism.When I finally went up to the bar to get my first drink from this bartender, the first thing she said to me was someone said I was complaining and I wasnt snappily. That would have been easier to believe had she not had such a ridiculously rude tone with me.DJ Steve, florist (Dottie), and the banquet hostess, Willow, were AMAZING though. The photography through API was an entire other issue, after the lost all photos of me going down the aisle.The manager, Jeremy, called after I posted reviews to apologize and try to offer more excuses on behalf of the officiant, coordinator, and bartender, as well as refunding the cost of the ceremony. The most he can do at this point.Would I recommend this venue? No...but I would highly recommend some of their vendors.Update: I was told by Carrie K that the Regional Manager, Kali, would be reaching out...that never happened, and when I mentioned it, I was told to contact her myself. The poor communication and lack of accountability runs all the way up the Wedgewood ladder. Book elsewhere.Kali wound up reaching out after I pointed out to Carrie that this was another example of Wedgewoods poor professionalism. She claimed not to know all of what happened, so I sent her a detailed note of everything that occurred; I also asked that not to respond if she was simply going to make excuses as everyone had prior.She never did, so this is the acceptable standard for ELITE Wedgewood Weddings.

Where do we even begin? My husband Wyatt & I got married here on 6/3/22. Everything was perfect from planning to the day of! The Team here is amazing! We went with the highest tier Elite package and we would recommend this to everyone! It included everything we needed for our 125 guest count including open bar! For those starting their wedding venue search look no further! Wedgewood Weddings include everything you need from food, alcohol, floral/decor, DJ, officiant and more! We really appreciated having most of our planning done and just needing to pick choices rather than find the vendors ourselves with our busy schedules!We would like to give a few special shout-outs! Mainly to our coordinator Amy who acted more like a family to us than a team member! She was a vital part of our planning before the wedding, the day before planning, and was a leader on the day of! Some special moments with Amy were when she bustled my dress, saved my wedding shoes when I said, To just cut them off, when I couldnt get my ribbons un-done. She made sure everything was perfect and helped our wedding dream come to life. Another huge shoutout to Bartender Shannon who made Bride & Groom and others feel so loved. Our grandparents even said she helped them out to their car (grandfather in a wheelchair). Finally, shoutout to DJ Steve for keeping us calm, and on time and helping us along the way! Overall we had a great experience working with Sequoia Mansion staff. They were responsive and answered all of our questions. It’s a beautiful venue that was recently remodeled. We toured 7 venues and found that Wedgewood properties are more affordable and offer a variety of options when it comes to choosing food/alcohol packages, florals and other decor. We liked their all-inclusive options! They can cater to most budgets by customizing your wedding package. I will mention that we did not want to pay for “uplighting” during the reception, but we did not realize that if you don’t include this in your package, they keep the bright lights on while everyone is dancing (not ideal). Had we known this, I would have paid for the dim lighting. We loved working with their recommended florist Dottie! She brought our floral vision to life. The cake/pastry shop they partner with was delish! The food was AMAZING! We didn’t get to taste the food before the wedding, due to covid, so we were thrilled everyone loved the food. My one true complaint would be with the DJ. He was unresponsive to many of our emails with questions. We had to ask wedgewood staff mutliple times to reach and get him to respond to us. It got to the point we wish we could have worked with a different DJ, but Sequoia Mansion only works with DJ Steve. He did a good job emceeing the night of the wedding, but it was stressful not hearing back from him leading up to the wedding. Regardless, I would recommend this venue to anyone that asked!

This is such a beautiful venue for a destination wedding that is not that far away.It has historic beauty, history, excellent, customer service, and a five-star experience.. The food was absolutely fantastic, and I loved the appetizers .The DJ also played my favorite song which was so appreciated. 💃🏽I highly recommend this venue for any wedding party or social event. Our wedding was absolutely perfect. My HUSBAND and I cannot recommend this venue enough. The venue alone, makes this place worth while. It’s gorgeous. Being able to have your DJ, catering, cake, and other things through the venue is such a bonus. Our coordinator, Christina, was such a big help, as was everyone else on the Sequoia Mansion staff. Food was delicious, Photo Booth was fun, Steve was an amazing DJ, Frank Vilt’s cake was delicious and our decorations were set up exactly how we wanted them to be! Could not have made the wedding planning process any easier.

We were looking for a venue to have our July 4th wedding. Once we saw Sequoia and the options to having it outside or inside (depending on the heat/weather) plus the rooms for both bridal and groom parties to get ready prior to the wedding; nothing else held up in comparison. The appetizers and dinner food were excellent on our wedding day. Appreciate the staffs responsiveness to an issue with my wedding dress and helping me get it resolved.The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was on the actual wedding day, the next days wedding party was there for their rehearsal prior to our arrival and some of their party stayed afterwords drinking our alcohol and just setting glasses down anywhere. We had to say something to the staff twice before threatening to go down ourselves to remove them before they did really did anything - didnt need that stress on our wedding day.

Overall, I would recommend this wedding venue! We appreciated the all-inclusive approach with vendors and everything. Planning was made super easy that way. There were a few negatives with some of the staff being rude (most were wonderful though) and parts of our event that did not go smoothly like misplaced items we brought to the venue and an issue with security guard going through our belongings without asking. We wish we could have tasted the food before ordering, but due to COVID the tastings were not an option. Food was still yummy though! We still loved our wedding day overall, and it was beautiful. Their recommended vendors were fabulous! The DJ, photographer, florist, cake shop, and officiant were all great to work with.

All the staff at the Sequoia were wonderful! They were all friendly, helpful, and kept what could have been a hectic and extremely stressful day on track and pretty much a breeze. I am way late on writing this review! My husband and I got married May 2022 at the sequoia mansion and it was truly our dream wedding. It was the one and only venue that we looked at! We absolutely loved the vintage vibe and the Victorian aspect to the building, inside and out.It was really hard for me to wrap my mind around how much the wedge wood team actually does for you on the wedding date until the day of. The binder explained everything very well and they gave you clear deadlines on when to complete the next needed task. The wedding appointments were very informative but I still didnt think that I would not have to worry about ANYTHING the day of.Well, I was pleasantly surprised. The whole team from the coordinators, to the wait staff to the dj are like a well oiled machine. We literally didnt even have to think about anything, which was really nice because we were in a fog the whole time. LolThe food was AMAZING and they listened to every single detail we requested form decor layout to the songs played. It was our dream wedding!Would 1000% recommend.

Sequoia Mansion was an easy choice. My wife & I chose it for its location & beauty. It offers indoor or outdoor weddings. Katie & Amy led us thru every detail and were amazing. We chose Corkie as our Officiant, Kaboo as our photographer, Steve as our DJ, Hau Huynh as our videographer & Frank Vits for cake/desserts. We could not have picked anyone better. On our special day Christina & Wednesday led us thru and communicated perfectly step by step to eliminate any worries. We had Diana & Daniel in the kitchen getting everything cooked perfectly & ready to go. Bonnie & Willow on the wait staff were running all over the place with a friendly smile and making sure everything was clean & preparing for the next courses. Shannon was the welcoming bartender and kept things moving and fulfilling all drink requests. The Sequoia team was amazing. Our wedding at Sequoia Mansion was the day of our dreams! From planning with Jordan to the day-of with coordinator Morgan, the planning process and day-of went by perfectly. They make it SO easy...what vendors to contact and when (btw, the vendors they work with make your decor/cake/DJ/officiant dreams come true!), how to order invites and when to send, and even provide you with a binder listing out every little step for you. All you need to do is the fun part...pick everything out! If you have a question at all EVER, all you need to do is email them and they get back so promptly and positively. The getting ready spaces for guys and girls were levels above what we saw at other places. Their service is unmatched, and we really felt like royalty on our big day. For the delicious food, beautiful site and decor, amazing service, the price is unbeatable. You get way more than what you pay for, and we wouldnt have done it any other way! There is a specialness about the venue, and as for the staff, they are wedding EXPERTS and it shows. I will forever recommend Sequoia to friends and family. Planning with Wedgewood Sequoia Mansion went very smoothly. They were available for any questions or concerns we had during the process. Jordan was our wedding coordinator the day of the wedding and she did an amazing job with making sure we were on schedule! She even brought us out some appetizers and a beverage of our choice while we were having our photos taken. The venue looked amazing the day of our wedding. There had been some remodeling done to Sequoia Mansion since after our first visit last year in November and it wasnt mentioned until our second visit with payment a couple months prior to the wedding in September. The remodeling looked good, however it took away some of the Colonial feel by removing the original crown molding and painting the metal ceiling in the first room to the left. The venue still looks amazing, it just has a modern look and feel inside now whereas in the beginning prior to remodeling it felt more Classsic and Colonial which was what attracted us to this mansion. The food was amazing the day of our wedding! We had so many guests complimenting the flavor and presentation! We chose the option to have cards placed out next to foods that were Gluten Free and Vegetarian friendly however they werent placed out and some guests had confusion with what was ok for them to eat. I would recommend this venue.

22/3 1st review & patron (as wedding guest)-- WOWZA, nothing short of impressive! The grounds are immaculately kept (see below for possible caveats for some people). The architectural view and vibe stunning inside and out. The setting dreamy. The staff professional and at the top of their game.-- Beautiful photo-op outdoor patio area with established greenery backdrops, archways, and stone wall/pavers.-- Classy, vintage step back in time as one takes in the grandeur of the mansions interior.-- Full bar, large buffet table serving area (amazing pre-dinner appetizers and buffet food served as well).-- Unisex bathrooms easily accessible just off the bar area. And another set up bathrooms upstairs for ready-room party members.-- Very large, and well accessorized, mens and womens bridal party ready rooms upstairs (2nd floor).-- A few points that could reduce the rating from 5-star for some:1. Mobility challenged/impaired guests/bridal party (this includes all the ladies in heels above 1 evern if feel likea pro in heels) take note of:A.) Sparse parking (be prepared to park on street and walk), very steep/tilted driveway (the breathtaking view of a mansion on a hill comes with a price), two flights of stairs from driveway to get into building, and yet another flight of stairs (this one steep & narrow) should one want to see/get to the second story bride/groom bridal party ready-rooms (though there may be an elevator across from the 1st floor restrooms). Yes, there is a walking-ramp entrance at the back of the second floor ready-rooms, however, it also requires navigating a steep drive to get to.B.) The lawn ceremony area is only separated by a large, mature hedge from the steadily busy road. So while the visual feel is bucolic, the auditory feel smacks of city-life.C.) IF the ceremony is held on the lawn, there is only one, grass seating entrance area to roll in/out from, and the other way in on the opposite side has several steps to navigate.2. While cemeteries are generally known for being quiet neighbors (the large Placer Union Cemetery is directly across the street from the mansion and their lawn ceremony area), on this occasion, within 30 minutes of the scheduled 5p lawn ceremony, there was a man loudly wailing and calling out his distress. Thankfully, he got all his auditory grief out within 15 minutes of the announced ceremony start time.D.) Apparently, on Fridays, the US Mail is delivered right around 5:45p. Yep, just as the bride & groom were exiting the ceremony at the main lawn entrance to make their grand exit over the driveway (ooop, wait for the mail truck to pass by) to the grand staircase back into the mansion from whence they came. Doah, photo-op moment fail! Yes, a first world problem, but none the less it happened.

The Sequoia is a gorgeous all in one venue. And was perfect for our January wedding. They make all of the big tasks that come with planning a wedding very simple. You even get your own planning binder where you get to organize and select all of the options you want. You get a lot for your money even at the base level but we went with the higher tier because of the add ins we wanted. The venue is recently updated, getting a modern look that works with its Victorian roots. Our coordinator was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning process. There was one minor scheduling snafu but otherwise it was handled perfect. Their chosen outside vendors are also fantastic, (Frank Vilt’s cakes and Couture Weddings by Dottie for floral and design, and the dj Steve were absolutely phenomenal.)The space allows for mix and match when it comes to where you want the ceremony, two outside spots and two inside. The reception hall easily fits a good size wedding w/o being elbow to elbow. The food was to die for and I still crave the chicken cordon bleu, and about half the appetizers (crab cakes and bacon wrapped scallops for the win).There is a groom suite and a brides room for getting ready for up to 2 hrs before hand, which are beautiful and tons of space.Lastly, my day of coordinator was on point the entire day. Always on hand to let us know what was next, refill my rosè, provided appetizers during pictures, and last looks before walking down the aisle.Getting married there was the highlight of this year and I would very much do it again there. (Currently trying to convince friends to get married there so I can have the food again).

We were married here in September, our guests are still talking about how beautiful everything looked and how great everything was. We used the recommended vendors for DJ services and florist Camino Flowers, Dottie and her crew did a fabulous job, they went above and beyond to make all my visions come to life (and more). Our guest danced all night and our DJ worked so hard at keeping us on track for pictures and other moments that we forgot about because we were having so much fun! There are definitely good and bad points to wedgewood. I will try to make this a quick review. You get what you pay for.We decided to have our wedding on a Monday in February 2020. So naturally they gave us the new person. I really would have liked to have one person that took care of everything but that was not the case. My first consultation was with the general manager and she was amazing and so nice, knowledgeable and had an attitude of we can make anything happen. Then I was handled off to the new person and everything changed. Because she was new she was unsure about things and did not have the same can do attitude. Needless to say not everything went the way I wanted. Yes Im sure I could have been a bridezilla and demanded everything I wanted but I always try to be easy going.I will say that I really really enjoyed the actual venue. I felt that it was our own private place to have our wedding.FOOD!! THIS IS IMPORTANT!!! The appetizers were to die for !!!!! They were the best thing..... Unfortunately bride and groom didnt really get any 😭 The guest raved and raved about them. The entrees were not something to get excited about. To be honest we would have been happy with only appetizers.One thing I will say was our fault... 6 hours is not long enough time 🤣 We maybe had about 15min of dancing. Mind you we did play a game and pictures took waaaaaay too long. But this is why I said our bad.Would I do it again??? Maybe..... Because the location was truly perfect.

WORST COMPANY EVER !! They stole my money. I sued them and won in court and they didn’t even bother to show up. They charged me money for a wedding and didn’t provide a wedding or any options at all. They shove a confidentiality agreement down my throat. I didn’t sign it had to sue. I won immediately and the judge couldn’t believe that they would even behave this way as a business. RUN from this business and don’t look back. Do not do business with this place. The all inclusive package sounds good but believe me dont fall for the trap. First of all they charged me thousands of dollars and they themselves canceled my wedding and it has been over a year and I still have no wedding and no refund. They canceled for covid which everyone understands but why do they get to keep all the money and provide no wedding at all? They are not willing to work with me at all. They pretended to offer a reschedule but they tried to sneak in a new contract with the rescheduled date. They refused to honor the old contract. I couldnt agree to the new contract because they use the words no refund for any acts or any acts of God. They cover themselves up so good in the new contract. Worst experience I have ever had in the world with any business I have ever dealt with in my life. Its a Ponzi scheme. To top it off there is thousands of dollars in hidden fees. They only tell you what is not included in the all inclusive package after you sign the contract. All their advertisement photos are deceiving.

Beware. My son and daughter in law had a wedding date during the recent PGE shutdown. We were worried and inquired about backup plans and were told the wedding would go on with generators if necessary. This was not the case and on Thursday afternoon before our Saturday wedding they called and canceled the wedding! although we understood that the PG&E shutdown was out of their control we proceeded to try to plan another wedding for Saturday at a different venue. We spoke with Jeff Tucci from their corporate office to obtain a full refund for our wedding and he proceeded to negotiate with us and tried to give us only half of our money. This seemed very slimy to us, needless to say we were very devastated and all we really expected was for them to say how sorry they were and tell us that we would be receiving a full refund and that was not the case! So brides and grooms please beware that if you are planning a wedding at Wedgewood Placerville you may be subject to a PG&E shut down so negotiate that into your contract so that if this occurs that they either provide a wedding with generators or they provide you with a full refund! Silver lining is that after a full day of stress and planning a new wedding at a different venue the power came on and the wedding went on. Also the staff at the venue were kind and the facility was nice this is just not the case for corporate.
