All I can say is that Bonnie and Ana took great care of handling my court paperwork. Bonnie went above and beyond in communicating and answering any questions and concerns I had concerning my visit. I was originally going to go to the courthouse to get some information on getting help in filing a civil lawsuit and I ran into an employee of Bonnie with Sentrex Legal Document Preparation who said I can go speak with Bonnie to see if she and her staff can help me. Totally recommend this place. Came in to fill out an emergency guardianship court order and they were more than helpful. They explained everything well and were patient. Warning! Before you hire Sentrex Legal Document Preparation. all they do is take your money, and not go through with their word.Paid sentrex for filing of child custody/visitation modification March of 2022, court date came and my paperwork was not filed by that time. So I couldn’t make any changes to court order due to my request not being filed. Kept calling agency, to see what was going on and I was never able to get an answer. When I call they will tell me they will look at my case and give me a call right away and never got any calls back and when when trying to call them again they wouldn’t answer. November of 2022 I Put up a bad review and minutes later Tamara, who claimed to be the manager, started messaging me saying she will work on my case herself and promised me a lot of changes/help if I took off review. We came to an agreement, I took off the bad review and it is now almost august of 2023 and NOTHING has been done to my case, my request that was supposed to be filed has not been filed, I message her and I get no response back, very bad communication. This company just steals your money and makes promises!!

I wasted $7000 on a attorney who was wasn’t representing my case the way it deserved and needed to be. When first contacting Sentrex the receptionist was very friendly and offered me an appointment right away. Even with all the stress and anxiety that comes with any type of court documents needing to be filed, Bonnie reassured me that she could handle my case. She was able to promptly get me the paperwork that I needed for my Move Away Order. After my documents were signed she was able to e-file them for me making it extremely convenient considering my case is located in Hemet. I have hired a few lawyers in my time and Bonnie has gone a step further in my experience and has kept me updated on the paperwork. Sentrex was very friendly and knowledgeable. Bonnie was able to fill out all of my forms and got everything submitted to court without any problems and was also able to serve my ex-wife. In the past, I have paid lawyers thousands and thousands of dollars and all they do is just have their staff fill out all the paperwork and charge you an astronomical amount of money for the exact same thing Bonnie does. She saved me a lot of time and money that I would have wasted paying a lawyer to do the exact same thing. Bonnie has helped me file many different orders over the years and I have never had one single problem from the court that something was submitted incorrectly or with any errors. I HIGHLY recommend anyone to at least just visit Bonnie before highering an attorney who will charge you a massive retainer to file a simple declaration or paperwork when Bonnie can do the exact same thing for a very, very good price. Bonnie has many years of experience and has seen everything and the courts know who she is and this truly helps when filing paperwork. When she serves the other party her name is on the paperwork and the judge sees this and can be confident that all necessary paperwork was in deed served. You cannot go wrong with Sentrex and the entire staff was very friendly and willing to listen and help. Bonnie treats you like family and not just about a pay check. Normally, anything to do with legal preparation sucks, however, Sentrex made my visit one to remember. The staff was super friendly, especially Bonnie. We talked as if we knew each other for years, even cracked a few jokes. The rest of the staff was cordial and accommodating as well, however, didnt catch their name. It seemed like all the other guests/customers in Sentrex knew each other because everybody was on a first name bases. I have never been to a Legal Documentation place where I actually enjoyed being at. Sentrex is a fast, reliable, friendly, accurate, considerate, clean and joyous environment to be in when faced with legal hardships. 10/10 would recommend. Very Disappointing!!! Please read past reviews as they are all similar.I came to their office a month before my hearing to get help filing back my paperwork, PAID same day of consult. They stated paperwork would be done within 5-7 business days. Two weeks later, no call from Victoria since she is the one that took my case. I called almost 2 weeks later to give them time and Victoria had stated my paperwork was under review and they were going to call back when done. That time came and no call from them. I called again and person in charge went out of town (memorial weekend happened to be). Following week I called again and their front desk stated she was in an emergency leave and that someone else was taking over my case. Now I was down to less than a week for my hearing and yet my forms were NOT DONE! Cynthia there so called manager which she is VERY unprofessional answered the phone to take over and only made things worse. She is VERY RUDE and cuts you off as you are trying to explain the situation and at that point frustration because I followed up the whole time before my hearing date and yet no paperwork done. The whole experience was STRESSFUL and very disappointing. I over heard them on the phone just making up another excuse for another client. Bonnie can be very calming but the moment you go against her say, then it starts becoming an issue. She stated she emailed me to review my documents and I received NOTHING and after that you can tell they were not happy attending me. Never again will I be getting service here and to top it off, the judge never read my paperwork.

Cynthia is the worst here. She contacted me on an emergency hearing via phone call for the very next day. She got my email address to send me scanned documents but they were not coming through clearly and had important information cut off. When contacted to resend, I got the same scan and then ignored my attempts to communicate with them.Court rules state she is to notify BEFORE 10am the day before by phone OR voicemail if I dont pick up. She notified me at 150pm. Luckily I was able to make arrangements to go to the hearing and the judge ruled in my favor when it was all said and done. When contacted later as to why she didnt follow court rules, Cynthia stated that she did and left a voicemail at 930am, a complete lie. Why call me again at 150pm if court rules state a voicemail is enough? Yet on the court documents Cynthia filed for the hearing, she put down she notified me at or before 9am.The employees work is shady and may get you into trouble with these practices or jeopardize what you are trying to have done within the system. Look for other services to prepare your documents.

I had been trying to divorce my husband for 10 years now. Being in the military you must be completely flexible as things could change at any moment. My schedule has changed drastically which causes me to be in the field a lot more. This has taken time away from completing my intake forms that this company has sent. But in NO way is it okay for a so called “professional” company to email you without a greeting going completely off for not sending the intake forms back right away. I literally have a full paragraph of some employee using a disgusting tone with me and showing complete disrespect! So glad I never used these people!

I recommend them to anyone who is going through a custody case and has any doubts.UPDATE: they were supposed to file my child custody paperwork for schooling and taxes but after about 6 months. I began using Tamras services February 2018 I paid for documents to be prepared and filed as well as hiring her recommended limited scope attorney. I paid in cash for the first transactions and never received a receipt or an emailed receipt as Tamra said she would. The attorney showed up to my court appearance unprepared but I did see results once we spoke to the judge. I was told I need to file an order and findings which I paid for the services again as well as for the attorney to appear at my following court date the services were paid for on 3/5/18 I had to go down to the courthouse myself to get a copy of the minute orders and help do my own paperwork that had a 10day window the paperwork wasnt filed until mid to late June. I arrived to my court appearance where the recommended and paid almost 4months in advance didnt arrive. Its been a month of receiving the runaround and both Tamra and Barbara pointing fingers and blaming each other. According to Barbara she was never paid by Tamra to appear in court on my behalf. According to Tamra this isnt the first time Barbara failed to appear in court on behalf of a client. I do not recommend there services to anyone for any reason no matter how desperate you may be!!!!I have given Tamra almost a month now to issue a refund to which she has responded I dont have toThe only good thing that has come out of my experience with this office is the help of there assistant Liz who went above and beyond helping me with my paperwork that needed to be filed and as well as many other dissatisfied clients whose paperwork was never done.

I hired TAMRA to do a Bifurcation to finish up my divorce. My bifurcation was never completed and filed. I paid TAMRA $1,800. She also has an inexperienced receptionist by the name of Yesenia who helps her not only with customers paperwork but also who is responsible for filing customers paperwork at the court house. This is what I witnessed because I was not only a client but she also hired me to market for her in front of the courthouse. So I seen and knew enough about how she did business and by than it was too late. I had paid her for services that were never rendered.TAMRA and BONNIE of SENTREX Legal Document Preparation at the time knew my vulnerability due to my divorce situation and took advantage of me. They took my money and kept all my legal documents, and tried to blackmail me by using my case against me. For simply not wanting to continue working with them due to unpaid commissions owed. I wanted a refund for services not rendered and to return all of my legal documents to mine. TAMRA kept all of my original legal file and will not return it to me. They also knew I was 100% Service connected military veteran and knowing that I couldnt hold a job due to my injuries BONNIE added insult by stating to me, That I was the most paranoid motherf***er!! Please reconsider hiring them or doing any business with them, they start off very nice and professional, and will make you feel that they can handle your case 100%, instead of being honest with you.
