Not only does my KIA Telluride love when I bring it in for service down to Selma Auto Mall KIA but I also love it as well! Customer service is awesome from the curbside coffee service as you pull up to the cozy lobby with TV, electronics chargers, and a Expresso machine. They are quick, prompt, and always friendly throughout this entire place. Thanks so much guys!

Towed my car in yesterday and called today to check status of my car since I knew that they needed to check a couple of codes due to a flashing check engine light. Sergio in the Service Dept called me back and I ended up having my car done and ready to go a couple of minutes before they closed. Sergio is so professional and hard working and I really appreciated how straight forward and honest he was, definitely a better customer service experience than Kia of Clovis!

Came in with a friend to shop for cars, every single employee was helpful. We first arrived at the Chevrolet side where we were greeted by a managed and he found someone to assist us. Once we decided we wanted to see Kia cars, the associate walked us over and got us a Kia associate to help. Truly seamless experience, would highly recommend.

My husband and i came from Ceres to Selma Kia to purchase our new 2024 Sportage and it was well worth the trip! Everyone there was so helpful and inviting and it made the whole process feel smooth and easy. A big shout out to wonderful and friendly Richard who took us on our test drive and helped set up the awesome technology the car has (which is so much!) And another big, big thank you to Fernando the finance manager. He made the whole signing process light and fun, which is really refreshing because thats truly the most stressful part of buying a car. From start to finish we felt welcomed and valued. WOW! I have nothing but amazing things to say about this dealership. EVERYBODY I encountered was awesome… especially Tiffani, Jessica, and Justin!I was on my way to LA to buy the only car available in the color I like. The night before, Tiffani followed up with me to see if I’d found the car I wanted. She HUSTLED, verified exactly what I wanted, and went to work looking for “my car.”Tiffani called hours later and said she found what I was looking for and would have it delivered to Selma and ready for me the next day!!!Future Kia of Clovis (I live in Fresno) didn’t have my color either… but they just took my number and I never heard from them again. No one there “hustled” to help me.Tiffani kept her word and saved me an 8 HOUR drive to LA. When I got there, everybody was incredibly kind and helpful. I’m so happy I called them on a whim earlier that week! If you want to work with people who care … this team of rock stars is where you want to start. Just saying.Total win-win.

I have purchased the car in 2017, the ac went out 3 times and the engine had issues and the lights keep having manufacturer issues, seats both driver and passenger went out and harnest.With the engine issue they couldnt get me an appointment for 3 months multiple sites and had to get a rental.

They took the time to break everything down and explain it thoroughly. Hi, I have a appointment on 05/23 Thursday at 10 am for 2018 Chevrolet which has been on sales. I talked at least 10 times with sales person Sammy and his manager Eric. Also I emailed them couple times and we already talked about price and everything. I came this morning little bit early around 9 am and went into inside the dealership. They told me that they are vacuuming the car and in 10 min car is gonna be ready and I said that’s ok I am waiting. And 10 mins later they bring the car like that. You can see the pictures. I set up appointment on Monday for Thursday and yesterday I called them and check if the car still available because I am coming from Menlo Park which is 3 hours drive. When I saw the car I just shocked!! I never this kind of thing in my life. I trust the dealer because they are selling under the KIA company! And we one more thing; on the website list the mileage was 31,948 but when they are showing the car mileage is 34,489. Basically just want to say STAY AWAY from them!!!The Customer Service instead of apologizing they are lying under the my review. Their car on the sales list already but never detailed and inspected. And another thing I don’t understand that how can they show the car to me like that! How can a human being can use the car that you don’t own like this?? Check the picture, it’s clear show everything!! They are lier and they have terrible sales person. Again stay away!!!

I had my eye on a Telluride, unfortunately it was sold the night before. I was a little upset I waited for it to come in. Me and my husband were greeted by Jesus and he told us he would look for something else for us and suggested one at their other dealer in Visilia. At first I was hesitant because it was silver and my last 2 cars were silver and I did not want another one. Jesus told me it was a blueish silver, so I put my trust in him agreeing to go and get the car. Im glad I trusted him. I absolutely LOVE my new Telli! Its beautiful and has a very nice trim package on it! Jesus was extremely nice and he even asked to get me and my husband lunch while we waited and discussed everything that day. He took the time to explain some things on the car before we left. He filled up the car for us twice, and he was very helpful and made it really simple. Thank you Jesus for all your help and hard work and thank you to Selma kia. I git the maintenance package so Ill be going back to get my car services done with them. See you soon! I would like to share my experience with the sales manager at Kia, in Selma (Jonathon Guerrero). This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever encountered while purchasing a vehicle. First, he lied to us about the add ons on the vehicle and stated that it was a requirement that we purchase the lojack anti theft system and the paint protection. When I questioned why it was necessary to purchase the anti theft system Mr, Guerrero stated that my insurance would not covered the entire vehicle if the vehicle was ever stolen. Of course, I did my research after speaking to him and called him out on his unethical tactics to get me to pay for additional features. He then attempted to offer me a minimal discount but at this point I was not willing to do business with someone who flat out lied to my face. Rest assure that lying to potential customers only ensures thatthe customer will no longer do business with you again. I ultimately ended buying a vehicle at Toyota in Clovis and purchased a better vehicle, no lies, no games and less payment.On another note, I would like to thank the sales person Luis he was very nice and professional

My husband and I were shopping around for a Kia Sorento and Luis took the time to help us find what we were looking for. He had great customer service and was very helpful with showcasing all the features of the vehicle. We went to another Kia dealership and the salesman was nice but service was very bland, little to no knowledge of the cars features. Luis even took the time to ask about our little ones interest, put on her favorite show and gave her some snacks while we did paperwork. All the staff we worked with was super friendly and very informative with the questions we had. That was our first purchase with Selma Auto Mall and needless to say, we will be back and asking for Luis.

I bought my Kia from this dealer a couple of years ago. I got 5 years of mantainance included in my contract. All these years, Kia service has been really amazing. I havent had any problem with them. They have been really friendly and they have been there to help me when I need it. If you buy a car from them try to get q lot of years of mantainance in your contract (by negotiating lol). You also get a free wash every visit, so make sure you ask for it. If you dont ask for it, they wont do it. Also be careful like with other dealers, they will try to rip you off

Out of all dealerships in the Central Valley this one is one is one of the very very few that are at the top of my list they’re always so friendly and straight to the point! I also love how they don’t do crazy mark ups. They make me feel like i am welcomed. The service department area is amazing they always treat you with respect and are very good at explaining everything after the service is done or calling you if they need to tell you anything, very on top of things. Be careful because Adrian and the head lady like to run their mouths about customers even after giving us a hard time and if you’re already on their bad side, they won’t care to give you a jump for your car if it’s not starting. I went in as a walk in on a Friday with no appointment and Adrian made sure I was able to be seen on Monday. He could’ve easily turned me away and scheduled an appointment for me months out and I appreciated his accommodation. Also, he had amazing customer service during every interaction we had and ensured that I had an appointment for my next service. When I checked out I had the pleasure of meeting a woman named Tina who was equally helpful and personable. She gave me great information and even walked me to my car. I tried to give Selma Kia my business for nearly four months. First I wanted to purchase a Niro EV from them, but was told that the best they would do is waive the dealer markup. The vehicle had a $3,750 factory discount on it, but Selma Kia had cancelled that by charging a $3,750 dealer markup, so they were planning on pocketing the dealer discount. By saying they would waive the dealer markup, they were merely stating that they were willing to not pocket the discount that Kia was offering buyers. I dealt with four different salespeople over a period of about three months. When I started shopping for the vehicle in June, they had 9 of them. It is now the third week in October and they have 8, so it does not appear that this vehicle is in high demand. I went elsewhere and purchased the car. I called Selma Kias service department to make an appt to have a key programmed for my new car, but was told they could not do the job until mid December, two months later, and that it would be $250. The person who took my call was brusque and dismissive. So I called Visalia Kia and they did it the following day for $175. It took them about 20 minutes. The service manager said it wasnt a big deal and that he could just pull one of his techs and have him complete this simple task. Sometimes you need to shop around. Selma Kia made it pretty apparent that they did not want my business.

I would highly recommend not buying anything here. Im not a car person, so I didnt catch many of the sneaky tricks here. There were several after market changes that were made to my car, and I was not told about them. Not only were they were not installed correctly which lead to multiple services needing to be done, but they arent covered under the warranty I bought, which I also wasnt told about. If they were upfront about it, maybe this would get 3 stars, but this backhanded method of weaseling more money is inexcusable.

When I purchased the car they didn’t sell me stuff I didn’t need, they met my budget and really helped me find the car that would take care of all my needs but, also one that would keep me looking sporty too. The guys were caring and treated me like family. At payment time I was given another discount and I only paid $50 for my oil change and tire rotation. Happy girl! Although I wasn’t there to buy that day Sammy took my information and followed up that same day via email and text. He called me the next day to let me know about inventory and to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately for me the service department was a horrible, horrible experience. The manger Tina Salazar was very unprofessional and rude when speaking to me regarding my car service with Kia. I was given the run around for a week.no communication. Definitely needs to improve her communication with the team. Nobody knew the service status on my vehicle. One day, I called to follow up on service and nobody knew where my car was located the technician said someone misplaced my paperwork service. They promise to call with the stairs and didn’t. I called the following morning. The technician sounded rushed and lost when speaking to me. I totally understand when a job gets extremely busy.. however there should still be some type of communication from the department to the customer. This would of avoided me interrupting during the work day. I hope this is just an isolated problem at Kia service and maybe that week for me the department was running short staff.

I love Selma Kia! We searched the state for our vehicle and couldn’t find it…so we had to order it! Now that is quite an investment. But Selma Kia seems to understand that…and they make you feel like you joined a family.There service team is the best. Quick in and out - but not too quick - they are thorough. They are an extension of your investment. You spend 4 hours or so buying your car, but years driving it - and the Kia service team gets that!

After informing salesman and management several times about how I wanted to drop a $25,000 down payment on a car I contracted to hold, it was far too difficult to actually make the down payment. Wire transfer is not an option, running a credit card is not an option because store policy forbids it due to the 3% charge, even if you’re willing to cover it. It very quickly went from a smooth and fantastic experience, to a overly complicated transaction that just was not worth it by any means. If there’s a Kia you want, have a different dealership (a more willing one) have it transferred. Save yourself the trouble.

Me and my wife went there yesterday looking for a SUV.After walking the entire auto mall we finally found the one we wanted. Took the 2023 Sorento Hybrid for a test drive. We both wanted it. By the time we were finished driving it it was late, so I told the salesman we will come back tomorrow after work to go over #s and purchase.While waiting forHim to bring us a card, another salesman walks up with a couple pushing us aside and they take off on a test drive in the vehicle we were wanting to purchase.I never heard of such rude behavior at a car dealership before. That was just rudeness beyond anything I have experienced. I would not recommend this dealer, they obviously dont care about the consumer or their overall appearance.

Five plus stars for Selma Kia and Tina at the service desk. They go above and beyond for their customers. My car was making a strange noise and they immediately got me in the next business day due to safety concerns for me driving it. They found the problem, ordered the parts and arrange for rental transportation. When I arrived to pick up my car they washed it and even put dressing on the tires. Most other dealerships are still using the covid excuse to avoid washing the vehicle. Selma Kia didnt just rinse it, they washed it good. No water spots or areas that were missed. They are amazing!!!!!

I bought a 2022 Kia Sorento in March this year and have had nothing but issues with their Service department. The same Service Manager also works in Visalia same joke there too. My SUV wouldnt start one day and they couldnt do anything for two weeks. I said its a brand new car so they said to bring it in and leave it and theyd get to it when they had a chance. Well I said how am I going to get it there if it wont start. Then I needed them to fix the rear left panel because it was popped out and that took 7 months to get fixed and it was like that when I bought it. I have go to the Honda Dealer in Selma and their Service Department is AWESME!!!!Angel is always helping us out as much as he can do for Servicing our Kia. I have never bought a Kia before Ive always bought Honda, but Ill never will buy a Kia again, Im going to trade it in on another Honda. Kia isnt worth the Headache. Very unhappy!!! When I had the first oil change I paid for Selma Honda to change it, even though its was suppose to be free thru Kia. That tells you how frustrating they are to work with. I had to give them one Star just to post this but really I wouldnt of gave them any.

I recently had to take my car to Kia to get my car’s gas tank latch fixed. The first time I was called and told it was fixed. However the gas tank was not working properly again so i called and was told oh bring it back the mechanic that worked here didn’t fix anything and now they are repairing all his errors. I am upset I was not contacted and told of this incident. Also they made it sound like they were doing me a favor by not charging me for their error. I don’t like when errors are made and hidden until the problem surfaces again. And it will as mine did. This is my second kia and there will not be a third based on the company’s dishonesty.

I had a great experience while shopping for my vehicle, but I purchased a service package that I have only used twice in the two years I’ve had my car because of the horrible service from the service department. If I would’ve known that they never have available appointments I would’ve never purchased the service package. They are literally booked 4 months in advance and aren’t open on the weekends? I usually try to book an appointment early because I know how terribly booked they are, but 4 months is simply ridiculous and I still can’t manage to make it work. I call to see if something can be done about it and I rudely get told no, other dealerships I’ve dealt with always figure something to make it right. I find that if you’re that booked you should do something about it, either extend your hours, work weekends, or expand. It has been a waste of my money.

Went in for general maintenance, since they were the cheapest around (and closer to home), and my visit started off like a typical visit when suddenly there was a miscommunication error. Tina Salazar, who works in Kia’s Service Department, went above and beyond to make sure my time was valued. I understand that mistakes happen but when a company not only acknowledges the mistake but also resorts to other measures to make you feel heard and appreciated, I am spending my money there. To be very honest, Ive never experience the type of help & service we received from Selma Kia. Steve Sumaya was the very best, informative, and in a timely fashion. This was first incident . Second time we needed a tire rotation for our traveling weekend,although they no room on their service, Lisa not only went out of her way to fit us in, but the service from the time we arrived was the greatest! Just yesterday, we had a battery default, Steve, not only fixed the problem, but wash the car(as always) vaccumed, replaced battery,full tank ! Horrible experience, my husband and I were greeted by a great salesman “Sammy” but were treated terribly by finance manger “Jose”. Jose wanted to close a deal so bad and was upset when my husband asked questions about the numbers they were giving us. We went ahead and left Kia on a Sunday night and were asked to come back the next day, although we were unsure If we wanted that car, my husband went back on his own on that Monday, where Jose continued with horrible customer service. We ended up not getting a car with them and found of they ran our credit 10 extra times 5 days after us being there. Will not go back.

After my first review that said how they gave me my new K5 back to me with the cilajet done poorly on the inside and my dent on the door I had to edit it. I just dropped off my car to Kia Selma and the manager Tina was concerned and helped me right away and is taking care of the issues about my car. She really showed she cared to where she stood in the rain to see the dent and the inside of my car. Got me another rental and scheduled my car to get fixed and will give me another rental when I take my car back for the dent. She rocked today and glad I got to talk to her. Thank you Tina!!!

One star is a stretch!! After sharing our concerns over the condition of the tires on a vehicle we were looking to purchase the guys at this auto mall convinced us that the tires were inspected properly and in passing condition. We figured out the very next morning that there was a nail in one of the tires, less then a month later a different tire went flat while we were driving and we discovered the tires had a patch put in!!! First and last time we purchase a car from a company who doesn’t care about the safety of their customers!!
