Johnny B was a very GREAT Sales man!!!! Greeted us right away. We told him what we wanted to pay he gave us options. He, was friendly and has a great personality. He was not pushy and was honest, polite and answered all our questions. For being a young sales man I will say it was the best experience I have had on a car lot. We had a lot of laughs. We were shopping for a hybrid vehicle and had gone to another dealership in Clovis. We found what we wanted, (New car at a decent rate) but we wanted to keep looking.We found a vehicle that fit our criteria at Selma Hyundai. My initial contact with them was mainly through text as we worked through the application process. Even through text, Jordan was very helpful and friendly.We were scheduled to return to the Clovis dealer to finalize the transaction. On a whim we decided to go to Selma. We were really turned off by the comments made by the Clovis finance person and her pushiness.We were quickly greeted by Ruby who assisted us.(Jordan was unavailable.) She was really friendly and made us feel comfortable. We were greeted by the managers, all were very friendly. We were even acknowledged by other sales members as we walked around. We decided to purchase here, as they were able to get us a better rate on a used car vs a new one in Clovis. (Something that doesn’t usually happen when buying used.) Overall the transaction in Selma was very smooth. We had positive experiences with EVERYONE from start to finish.Thank you to all for making this such an easy and pleasant experience.

I have always dreaded buying a car because of the long process. So I stopped by on Wednesday and was politely greeted by Manny, he introduced me to Jorge Leyva. I made him aware I wasnt ready to purchase that day. I just wanted to ask several questions. He was very polite and helped me the best he could. I was finally convinced to drive out in a new car. Today was the day, Manny and Jorge made time to show me several options. Im the type of person who can take days or months to convince myself into anything, so I invited my family. They were all greeting politely, including my 4 year old son and 2 year old nephew, they loved the attention they were getting. My family is everything to me, so when I see the children are acknowledged, that means the world to me. Manny and Jorge made this purchase very comfortable and fun they are the reason I will highly recommend Selma Hyundai/ Nissan.

We are EXTREMELY pleased and AMAZED with the NO pressure, NO haggle, high quality service we received from Genesis of Selma when purchasing our GV80!! Jeorge Leyva, our helpful sales representative, his manager, Ahmad, and the entire team, made this the best car buying experience we have ever had!! We recommend them highly!!!I had to change my review. I would give no stars if I could!! The service was excellent as we were buying. The service after the purchase is nonexistent!! Calls go unreturned. Issues are unresolved. It took us a month to get access to the app. We still have not had an adequate tutorial on how to use the functions in the vehicle 6 weeks later.! Jeorge is the worst post commission!! Just be advised that all is not as it seems!!!

Ended up at Selma Hyundai after the car we wanted was sold in Fresno. Johnny B approached us and quickly and professionally engaged us about the type of vehicle we were looking for and who would be driving it. He showed us several options and we were on are way to our car when Johnny B asked us to give him an opportunity to show us a few other options. Everything was seamless. Traded in my 2022 Tacoma which I had a significant amount of negative equity on. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to lower my monthly payments but Alex worked his magic and was able to do just that. Had an amazing experience! I have bought many vehicles and this by far was my best experience yet. The team was very friendly and welcoming. They also all had a great sense of humor and were just nice people all around. My sales rep Jorge was absolutely fabulous and extremely helpful! No runaround he was straight forward with me and seemed to genuinely care that I was getting what I wanted out of a vehicle. I even took the keys with me by accident to my trade in because I am an airhead apparently. Jorge went above and beyond and came to pick them up at 10pm. We were there pretty late due to my ability of being indecisive and difficult, yet I didn’t get any flack from any of the staff at all! I was given a price over the phone OTD by Oscar for $41,500 at 11am, once I got off work at 2pm and I confirmed with them that I was on my way to leave a down payment, Rico called me back and said they could “try to match the price”. I was very confused since I already had a set price with the manager Oscar. Oscar then called me and said the price would now he $42,500. They don’t keep the price they make the deal for, so unprofessional and a complete waste of time!

Lesson learned from trying to do business with these Clowns. Called them March 7th to schedule service for my car and was told there werent any Saturday appointments until March 16, I said okay I can work with that and booked the appointment. I show up for my appointment today only to be told I didnt have an appointment and they wouldnt be able to service my car because they only have two technicians. I live twenty minutes from this location and only chose them because they have Saturday appointments.

This dealership might be okay if you are buying a new Hyundai but my experience was and still is horrible! I was interested in a used Volvo and lived in Walnut Creek so it was a longer drive. First they kept saying my monthly payments would be about what I was looking for - wrong it was about double. Then they told me if I drove all the way to Selma at the end of the month they could give me an amazing deal because of end of month quota. Wrong…they lied and gave me the same price. The rear view camera cover was missing and they told me “oh, we didn’t notice that.” It is now 9 months later and I have still not received the part. Not only have I not received the part but when I spoke to the same person that said they would send it to me they tried to gaslight me and told me that they had never spoken to me. Once again I called today and I am still leaving voice messages with no response. I have cancelled service appointments three times. They didn’t give me two license plates and didn’t get me the needed information about my registration. When I finally decided to take the car they put me behind all other purchases from both dealerships there and I was there from 5-11pm. The person who gave me a ride had to finally leave because we hadn’t eaten. The car stickers were ripped off incompletely and when I got it detailed the new company said the dealership didn’t detail the car was just lightly vacuumed. They do not care about people they care about the bottom line. No it wasn’t a new Hyundai but as a sales person you want to make sure referrals are getting out and a person is always a potential return customer. I would not recommend buying from this dealership. Worst experience. I signed papers drove car home. A week later I get a certified letter from dealership stating my contract was cancelled and I had to return the vehicle. When I called them, they said it had to be sent by California law. Unbelievable!!?? 😩😬

My overall experience with this dealership is a 10 out of 10! The sales staff (Jorge and Cat) were very thorough in explaining all the features on my Hyundai, and there are many! On top of that, I had the feeling they really cared about me and what I wanted. Unusual for a car salesman. Didn’t railroad me into a car, or deal that I didn’t want. Contrary to what I’d experienced elsewhere! The manufacturer warranty as well as the dealership warranty can’t be beat! The overall experience from looking to purchase was wonderful! And the finance department (Chris) was equally as impressive! My first experience with Selma Auto Mall, and I would highly recommend to anyone! It was well worth the drive from the mountain community where I live!

Selma Hyundai made the experience of purchasing a 2023 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited as easy as possible. Especially after Credit Union denied loan after being pre-approved with letter in hand. Financing was able to get a better A.P.R as well. Salesperson Katia Ramirez, Sales Manager Jose Rodriguez and Financing Ahmad Kalbouneh worked hard and made purchasing and owning a new vehicle happen. Gave them my parameters for purchasing the 2023 Sonata Hybrid, and they made it happen. The best thing is that they had the vehicle on the lot, not in transit or months out like other dealerships. I would most certainly recommend making the trip to Selma Hyundai for your next vehicle purchase, check out the Hybrids, they are on par or surpassing the Camry Hybrid, and just a step behind Accord Hybrid. My husband and I had a really great experience yesterday with them. We had initially bought a 2013 Ford F-150 but there ended up being issues with the truck. We expressed our concerns and communicated how we would feel better if we could get me into something else. It did take some time and working through a few issues because of our own negative equity but they worked hard and eventually called us with an amazing offer. We went in yesterday to talk with them. Pedro and Leonard both helped put us into a 2022 Hyundai Sante Fe Suv and we could not be more happy. We were able to trade in our Ford truck they gave us above what we could of expected for the trade in and gave us an amazing deal on our brand new car. Due to a paint and security recall, I dropped off my Hyundai Sonata on March 22, 2023, at the Selma Hyundai Dealerships Service Department. It is now April 25, 2023, and they have yet to give me back the car even though the original estimated delivery time was two (2) weeks. My main issue has not been that it has taken them a month to do the work -- the issue is that they grossly underestimated the timeline and failed to communicate adequately. To better understand these issues, I have outlined my experience below.1. Communication: The first issue began when I contacted them the night before the car was supposed to be ready. Usually, Hyundai will provide a courtesy call or text message letting me know the status of my vehicle. However, I had to make the call. In addition, the supervisor asked me to contact him -- yes, instead of contacting me (the customer) within a reasonable amount of time -- he asked me to contact him so he could check in with the 3rd party body shop. As a service provider, Hyundai staff should be trained to contact their 3rd party vendors ahead of time and contact their customers. Its called service! I have made more than eight (8) calls to the service department since March 22, 2023.2. Deadlines: As I mentioned, the original estimated arrival time was two (2) weeks, but that was not the case. They said it would take ten (10) days for the vehicle to be ready due to a mistake the service department made when taking photographs of the car. Yes, thats right -- 10 extra days. So my vehicle would be gone for a total of 26 days. I expected a courtesy call again but didnt get it. When I called, they said it would be another few days. Then I called again, and they said it was being polished. Then I called three days later, and they said it was still being polished. -- You see my issue?! -- I dont appreciate being strung along, especially when I have such a busy schedule and depend on my vehicle.3. Vehicle Rental: When I contacted the service department on the date of the original 2-week deadline, they mentioned I could use their service vehicle, but I could only use it for up to 50 miles per day. However, I work across California and have to drive to the Bay Area, Los Angeles, and Central Valley. In fact, I live in Los Angeles and visit my parents in Selma. I was counting on my vehicle to be ready no later than 20 days at most. So I planned my schedule and vehicle options accordingly since Hyundai did not provide me with a car rental for the first 16 days they had initially estimated. They would have provided me an option to rent a car with Enterprise, but I would still have to pay $17.50/day. Since tomorrow, 4/25, will be 20 days after the original 2-week deadline, I would have spent $350 to rent the vehicle. This vehicle rental policy is outdated, a scam, and needs to consider exceptional circumstances.The service department has been calm and collected in hearing me out. However, if this is how they deal with their vendors, thats also the problem. They need to research good 3rd party vendors in the area, keep them accountable for high-quality services, and ensure that they meet their deadlines. It should not take the 3rd party vendor three (3) weeks to complete a paint job. This is a huge contract -- a ton of vehicles are being recalled -- you would think the vendor would want to keep the business and the good PR. However, its also the responsibility of the Hyundai service department to have the proper procedures and protocols to ensure that when vetting a vendor, the vendor has the capacity to communicate and deliver the services within an appropriate timeline.

I was referred by someone who had a wonderful experience, I on the other hand received the opposite experience. I purchased my first vehicle from Selma Hyundai in 2019. I’ve had nothing but a poor experience with everyone from the sales representative that I worked with when I purchased my vehicle, to the manager who took over the sale, to the finance employee, Rudy who helped me. Rudy talked me into, rather, he pressured me into signing up for the Gap Insurance through Hyundai. I went back a few days later to cancel the policy, and almost 2 years later no one can tell me why the cancellation was never refunded. There was supposed to be $800+ check refunded to me that was supposed to be applied to the principle on the loan. In addition to this issue, I have also had issues with the service department. I called to schedule an appointment to take my vehicle in to have a recall part replaced for my brake system, the person I called scheduled me for the same week that I called to schedule the appointment. When I arrived for my appointment I was told the part was never ordered, and they had to reschedule my appointment for four weeks out. It seems just about every employee I have spoke with has had an unprofessional approach to helping with issues and providing customer service.Update: Two years since my initial review, a vehicle trade in, two new vehicle purchases, and I am disappointed to say I have lost my trust in Selma Hyundai. They have gone through some change of staff. They have a few trustworthy employees in Service now. There are what appears to be almost all new employees in the sales, finance, and service departments since my first purchase in 2018-‘19. To update my initial review as to the gap insurance issue, Selma Hyundai couldn’t confirm why I wasn’t refunded; I was redirected. As to my new information and review. I traded in a vehicle about a year ago, to keep things concise I will spare some details but the vehicle was burning a tank of oil every 800-1k miles. Many oil changes and tests later, all paid for myself as none of this was covered by warranty, I was told I would need a new engine at some point and it was not going to be covered by warranty. I was also told Hyundai didn’t see the vehicle burning oil as a liability they would cover because it wasn’t a leak in the system. They never identified the cause as to why the oil was burning off nor resolved the issue. I made the decision to trade in the vehicle, which at the time was a necessary purchase for me and I wasn’t left with much time to shop around nor was I satisfied with the deal I was offered at Hyundai for the new vehicle. I was recently in to trade in the vehicle, a year later, making the vehicle a year old at this point and was hoping to get a vehicle I actually wanted this time and not settled on. Hyundai valued my vehicle under the price a vehicle of the same make and model would cost if it were traded in or sold in less than poor condition. My vehicle looks like new inside and out. Selma Hyundai offered me $19k for the vehicle when the KBB trade in value is anywhere from $22k and above for a vehicle in fair or good condition. I decided to do a shallow search to see what vehicles in the exact color, make, model, and year were selling for used with similar miles as on my vehicle. Those used vehicles were being sold for $25-27k and my vehicle appeared to be in better condition. I would recommend Thousand Oaks Genesis if you are looking to buy or trade in a vehicle. They will drive to your home for a test drive or to make a sale of a vehicle if you do not live local in their area.

My dad took his car in for repair on Feb 6th 2023, today is March 28th 2023. Part has been on backorder for 50 days now. Unable to drive car safely. Dealer says they cant do anything, wont even return his call when he inquires if any update on ETA or options. Dad continues to make car payment on 2021 Hyundai Ioniq. Seems like parts is an issue for Hyundia and Corporate doesnt care either. I would highly consider a different brand. This is my fathers 3rd Hyundai, never seen service like this...EVER. I also like that no one pressured us and we felt comfortable throughout the entire experience. The only drawback was that it took longer than usual for them to draft the paperwork for the purchase of the vehicle. But, to make up for this they offered me a free automotive detail and tank of gas for me to redeem at a time of my choosing. We love our new palisade however communication is atrocious at Selma Hyundai. Gas door is missing when we bought it new off the lot. It needed to be ordered, then color matched, then sent to body shop for paint and install. Along with new headrest TVs, the expectation given to us was 3 days. We are now over two weeks. When we call we are told someone will touch base with us later to give us an expectation. No one calls. I called three times today (on my only day off) to figure this out. Impossible. With communication like this- could you imagine trying to get coverage on a manufacturer’s warranty? Get your vehicle at another Hyundai dealership is my recommendation.

I will never even consider using this car dealership now or ever for future purchase s. Customer service is abysmal. You would figure you would get better service when you walk into a dealership with your financing already taken care. Here I didnt. The financing Dept didnt like the fact that I already had taken care of that and they tried to submarine a deal before one could be made. Had to go to over them to the sale manager. The dealership made mistakes on the paperwork of a RAM 1500 that i purchased from them (made a mistaje in entering odometer info), had to go back to fix the contract once, then had to go back the next week because they didnt smog my truck before giving it to me, seemed like it couldve been done all in one trip, and I feel like they should be selling the cars ready to go, not needed you to come back a week later and then again another week later.The car itself is beautiful, and runs great, no complaints about the vehicle, it is a high quality vehicle.The financing could use some work. I believe the gentlemen who helped me was Matthew Ortiz, he was kind and well dressed. He did break down the contract, and show me the interest, the apr, and fees, but I felt as if I didnt know what I was paying in full until after I had signed and it was too late. The truck I had purchased was worth 36,000 and I will end up paying close to 55,000. I understand that there is taxes and fees and interest, however, I do not recall them showing me this number in the contract. Infact I recall them specifically saying, and showing that I would be paying close to 47,000 for the truck. I reviewed the contract when I got home and noticed that the total at the end was 55,000 not 47,000. I went back to Selma and inquired about these numbers to Matthew and he told me that it was interest and fees.If I had known, and if they had made it more obvious that I would be paying 8,000 more ontop of the 47,000 i was told, I probably would have taken my money elsewhere, which I recommend you do aswell. It felt as if I were being tricked, and did not know the full extent of the costs. The person who helped me claimed that they were there to help me get the best financial option, yet I did not know what my full cost would be upon leaving. I have learned my lesson, I will not go through Selma hyundai ever again, and I do not recommend it for you either, but if you must, be sure you get the full cost of your car before signing, make sure the car doesnt need any maintenance, and make sure your paperwork is 100% accurate.

I purchased a 2019 Kona with 36k miles. I was under the assumption the vehicle had been checked out and ready for my road trip. However, A few hrs after the dealership dropped it off I drove to town when the “next service in 485 miles” notification comes on.First impression makes a huge difference in my book and so far it’s not looking good! I see there are a lot of 5 star reviews however I didnt have the same experience. My wife and I went there to look at the 2021 Palisade to decide if this was the vehicle we wanted. When we first arrived it took a while to get someone to help. This is not a bad thing so I thought no high pressure just making sure we were ready. Once we started talking to an employee and he got the keys this is where it went down hill.Every time we asked to look at a specific model he would come out and remote start and lift the rear gate. As if this was some kind of new feature and showing it off. Instead of just letting us look at the vehicle and standing back to be available for questions he was up in our space pointing out trivial details about the vehicle. I mean something as simple as the power seats or storage in the back. I would make a comment about the variances and he would just agree but had no real experience or knowledge about the vehicle. He was pushy, overbearing and talked over us.We went for a test drive, but this vehicle was still in Shipment Mode. Why? None of the features worked and we were unable to really see the true potential of this vehicle.Sticker on the window listed MSRP of course but then there was a mark up tag on the side of $10K. Really, $59k for this vehicle? Is it that hot selling of a vehicle? However another employee said he would sell it to us for MSRP. Ok, I did a little research and found that vehicles average selling cost was actually below MSR for that area. I offered a reasonable price, no low ball. Went inside and out comes the antiquated 4 square ploy. They came back $2000 over MSRP. I said that wasnt going to work for me. I was immediately dismissed and the negotiations were over just like that.I have an idea, how about if you take a little extra time and show some customer service and find out what would work. Maybe a different model with some similar features? Isnt thats why youre employee there to sell vehicles?Finally, I did some searching and found other Palisades for a much more reasonable asking price. Sure it was a little bit of a drive south, but in the end well worth it. We walked out of that dealership proud owners of a new car all for over $5500 less than what I was offered at Selma. I was treated perfectly and there was ZERO pressure. Take note Selma.Selma Hyundai, you lost a potential customer and I will not recommend your dealership.

READ until the END!The beginning started out great. Alex the sales rep Asst promised and sold me a 2019 Hyundai Tuscon Limited in the exact color interior and exterior i wanted. I bought this car on Wednesday, placed my downpayment and signed my contract. They said it would be in on Friday guaranteed. I called them Thursday to double check on the timing because i called off work. Well they could not get the car because the dealership it was at closed down. so now i bought a car they couldnt get and they had my money for a contract they couldnt fulfill.They of course move to the next step of offering me another car to satisfy the contract but they wanted to downgrade my car. For a cheaper price they insisted. the price was not the problem i already agreed to that, I wanted the trim i agreed to.Now they are trying to persuade me into a different car because they couldnt fulfill their initial contract. I declined every downgrade until they decided to try and upgrade me to a 2019 Santa Fe, i needed AWD and wouldnt except anything under an SEL. SO now they have to find me a SEL AWD in the colors i want and match the price I agreed to.Come SUNDAY and i still have not heard from Alex again about a new car or the original. I decided to call and ask for the Sales Manager and spoke with him directly. He said he was personally taking over my deal and would be handling it himself. He promised me a phone call Monday morning 9:30am and a car Monday evening. I quote if i do not have the car for you to drive away in Monday evening i will give you the keys for free These are some big promises and he is the Manager so things start looking up again.Wrong. I never heard from him, come 10:30am i give him a call and get forwarded to someone else. I was told he was on the property and got transferred to his phone. No answer. Now i am at work so i have my fiance call who also receives the same experience.SO we show up Monday evening like SURPRISE where is my damn car?? Well MItch the Sales Manager is not there, Alex the Sells Asst. is not there either and no one apparently knows about my situation. SO i get the round about all over again like i am a chicken with a head cut off.I get fed up and the following day i text Alex and ask whats going on and i have not heard from Mitch. There he reassured me I have a loan and its approved. SO i wait another day and i get a call from Alex saying he needs copied of my work schedule. I have never heard of anything like this before and i was really offended that i was promised a secured loan 3 times and a car already. Now i am done.I contact the General Manager of Hyundai, Kevin Rippeon, and he is absolutely wonderful. He makes the car appear, the deal go through, my contract rewrote, my sales Rep answer the phone, and had it detailed and gave me a temp car while i waited for my car to be cleaned and everything be finished up over the weekend. Now Saturday has come and we drive to the dealership to check out the car. Kevin showed up in person to check my satisfaction of the vehicle and loan. He is extremely positive and kind. He gives me an extension of my first payment and a great deal on CilaJet for my car. I promised to write a thorough review and he gave me 2 starbucks giftcards for their review promotion right now.IT is sad to say that my previous experience was pretty trashy, but once having the GM involved he righted every wrong in the situation and made it happen. Initially it was great and then the signing papers turn into a disaster...Please do yourself a favor and read the fine print before signing ANY papers. They are sneaky as all get out!. We felt pressured to sign papers in order to get the car we wanted under their circumstances only and when we disagreed their sweet faces turned side ways. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Went in to look at a 2017 genesis 3.8 listed at 27,155 that I called about earlier in the week. When I went in today on 12/21, I test drove it, went well. I looked around and decided I wanted to get the numbers on it. From the start the salesman kept switching between 27,500 and 28,500 and his manager said the car was 28,500 during closing, even after I corrected him 2 times before taking it for a test drive. I informed them we had 20k from eecu at a 1.86 percent and would downpay a minimum of 10k in cash, but ultimately whatever the difference is after the 20k . Immediately they started acting wierd and couldnt just give me the taxes and total cost. And wasted over 40 more minutes of my time arguing over the listed price and even made me pull up true car and show them their own listing because he was sure I must be wrong. When I showed them he goes there must be a mistake but ill go back rn and adjust the price down. Yet he had a writeup for me to pay 10 down and finance 24,7XX more.....I shopped here for my last car in 2016 and returned 4 years later to a completely different group of disrespectful kids.It worked for the best cuz I left and immediately drove 45 minutes to look at another and got a 2018 for less than 31k with only 4600 more miles! In the end, tbh, thank you guys for helping me spend my money with people that actually deserved it. Like, The whole phone call to my salesman that disappeared, while the dude was actually standing in the room not on the other line....WIIIERD...and the whole, im finishing up a sale as you walk out to text the other 2 kids to run out and pow wow with you less than 25 feet from me and my wife as if were not THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE ENTIRE PROPERTY and TOTALLY not seeing all the body language in the room. Horrible service department. Don’t waste your time. I called to get some service done to my vehicle. I explained to them that I had some service done to my vehicle from a local mechanic who installed a Hyundai original part on my vehicle and wanted to see if they can redo what my mechanic did but replace the part. Fernando said sure and that he would look in the computer and pull up the receipt because I purchase the part from them. He said he would call me back. He didn’t. I called on a Monday and Thursday morning comes around so I call again. I talk to Fernando and asked if he found my receipt. He said not yet but he is still working on it and will call me right back. Noon comes and no call. 4 o’clock comes and no call. Friday goes by and so does Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday of the following week and nothing. So I call again on week 3. I call again now upset and tell him I need to get my car worked on because it is dangerous to drive it like it is. ( my brakes were not working properly and I had a trip to take with my son for a doctors appt). He said well we could get you in next week but I need the receipt. So I call my mechanic asking for a receipt but my mechanic doesn’t have it because he gets billed monthly with a charge account. My mechanic told me to call and tell him Vincent from parts is who he bought it from and ask Vincent to pull the invoice. Now being kissed, I call Fernando again (may I remind you it’s week 3 on a Tuesday) and told him what’s my mechanic said and Fernando puts me on hold and whiting 2 mins gets back on and says he found it. So being even more pissed I told Fernando I need my car worked on and it needs to be soon. Fernando says he can get me in next week( which is week 4!!) because his tech is working on a motor and that’s more important. I told his ass that I’m pretty sure i called before the engine came it considering I called 3 and a 1/2 weeks before the “engine “ had to be installed. Then Fernando says he could get me in tomorrow. When Jason was here he was on point. Jason was a true professional. He called back immediately and made me feel like a priority. Fernando needs to go back to sales or something other then service manager. I called to speak to a supervisor and was told Johnathan Davenport would call me back and he’s really good at calling back. It’s been a week and still no call. I took my business to Hyundai in Visalia. I will never take my Hyundai to Selma again. After I get my Hyundai repaired from Hyundai in Visalia, I’ll be selling my car and getting a new ioniq hybrid. Chris is amazing in Hyundai visalia. If you want to be treated right go to Visalia.Update: changed my review to 5 stars. Selma Hyundai got into contact with me and made it right. The guy that gave me a hard time is no longer there and Leo is in charge. They got someone else who cares about you and goes above and beyond. Matt and Mike are the techs their and they care about your car as if it’s their own. I’ll foverver go to Selma Hyundai for my car needs.

Called in to see if they had a part for my car. I called fresno first to see if they had the part as well. Fresno was able to help with the model and year. Selma said they couldnt help me because i didnt have the vin number. I asked them to look by year and model and they refused. They man on the phone seemed just lazy and was very unhelpful.

Tried to buy from them. I wanted the palisade but when they tried to upsale $4000 above MSRP plus tax, I told them there was no way I was going to pay more than what its worth. They wouldnt negotiate down to a reasonable price. SCAMMERS. Do not buy from them.Go check out GMC/Chevy Keller in Hanford, they were nice and gave me an awesome deal on a new vehicle. Ask for Christian.
