So far so good! They loved my experience so I hope to get to stay there for longer then just a month or three or 6 months or even 12! Id love to have a ln opportunity to keep growing! Such an amazing staff ! very energetic, upbeat and very helpful. Everyone has great communication and makes you feel very welcomed and pays attention to your interests. Nicole was the absolute best and made conversation with me while I waited and took my nerves away, highly recommend if you’re having trouble looking for a job.

SEEK Personnel Staffing was super efficient and patient with describing the hiring process and the qualifications necessary to obtain a position with their company. Nayeli specifically went above and beyond with getting me set up, all while maintaining a welcoming smile. I left the office feeling as if all my questions were answered very clearly and had clear cut direction in regards to the steps I need to take in order to become a team member.

Had an opportunity recently to meet with staff at Seek Personnel Staffing to explore different job opportunities available. Was quite impressed with the professionalism of each staff member with whom I met and the follow up services they have provided since my interview. A great experience!

What a great staffing agency team! All I can say is how easy they made it seem. Interview went smooth and was very understanding. Great communication from both Nayeli and Nick. They helped me within 20 minutes of being there. They are amazing people. If you are someone who is in need of a job. I’d go there in a heartbeat. You’ll get what you’re looking for! Thank you!

I originally reviewed seek personnel with a 5 star rating. I must be honest now and detail my full experience with seek. At first things seem to go well, the contact you for job assignments in your respective field(s). The goal is for full time employment but in certain fields it’s not always that which is understandable, but I don’t think they understand that if you’re not receiving full time work with seek it would behoove an individual to continue their job search. I had a multiple instances where I was not fully paid for the hours I did on assignment. Sometimes it was small sums of money and on one occasion it was an entire week’s worth of pay that I hadn’t been paid by the corresponding pay period date. Like I said I don’t think seek understands or cares about the fact that the people they help find work are probably looking for work in their own. I was able to find employment with seek, but like I said it wasn’t full time or long term so if you are desperately in need of employment by all means seek can help you find employment, whether or not it’s full time is to be determined. If Amber makes a mistake or miscommunicates with you and you try to communicate it, chances are she’s going to spin it back on you and not take accountability for a simple mistake. Also if you speak up or communicate on behalf of yourself she takes it as you trying to make a statement. She deals with the people trying to find work as if their school children, very demeaning with a dictatorial approach to any confrontation. Be prepared for lectures and gaslighting as well. Shoutout to Nick, he was cool. And the woman at the front desk who allowed me to speak my peace when I did have issues with Amber’s management style. If you call Amber and she doesn’t like what you have to say, she’ll hang up on you. If you confront her over an issue with a calm or kind tone she’ll assume she can talk down on you kind of like a school principal. Anyone with a degree in business law should take a crack at this one.
