Good hours and prices. Management is pretty good at communicating when necessary. Had a leak in my unit from all this rain so they went in to fix it that day and offered additional covers and/or blankets in the meantime just in case it rained more while it was being fixed. Overall it’s pretty clean and i feed very secure in my belongings being there (obviously i don’t leave anything of value in there though just in case)

The young girl at the front desk was overwhelmed today on auction day. I think its very unprofessional for the owners to put someone alone on a day like this when the line is out the door. She looked like she was struggling. Do better!!

We have used this facility on two different occasions. Both experiences were positive. The staff is professional, friendly and work to provide excellent service. The grounds and units are clean and well maintained. Dwayne has been especially helpful in assisting us with opening and closing out our units.

I have yet to meet the management team at this location. Everything was handled over the phone but I was still welcomed as if I had been there in person. All of the team there are polite, professional and are very knowledgeable on the rates and explaining questions I had. I would definitely recommend this location to friends, family or anyone who needs a storage rental. I am satisfied and service from the entire team. Thank you for the help. I appreciate it.

Went to this facility a couple days again and was assisted by a young man named Dave. Was really hesitant about the process as me and my wife just moved to the area and have never used a storage facility before. Dave did a great job of making easing our minds by telling us about the security features of the property and provided with some great tips on how to protect our belongings while it is in storage! Great customer service!!! Now I just wish he could help me move my stuff in lol

This staff is incredibly genuine in all they do...they are there to make you feel comfortable and will help you with whatever you need help with!! I appreciate the smiles every time I come in!! Also the units are great..I feel safe leaving my stuff for the summer and know that it is in good hands and well protected. Very appreciative of a clean area both inside and outside of the units.

This is my first storage unit and Ive had the best experience here. Thestorage space and yard is always Super Clean, management is alwaysup-keeping the property, whether it is painting the units, cleaning theyard, gardening and tidying up the landscape. I had a friend come to thestorage unit to help me with a couple things and they said, This is thecleanest storage faculty Ive ever seen!The Managers and Employees are friendly (they always wave when you come inand leave). This is definitely a place you would want to have yourbelongings stored at.

Needed a storage unit for some college kids for the summer. If you are in the area of Glendora CA, even a few miles away, it would be worth the trip to check this place out. In my previous career as a sales rep responsible for the whole west coast I had multiple storage units up and down the 1-5 and in all of those years I have never found people so happy, pleasant and helpful as I did here. All on top of that they offer very reasonable rates and a clean, easily accessible and secure facility. Very happy I found them.

Very friendly staff, a wonderfully nice and safe location in Glendora and extremely clean facilities. I rented two units on the second floor and their super large elevators and complementary Dollies make it a breeze to move your items in and out. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The staffs here are super helpful and understanding. They took the time to explain and show us the difference in storage size and prices. The unit we had always have a cart or two available on first floor making it super easy for us to move up to third floor. If you are looking for a storage, I highly recommend security public storage!!

I have piece of mind of having my belongings in storage at this facility. Joanne is courteous, friendly and helpful. The site is clean and secure. And if youre moving in or out, they have supplies available to buy to help with that including U-Haul vehicles. This definitely gets my recommendation.

I have had a very good experience with Security Public Storage. I was referred by a friend who knew I needed a storage place to store my things while I am remodeling my house. I have 2 jobs and take care of my mom and I needed somewhere quick and safe and secure to store my things. Joanne greeted me with a great smile and was very friendly and helped me so much. I was punished for paying timely and ahead when I decided to close my storage as I was able to find a home. It took three months to receive a refund and it was like pulling teeth. They would not allow me to speak to corporate advisors. I had to write an executive complaint and was told I would receive a refund within two days. It took almost two weeks. Such a poor way of handling a client that had two storages and was always timely.

I hope to end this current relationship soon, because my 3 month lower rate just ended...hahaha. For people who live in the Glendora area and need to rent a storage unit, you need to check out Security Public Storage first. Dont waste your time.

This is my 2nd summer in a row using Security Public Storage since becoming a student at APU and this will always be the place I store my stuff for the summer! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Rates are lowest in town for sure and discounts for students are a bonus. Place is very safe and clean. My friends and I all choose this storage place!

One of the cleanest storage lots ive seen. Not only maintained well outside the inside of the facility is spotless. Its really nice to see it kept up so well. The managers bend over backwards to assist any way they can to make sure youre happy with your space a excellent experience. I do recommend SPS.

Best self storage within a 30-mile radius. Location is secure, clean, and well managed. On-site managers are responsible and pride themselves in their work. I wouldnt rent anywhere else if you need self storage.

The Glendora location is great! Prices are low, and security is high! I personally love how Tailgating is not allowed! A couple of downsides: driveways are very narrow and its inconvenient when the units are inaccessible on Holidays. Also, I wish loyal customers would be entitled to the 50% discounts on new units.

Unlit pitch black storage units, with plugs nearby to plug in extension cords. Except management turned the breakers off and refuses to turn them on because homeless people could sneak in and charge their phones and stuff. Were in here with flashlights, furious.

Security Public Storage in Glendora is a terrific option for APU students returning home for the summer. They offered me a student discount, and there are absolutely no hidden fees. The price they advertise is the price you pay. Additionally, other storage places force you to pay the last months entire rent even if you move out after the first week of that billing period. Security Public Storage only asks you to pay a prorated amount, so if you move out a week into the month, you only need to pay for that week. As an APU student, I used a competitor for my first summer away, and this past summer found Security Public Storage to be literally hundreds of dollars cheaper for the same sized unit. Overall, it was a great and cost-freindly experience.
