They worked on two iPhones and three MacBook Pro laptops. No issue and got them back fast with all repairs and not over priced. They even recommend better repair and pricing options so as to save money and not do unnecessary repairs that are not needed.

Great service and honest techs! I dropped my phone and from the initial diagnosis it looked like I would need a screen replacement. I OKd the work and they ordered the new screen. The next day I got a message from Jorge, the tech assigned to my repair, that he had taken a second look over it and was able to get my screen working without the need for a replacement. I was able to save a bunch of money because they took the extra time to double check their work. I wouldnt have known the difference had he just gone and done the replacement as per the work order so I was very pleasantly surprised and appreciative that they went the extra mile.

I highly recommend SecurePRO for iPhone repair and data recovery. I worked with Jorge who successfully recovered my family’s photos/videos from my broken phone, and he was incredibly kind, patient and professional. So grateful to have found this place!

Fast, great service! I shattered the screen on my ipad and the whole process of dropping it off to get fixed took less then 10 minutes. Jorge was super helpful and even got the screen fixed early so I could pick it up before I left town!

We have been using SecurePro for many years...to transfer data when we get new products for example, or have issues to be solved. We like coming here rather than The Apple Store cause it is more relaxed! Obie just helped me solve an issue over the phone and it was so nice to be able to call on the phone and get help. My husband and I highly recommend Secure Pro

Be careful taking your phone here they will act like they repair but are only making it worse they fix parts yes but with aftermarket parts, and then they take your phones genuine parts and replace it with there cheap stuff I don’t recommend this place ain’t the first time this has happened

I had an issue with the battery on my phone and the guys at SecurePRO saved the day! Both Obie and Jorge were helpful and engaged in fixing my problem. I had my phone back in less than a week. I would go back for any other tech needs.

Went in with a small problem which Jackson took care of it gracefully. Energy was great. Obie and Jackson were very attentive in addressing said problem. Would recommend SecurePro to any one needing their services, which range from Protection for your home, Cyber Services, such as computer repairs, Media Solutions from digital signage to Mass notifications. My phone slid off the back of my truck at 55mph onto highway one. The phone was in working order however the screen was entirely shattered. I phoned and spoke to Jackson Jeffers who was very kind, understanding, and caring. I shared what had happened and was in need of a quick repair. I took it in on a Friday at 4:30p.m., he checked it out and said that he would immediately have the display ordered and I should have it back early next week. Being the phone was two-years old, I asked him to also order and install a new battery. I kept in touch with both Jackson Jeffers and Ryan Cramer throughout the repair, they apologized for the delay of the part arriving late and assured me that the phone would be properly repaired. The parts were received the following Thursday and I received a call at noon stating the phone was ready to be picked up.Their professionalism was above and beyond what I typically encounter. This was with not only me, but I also saw their actions with other customers. What a refreshing experience to do business with a company like this.Lastly, I received a military discount from this veteran owned business. Veterans and Americans should support veterans, but everyone should experience the service Secure Pro provides.

I was over the edge when my PC started freezing during teaching on Zoom! I took my computer here and Obie fixed it right up! I continued to struggle with Zoom so I bought a new iMac. I use many programs simultaneously while teaching and buying a better machine seemed the right thing to do. Switching platforms was a big challenge and again Obie was there for me! I had so many questions like how do I stop my iPhone from ringing on my computer while I’m teaching?! Who knew that could even happen! He stopped it right away! He put all my Zoom recordings on a separate hard drive so I can maximize my machine’s capability. Obie is incredibly knowledgeable, accesses the problem quickly, and is super kind to his customers. He’s my FOREVER computer genius!

They are wonderful!! Their customer service reminds me of days gone by where customers came 1st (going beyond-the-call of duty). Approximately 10 year ago, Mac Super Store closed its doors and iMechanics was born. My wife and I followed the previous employees of the closed business to what is now SecurePro. We have been pleased with the quality of service since. Today I specifically wish to thanks Jackson and Obie for continuing on with their high-quality service. The reason I am able to write a review of SecurePRO is because of Jackson there. I was having trouble moving information over to this newer MacBook from an old one. He got me set up by helping me be able to use my finger print and also suggested I take a picture of the computer-generated password that I had not written down. He also answered a question about deleting emails that I could no longer do just with one step. It was so much easier than going downtown to the Apple store where I would have needed an appointment and parking would have been much more of an issue.I have used SecurePRO a few times now and they have always been helpful and fair. I also have appreciated their lack of an ageist attitude towards me, someone old enough to be their grandmother! Thanks, Jackson~

Was ok, was closed half a day during their posted business hours, repair took 5 days, they said shipping was slow and their not open on weekends. phone was not completely fixed when they returned it, nobody tested, brought it back and they finished the repairs. Ill go somewhere else next time.

I have used Secure Pro 6 times this year and will continue to use them for all of my repair needs. I like how quickly they are available to repair my phone (usually within an hour) and how friendly the staff is.I have only had one negative experience with a tech, but when I spoke with Alex (the manager), he went above and beyond to rectify the problem. I was able to get a refund and a new phone.Obie the tech spent 1.5 hours with me setting up my new phone and was very honest and friendly; I plan on asking for him by name for all of my future repairs.I would highly recommend Secure Pro.

These guys are great!! They are caring, knowledgeable and efficient!! I recently broke my iPad and called them at 9am in the morning, and they had it fixed in two hours...less than predicted...PLUS the cost was very reasonable, and they offer a warranty!! Im very pleased to have found them and definitely recommend them.Also, I love that they are veteran operated since I too am a veteran.

I had a charging port problem with my iPhone and literally went in and walked out in less than 10 minutes with the problem solved! The two guys I dealt with - sorry I didn’t get their names were so helpful and professional. Highly recommend this place over several that I wouldn’t trust with a houseplant to - let alone my iPhone with all that is on it. I’m telling everyone I know that this is the go to place. Safe, fast and professional.

These guys are awesome! Easy going, fast fix with no hassle. I highly recommend this place!I dropped my iPhone 4 it would no longer turn on without being plugged in and could not be recognized by my computer. I desperately wanted my photos off the phone as I didnt have it backed up. I thought there was no hope. BUT I brought it to iMechanics and they fixed it!I didnt catch his name, but he quickly and easily diagnosed my phone, fixed it in the timeI went to target and back, then put my pictures on a flash drive for me!Nothing short of amazing and I couldnt be more pleased. Such a pleasant experience! Hats off to these guys, they run their business with such care and expertise.

My wife and I prefer to come here for our Mac issues rather than the Apple Store downtown. The atmosphere here is much quieter and more focused and all the technicians we have worked with have done great jobs. Weve done data transfers here, setting up our Time Capsule, and having tutorials for issues as they come up when we get new products. We highly recommend SecurePRO!!

I thougt my Samsung Galaxy S7 was dead. Battery had swelled, and the warranty repair I was paying for said they couldnt replace because of the shattered case. Obed at Secure Pro ordered the parts, contacted me when they came in, and repaired my phone to new condition for under $100. Why buy new when you can Rethink, Repair, Renew, Reuse! I have been using SecurePRO for years and they have fixed many of the iphone problems that I have had. Recently my son had his iphone 8 Screen replaced. Of course he dropped it 2 days later and the screen cracked. He did have a tempered glass screen protector and a case on his phone which makes me wonder about the quality of the screen that was used to replace his. I have dropped my phone many times and it has been protected with the tempered glass and case. Disappointed :(

Although knowledgeable they are very unorganized. I brought in my computer and only once I called them days after they said they would call me did they say they haven’t done work because they forgot to ask for my password. After I gave them my password, they did not contact me when they said they would for a second time. They couldn’t help my problem directly, but the workaround on the phone was spoken of like it was common knowledge. This was during midterm season, and at no point before I gave them my computer for a full week did they mention the workaround. I trust their skills, but they are extremely frustrating to communicate with.

There are a lot of options in town, I would not choose this place.They had poor customer service, their repairs are only guaranteed for 90 days. Paid over $200 and the screen fell out because of a hot day in the car after their repair, went in and they wouldnt do anything to help.

I came in here with a charging port that wasnt working. That problem took them a week of me going in and out dealing with them. Then when i got my phone back, i couldnt make calls. I gave it back to them, they fixed that, and then the fingerprint sensor wasnt working. At this point i was completely fed up and decided to take my fingerprint-sesnorless phone elsewhere. Not sure if they just wanted to take advantage of a customer in the time of a crisis or what. Overall not a positive experience and I wish my money would have gone to more competent technicians.

We had an issue with our inhouse Server setup. It was a complicated issue from beginning to end, taking a number of months to solve the issue. SecurePro did a good job fixing the issue.
