My husband and I stopped in to rent a storage unit. Mike greeted us at the door and gave us the runaround of how it works. He was amazing! Very informative and accommodating with our needs. Answered all of our questions and was patient with us. Definitely will be our staple renting center.

I have had a unit here for 4 years. I have always received courteous and professional service and today was no exception. I had an issue with my key (my fault) and Mike went out of his way to resolve it and even came to my unit to make sure everything worked out. I wouldnt leave my treasures anywhere else.

WOULD GIV NO STAR IF I COULD!!! If Raquel is still there please do not go if you want your belongings. Raquel is what you would call truly a devil in disguise 😡 She robbed me on multiple occasions. She seems to be a sweetheart, a likable person, was attentive to my concerns but little did I know she was the person stealing my stuff and pretending to have called the authorities but kept stringing along as I learned this by contacting corporate office how ever they did not receive anything complaints or were notified regarding my issue. Raquel literally hand picked the items of interest which I placed a hidden camera. Rachel lied about assisting with the police regarding my complaints. If this company rehired her which she disappeared when I gave a detailed written description of her robbing me..my advice to you is too RUN RUN RUN AWAY AND DONT LOOK BACK!!! THIS IS A TRUE STORY. I AM STILL UPSET ABOUT THESE THINGS HAPPEN TO ME!PART TWO! (GOOGLE IF YOU READ THIS PLEASE I URGE YOU TO TAKE NOTICE OF THIS PLEASE)!!!!!!!!!!!After I had Post the previous Review..I received a notification from the Owner CUSTOMER SERVICES regarding this matter as if I had not already submitted a complaint to them over several occasions by phone and a detailed written complaint regarding my issue ABOUT Rachel and her then Supervisor which attempt to offer free services then charges me during my move bc she was upset that I reported her actions Regarding Rachel. Now this company sent a message to respond by email regarding my review and calling it an allegation. My suggestion to this company that is hiding behind their customer service email account to communicate when I have already spent multiple days to assist me is best to leave me alone and accept this truth because It has been less than a year since this happened to me and I can and or WILL CALL MY INSURANCE COMPANY! Consider fact I given you a break!!!

Worse management in the world. They are never open, charge increased fees every few months, while advertising lesser rates. Charge LATE FEES when their system doesn’t charge your CC. Office closed because they don’t have employees. In the process of suing them now, because NOBODY will ever return a call or email. Just the office lady, who claims to have no power just there to collect $$… what a SCAM!!! Can’t wait to get them in front of a judge… OHH and the replies are a joke by “owner”. They don’t answer that number or email. And the 5 star reviews I suspect are fake…

The customer service rep over the phone was very professional, courteous and patient. She thoroughly explained the process and assisted me with the rental. Unit promptly assigned and access code provided. Had to purchase a lock from Raquel at the rental office. She was super nice and informative and showed us how to use the lock. Bathrooms are clean and available to the public. Overall very pleased with the experience and I highly recommend.

What a joke. This company doesnt want to pay anyone to be in office so they lie with emergency excuses and runarounds. The Area Manager wont call back. They post open but theyre closed causing me to pay extra for movers and trucks no reimbursementor regards for wasting customers time. You never get even get a return call from office or Area Manager. Im reporting to BBB.

Horrible Customer service. I rented a unit the Monday morning after Easter Sunday. I arrived to the office a little after 10 am. My gate code does not work so I head over to the office and the door was locked. So I waited 30 min thinking the property manager or employee was busy on-site. Keep in mind I have two moving trucks with three additional men I had to pay hourly.After waiting I contacted the phone number on the door to reach customer service. The agent tells me the manager is out on property. So I waited again, now we’re going on a hour. I call the number again and I get transferred around and placed on hold multiple times.The agent tells me this time the property manager had a emergency and is not onsite. So I leave and return around 330pm. Again there’s no one on site no one answering the door. Customer service attempts to reset my code it doesn’t work.They finally put me in contact with a young lady in a Lodi store she attempted to reset my code but was unsuccessful. She finally agreed to send someone out to assist me. Now we’re going on 730 pm. I was finally able to get access.Keep in mind my workers had gone home. My rental had to extended a extra day plus I had to pay labor for two days.I reached out to speak with the district manager but as of May 8,2022. I have not received a call back.They hired a new site manager by the name of Dora I reach to her in reference to reimbursement or credit Per Dora the district manager declined to reach out to cover the expenses of the truck and workers.I do not recommend Secur Care storage facilities.So I just leave pay my guys for wasted day.

DO NOT rent from this facility....The facility is clearly not manned, ever. No one seems to have been there for some time. All transactions are handled by phone and/or website.I wanted to downsize from a 10x20 unit to a smaller unit. I rented a 12x6 unit online. Went to the site and drove around for a half an hour.....never could find it. A young woman stopped by the office to check the mail and showed me WHERE the unit was.... OUTSIDE the security gate, through an unmarked door, down a dark hallway. How is that a secure storage unit? And the website did not state where the unit was nor how to access it when I rented it....I decided NOT to take the unit as I felt the entire experience was unacceptable. Especially the idea that a unit outside the security gate is secureOverall, will rate the experience a ZERO!

Called my facility with a question about billing. They happened to be out at that time so the call was quickly forwarded to your central call center. I spoke with Mary, who was very helpful. I want to thank her and let you know you have someone who genuinely wants to give great customer service. I even got a bit confused as to the street address of our SecurCare facility, but she quickly figured out where I was talking about and was able to take care of my issue rapidly and politely. I have two storage units here. It has been good, with a couple of challenges. Sometimes there is no one (a person) at the facility, or perhaps they are walking the premises. But it has made paying my bill challenging more than once, as I have two storage units, and for some reason I only have access to one of them to pay online. This issue is still not resolved. The other issue that Im not very happy about is that the rental rate regularly increases and it has become quite expensive. Other than those issues, the spaces specifically have been fine, and when there is someone in the office (or an assistant on the phone), they have been very kind, helpful, and personable.

Moved into a large space and within 1 months they attempted to raise the monthly storage fee by $60...I told them no way Ill move out of principle...they recanted. When I moved in there was, and still is, a damaged rain gutter directly over my role up door lock (#6 go see for yourself) that poured down on my hands and attire. Im an a/c contractor and use the space constantly moving and storing equipment and supplies so it sucked all rainy days. The kicker is we also do sheet metal work and upon informing them of the inconvenience and annoyance I supplied them with a written proposal to replace the gutter section....3 years and no go. I reminded them 3 times. Moving out for other reasons 4/22.

9/18 (Saturday) Arrived at SecurCare arond 10:30 am to find out about availability and rates. Door says Office is open at 10:00 but the door was locked. Sat in parking lot and reserved a unit on my phone. Called as soon as I got home to see if I needed to make an appointment to secure a unit and sign paperwork. She said we could do it over the phone. We did. She was delightful. She gave me my unit number, emailed me docs to sign, and emailed a receipt. It said to put a padlock on the unit immediately. Drove back over, went through the gate with the access code she provided and drove up and down every row for 20 minutes. Could not find the unit number she gave me (and that was on the paperwork).9/19 (Sunday) Went back with a friend to see if they could help me find my unit. NOPE! Called the 877 number to ask if they had a map. He was very rude! We have 500 facilities nationwide. We cant have maps of them all. Its there somewhere. Went back a second time, with someone else, to look for it. NOPE!9/20 (Monday) Called and someone answered the phone. After much confusion, I asked if I came over if he could show me. Drove the 30 minutes back over. He barely looked up from his computer, made some excuse about having Training on Saturday, and pointed to a small roll-up door IN THE PARKING LOT, not behind the secure gate. We had actually tried that door on Sunday, but it was locked. He told me I was wrong, that it wasnt locked. It was. So I quickly tossed a padlock on the unit (inside a hallway) and raced back to work.9/22 (Wednesday) Went over with a truckload of boxes to put in storage. Realized that the padlock didnt do anything and that the other units in the hallway had keys. My unit had a hole where that lock would go. Walked over to the office, around 2:15 on a Wednesday. Door was locked. Nobody was home. Called the call center again to ask about the lock. She was confused, but then said I need a cylinder lock and I could get one in the office. I explained AGAIN that nobody was in the office. Searched all hardware stores, and other storage places for a cylinder lock. They didnt have them. Found them on Amazon, but they come in various sizes. Called the call center to find out the size and she didnt know. She found another one of their facilities in my area and transferred me so I could ask what size. SURPRISE! Nobody was there! Called back and was told they would have the Area Manager call me. I then submitted an explaining the situation. Never heard back on either.9/23 (Thursday) Called to find out what size lock I need. She told me to go to the site. I explained the situation and asked if anyone was in the office today. Was told the Area Manager was at that site today. I questioned why, if that was true, my call wasnt answered by them (I had pressed the number to go directly to the facility). She said maybe she was helping someone else. I explained I live 30 minutes away and cant afford to take more time off from work to drive over if nobody was there. She said shed transfer me to that store. I sat on hold for 47 minutes before I hung up. Called AGAIN, he told me hed send a message to the area manager. I explained the Area Manager has not called me and asked who was above the area manager. He said hed talk to his supervisor.Meanwhile, I have wasted SIX DAYS when I could have been moving things into storage. I have to be out of my house in three days. My storage unit is NOT behind the secure gate. According to the guy who could barely give me the time of day on Monday, and who never said a word about the unit needing a special lock, that door to the hallway is always unlocked (so anyone walking down the street can walk on in) and my unit doesnt have a lock. I might as well dump my belongings in their parkling lot for how secure they would be without a lock which NOBODY will tell me what size I need. They keep telling me to buy one in the office THAT IS ALWAYS LOCKED UP!DO NOT RENT STORAGE UNITS FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Reasons you should NOT consider this storage company:1. Feels like Bait and Switch - Beware of Online Teaser Rates.For example, Online Pricing for my size unit shows $220 crossed out with $200 highlighted as the online price. I have been a customer there since before their ownership. My rates are $269.00 which are 135% higher than they advertise.I am a very dissatisfied customer and have provided my 30-day notice because they keep raising the rates with no end in sight. Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty appear to mean nothing to them.2. Feels like Aggressive and Harassing Practices -They make collection calls on the due date of your monthly payment and their online payment system shows you are delinquent on your due date.

I don’t know what her problem is but she changes the contract dates and the policies to fit her wants and needs which negates the initial contract signed and given. If I could, I’d give no stars based on this interaction with her.

My bill is due the 15th, I log on to paybit monthly on the 15th and it says delinquent. I clicked on the contact manager link on the website to contact a manager and it says wrong url, then I try calling and no answer or voicemail, although website says site is open??? I cant find a head office number ro contact anyone. However, my storage rate goes up every 3 to 6 months. No customer service, just charging
