Seb is an amazing real estate professional! He is truly passionate and knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the properties, agreements and rules and regulations... Recently, Seb saved me a big trouble with his valuable step-by-step guidance, whereas a real estate lawyer could have made the situation way more complicated and costly.I know many realtors, but Seb is the only one I would 100% trust and rely on.

Seb is an amazing realtor. During a really stressful time when we were trying to sell our old house out of state while buying a new house in Santa Cruz, he was there every step of the way, providing us with reminders which helped us ease our nerves and ensure we weren’t missing any crucial steps. Seb offers an honest perspective and will advise you whether or not to consider a property. Communication via text and email are great. He creates video walkthroughs, which were especially useful for us as much of our time was spent remotely searching for listings. It’s also worth mentioning that Seb knows a lot of contractors and is willing to share his expertise about the area. We searched around Aptos and Scotts Valley but ultimately decided on a beautiful, affordable condo near the beach in Santa Cruz, right next to our preferred school and convenient to shops and a decent work commute. Thanks Seb, you are highly appreciated and we look forward to working with you again should we decide to relocate.

Seb worked with us months before we listed our home. He gave us advice, support and had a calm positive can do attitude. We had 100% of his attention though out the sale of our home even after Escrow closed. My daughter also sold her home with him as well as another referral. (Another agent had failed to sale her home but when Seb took over the listing he sold it in short order.) We would not hesitate to recommend Seb!PS: we could have used many more adjectives such as professional, excellence, creative, intelligent, honest, punctual, attentive etc etc etcOur final comment is our home sold in 4 days and over asking.Thank you for reading our review.

When we first talked to Seb, it was clear that he had a lot of experience. Given that we were first-time homebuyers and looking for a particular type of property, we felt it was important to go with someone who knew their way around the Santa Cruz real estate market. We also appreciated that he was easy to work with, direct, and willing to answer all of our questions (which we had a lot of!). Now that weve been through it once, we especially appreciate his patience and insight navigating through some of the trickier moments. This was my first experience selling a home and Seb explained all the information and the process of selling our home very clearly. When I contacted Seb he was prompt in returning my phone call and I really appreciated that. When we actually met Seb he had a wealth of knowledge, spoke to us about strategies for selling our house at a Máximum price. He kept in constant communication via email, text and phone thru the selling process. We ended selling over asking price and was a smooth closing process. We highly recommend Seb as your realtor to sell or to buy!!

I had a real basket case of a property and from day one Seb Frey explained what needed to happen and that he would arrange and oversea the project. Which is exactly what happened. Seb is so computer savvy and has tools at his disposal I didn’t know existed.He was in contact with updates and suggestions so I never had to wonder what was happening. My family and I love Seb! Seb is a wonderful human being who really cares about his clients, family and friends. His knowledge and experience in real estate really shows in the way he listens to and communicates with people. He knows what to look for(and look out for) when buying and selling homes, and how to match the right home to the buyer. Never once have we felt pressured or unsure about the home buying experience when working with Seb. Always relaxed and reassured that we are in good hands. Having Seb Frey Realtor helping us purchase our first home was the best thing that happened to us.Seb was professional and extremely patient. We saw a total of 31 houses until we found the right one.We also lost 6 bids in the bidding war zone. Seb was very supportive. We were so sad, that we were thinking to rent again and not purchase a house. Seb was supportive and gave us advise how to place a bid for a house and explained us that the market was very competitive right now.Seb continued to assist us with a lot of patience until we found our first home. I recommend Seb without any reservations. I have been working with Seb to try and find a home in the Bay Area for what seems to be years now and he is always honest about the homes we are looking at and points out all of the positives and negatives, providing an honest assessment of what a home is actually worth. I knew I hit the jackpot when I spoke with Seb on the phone about selling my condo. I had already experienced two failed attempts with other real estate brokers, and my situation was more than out of the ordinarily complex and difficult. Even after hearing my long story, Seb was ready immediately to do whatever it took to get my place sold quickly and for a good price. And he did!! He had to go through heck and high waters with me to make it happen, and did so, always with a smile. Seb went way beyond what was expected, and what anyone else would ever do.
