Total professionalism. Timely notifications of service, estimates, and payment method. It is so difficult nowadays to trust appliance repair businesses. Sears Appliance Repair were totally honest and gave us honest upfront estimates. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and performed his work in very expedient manner. Before you contact anyone, if you need appliance repairs, make sure you call Sears Appliance Repair First.

Rob was amazing! After 5 different technicians finally got someone who went above and beyond to get my dryer working! I’m so appreciative of him and making sure he didn’t leave until my issue was finally resolved. If only he would have came out the first time I wouldn’t have been without a dryer for 3 months. Thank you Rob!

Horrible service !! Doesn’t know how to communicate, very RUDE. Had several appt scheduled thru warranty from Sears. On Feb 27 whirlpool refrigerator was inspected by tech and parts were order # 45347683.Until continued to NOT a work property I called back and they dispatched Robert tech 0689786 who refused to provide service.On May 17. Another tech 0210089was dispatched ( very kind) until was inspected he shared unit wasn’t fixed correctly and (3)additional parts ordered again by tech.Parts arrives reached out to Sears to advise parts were avail and they scheduled Robert T. Again whom had horrible attitude on phone and never showed up to appt scheduled on 5/7/24 between 8-12.After this experience I refuse to purchase any other warranty through Sears. Will definitely take business else where .

I called several times in an effort to try and speak with a live person about my Kenmore Elite refrigerator that has stopped working for the second time. Unfortunately never made it past the pre-recorded prompts regardless of what number I pushed! I have since given up trying to have Sears do anything and am now in process of disposing of my 5yo, $3k paperweight.

NO MORE SEARS FOR ME. I have been a loyal customer since I bought my house on 2012, I have bought most of appliances there. Now 2020 bought a new kenmore refrigerator on to find out this new Models are defective and Sears term it not under manufacturers defect? The fan is not working for the refrigerator to cool how is that a normal wear and tear? Couldnt get answers but google does. It is now ongoing lawsuit? Please enlighten me.

The service guy was very nice and helpful. PLEASE do not use this against him! He is the only person that knows his job very well. However, Sears warranty program is AWFUL! My refrigerator is still broke. The previous tech was rude and lied that his truck broke down on 2 different Saturdays. Yes, he was scheduled to assess frig on a Saturday and the following Saturday to come back and repair with part. I was rescheduled over 4-5 times and my food spoiled thus had to throw it all away, plus out of pocket expense for eating out. I have made a formal compliant to BBB! This is pure fraud! Each Saturday they had me sit around waiting for hours, then cancel by the end of the day. There is no recourse for Sears. I have all Kenmore appliances. Your customer service reps can never find my contract/warranty and then all they say is that they are sorry. I am out of sooo much money due to your negligence!

The repairman gets 5 stars. He was very professional and nice but price for the refrigerator fan motor was outrageous at $445.00. I can buy a new refrigerator for $699.00. I did not get the repair but had to pay $105.00 for the diagnosis.

Excellent service, quick and efficient. It was only a fuse that needed to be replaced. However, the charge was over $320. Yikes.
