Jane Brayton is the consummate Real Estate Professional. My wife and I were very blessed to have her as our agent. We bought a beautiful cabin in Big Bear and Jane was our agent/consultant. Jane is extremely knowledgeable about real estate, and especially about Big Bear real estate. She was always 2 steps ahead of the process and ALWAYS available. I dont believe we ever left her a vm as she consistently answered calls. She responded immediately to texts and emails. We highly recommend Jane as outstanding Big Bear Realtor.

Jane waited for nine winter storms to roll through big Bear before calling me and asking me to plow a property She is trying to sell. I was not prepared for several different layers of ice and snow. Super heavy too move and The result was that my truck ended up sliding around and was damaged while plowing the property. Jeanne refused to take any responsibility. I guess I am now forced to discover who the current owner is and take up a claim with their homeowners insurance. This lady only cares about money, she does not really care about you. I helped her out when she had a problem, but she saw no need to return the favor. Take your business elsewhere.

Jane was fantastic to work with during our process to purchase a vacation cabin in Big Bear. She is a great listener and showed us cabins that met our requirements. We purchased our cabin in 2018 during a time when there was multiple buyers for properties. She was very patient with us as we looked at many cabins over a 3 month period. She was on top of the market and gave us immediate notice when an opportunity became available and we closed in 30 days. Not only was Jane helpful during the purchase but she was available to us during the escrow period and after the close to assist us with necessary contacts for various needs that we had. We highly recommend Jane!!!

Jane is very knowledgeable about the local Big Bear market. She was our realtor and found us our dream cabin. Very patient and professional. She worked diligently to find us a home that matched what we were looking for without being overwhelmed by a lot of inventory. Always punctual and responsive to our needs. Worked with Jane on buying a cabin in big bear, she was very good on knowing what i was looking for, the fact that i live 2 hrs away, she would make the time and effort to go look for me and give me her input before i came up, she helped me pick the right place in the right location for my needs.and is not a person looking to just sell you a place and move on to the next client. Jane is patient, and will help you make the right decision. i was looking for a place to use for my family and also as a rental, i cant thank Jane enough for helping me with my purchase as our place is booked all the time. i truly recommend using Jane as your realtor as i will be next year when i buy my next one.

Having bought and sold a number of properties over decades, the overall experience my wife and I had with Jane is bar-none, the very best EVER. Jane is not only knowledgeable, she sets a new high-mark in terms of her dogged-determination, dedication and commitment to fairly represent the interests of all parties while efficiently pushing all matters to completion - regardless of their difficulty and the time/effort required. We always knew Jane had our backside and NOT ONCE in the entire stem-to-stern process of selling of our home did Jane miss a beat or drop the ball. She truly seemed to have a 6th sense foreknowledge of what both lied ahead, what needed to be done at that very moment and what the next step needed to be. In this day and age when so many people and companies have no concept of what a service mentality is, Jane and Mountain Lakes in general not only serve the customer, they truly love to do it!

Having Jane as my agent was such a pleasure. She anticipated potential problems and had them handled before hand. She even took back my cable boxes, saving me 4 hours of drive time. Her long standing experience was to my advantage. You can’t ask for a better agent.This was all during Covid-19. Everything was done by DocuSign and all the appoints were scheduled.
