Scott and his team are amazing! My laptop kept freezing during video/conference calls with my client and it was so frustrating. I tried everything and couldnt figure out what the issue was. Scott came in an diagnosed the issue, made a few updates to the drivers and wham... Im back in business! Thank you so much to you and the team and SDTEK!

We have worked with SDTEK for the past 7 years. The service they provide us is absolutely the best we have used in our 40 years. They are very reliable with excellent response times. As an electrical contractor we cannot have down time. It seems whenever we call them with an issue it is resolved within a very short time frame. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I have worked in the past for a couple large companies with in house IT support and although both were good none have surpassed the level of Support we receive from SDTEK at the Company I am currently with. This company has an excellent group of employees and a work ethic and willingness to keep learning from their clients needs and adapting and growing with the companies they support. I am heavily involved with all aspects of CAD and Technology growth within my company so to have this level of support is incredible. Cant say enough good things about SDTEK

My company recently purchased a complete Digium Switchvox phone system (100+ phones) from SDTEK. The migration from the old phone system went smoothly. The team at SDTEK did most of the configuration tasks before hand which made it easy and painless at the time of installation. Switchvox is a great product and SDTEK is very professional and timely from giving quotes through post-implementation support. It is a real pleasure to work with Scott, Chris and the rest of the staff at SDTEK.

Weve used SDTek for over six years and have been very happy with their services. We first hired them to install and support a phone system at a branch office, then merged that system into our corporate office. Weve used their managed services to support ~60 desktops in San Diego and Boise (remotely). Their staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I can really count on SDTek to get what I need done without any hassles.
