Anjan is truly one of a kind when it comes to small business owners nowadays. Without trying, he makes it abundantly clear that he cares a lot more about the community that he works in than many of the other businesses in the area.I came in today with a plugged charging port and speaker/mic. Without hesitation, he instantly started trying to get everything out—and when he was all done, he told me that I was good to go. No attempt at selling me anything unnecessary, no charge for his services. Just an act of kindness.

Fantastic place to go. The little woman has an old phone that was looking forward to retirement and being temperamental. After an unsuccessful visit to a different shop closer to where we live (where the phone was given last rites) we went to see Anjan. He did some magic cell phone CPR and my wife and I are quite happy with the result. She still needs to get a new one in the near future, so guess what? Because of his talent and great customer service, we will go back to his shop in a few months to buy her a new one (maybe one for me too, but don’t tell her…).

Great Customer Service! As soon as I went in the tech repairman was very helpful and took my phone to diagnose a problem I was having with my phones charging port. A great experience! I walked in and said I would be staying there just to wait for my phone, Anjan said he would do it right away. After some great conversation between us two, Anjan had my screen fixed. There was a problem with the first screen he put on, but he fixed it right away. Man am I glad I walked in here! My phone was severely damaged and I had unwittingly not backed up priceless photos of my young daughter. The data recovery process was not easy and I’m sure most places would have declined to assist. The owner Anjan on the other hand took the time to identify a solution and spent the bulk of his afternoon helping to recover the photos. His fee was extremely generous given the time spent, charging only for the parts. In today’s world, it was very refreshing to walk in a business and be met with nothing but professionalism, skill, and integrity. SD Cell Phone is fantastic! I was trying to trade in two phones to T-Mobile with cracked screens, but my insurance deductible was the same price as the repair. The owner sold me two older phones instead, saving me $200 vs repairing my screens, which I then traded in for $800 each! Had to return 2 phones I bought! Microphone was clogged with dirt on one. When he set up phone he entered my wrong password. Cost me money from lost time at work. I was led to believe the phones were new or like new. A competent person would have tested the phones more thoroughly in the store before he let me leave with them. When I tried to use the phones that nite, neither one worked. The one with the bad microphone I could hear people, but they couldn’t hear me at all. The other phone I couldn’t even use it because he put the wrong password in. I was in a crisis without a phone. He did Not have an after hours emergency number.
