They consistently outperform. Cheerful, friendly, hard and fast working. I always get three quotes and Scrap Monkey always has the best bid. We are repeat customers but I’m not going to waste our time getting three quotes anymore…just use this company.

Two pleasant, hardworking young men managed to to fit a large amount of junk in their trailer. I didn’t think it would all fit, but they made it happen. I am very pleased with the service.

Scrap Monkey is awesome! I called and they were out to my home in an hour. I understand timing is what happens sometimes, but they were super professional and quite pleasant! Kudos Scrap Monkey! 5 stars plus 1!

Highly recommend!!!!! First thing that I want to say is the the young lady that answers the phone when you call them is a joy. I have worked in tourist industry for a very long time and customer service is key and I am very experienced in the field. The first contact with Scrap Monkey is on the phone and this young lady is AWESOME! I could hear that she is happy with what she does. Polite, professional, joyful, and very helpful ... answered all my questions without hesitation and came across confident. She is the first personal contact with the customer and I will say she knocked it out of the park. Good Job!Ben and his co-worker were here on time ... like right on time :) I showed them my embarrassment of stuff and Ben told me the quotes for the different loads. Which was explained during the phone call. It was comforting to hear the same quotes or costs. I went with a full load because there was A LOT! Again ~ professional, polite, joyful and hard workers. With no hesitation the 2 men began cleaning up my mess and leaving all the areas swept and clean. Very impressed.I am super happy with their work, attitude and professionalism. I have plans to call upon Scrap Monkey in the near future for gutter cleaning and p/u of more stuffThank you so so much for the wonderful job .. you made this lady very happy!

I called Scrap Monkey and they came right away to do an estimate to clean my gutters and roof. They were able to do the work right then. They were quick, did a great job and there was no mess. Ben was very helpful and professional. I highly recommend.

UPDATE JUNE 2024: we used scrap monkey once again to help us get rid of junk during a move. They were once again friendly, easy to book with, easy to communicate with, prompt, and very reasonably priced. We will continue to use them for their services!Scrap Monkey was prompt, efficient, and incredibly friendly with our garage clean up pickup! Their booking system was also incredibly easy and they were wonderful with communication. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of this type of service!

They did a great job! Very quick and professional, and were very careful to only haul away the items I needed. They even made sure to save some items that were in the pile to be thrown away that I intended to keep but had forgotten about and I appreciated that immensely!

Such a great service! Just had my solar panels cleaned! I had them clean the gutters previously and haul things away prior to that. If you haven’t used their services you’re missing out! The guys are super friendly and polite always!! Thank you!
