We worked with Peter to buy our first home, and he made it an amazing experience. He was extremely knowledgeable and experienced and able to help guide us through everything that we needed. We had a really tough close and property to buy. Peter was there every step of the way being bothered by me and my family constantly. He handles everything amazingly and to be honest i don’t know if we would have gotten the property without him. If you want an agent to advocate for you go with Peter. Peter is a godsend. I felt like he truly listened to what I was looking for. Being new to Sacramento he was able to map out neighborhoods to look at for me and it helped me pinpoint where I truly wanted to live. Throughout the whole process I felt like Peter was working for me. He was always available to answer and questions I had. His video explanations that he pushes out were super helpful whether this is your first and 3rd home. He was able to negotiate the offer I put out and concessions from the seller. I used the lender he recommended and that process was smooth from the very beginning, closing was a breeze. Every step of the way I was assured that things would go well with Peter at my side. Wow! Peter is amazing. We had tried to get on the market a few months back (sell and buy) but totally tanked. We contacted Peter after licking our wounds for a few months and everything clicked! Got an above asking offer and our offer accepted all in the same day! Peter is patient, responsive and takes charge! We are so lucky to have him work with us. If youre looking for a great relator that will be right there with you every step of the way, dont look any further than Pete. We never felt like he was just trying to get the sale, in fact at a few of the places we saw he was actually pointing out issues that we hadnt picked up on. He was patient with me and my fiancée through the whole process, we ended up in the perfect townhouse for us, and even got more than we expected to for our budget. He found us a real diamond in the rough and now were getting it all polished up!

Peter provides genuine advice on the properties he scheduled for our sightings....Some times at very very short notice he managed to make appointment for us. Excellent and reliable service! Peter works hard and goes far and beyond to help with services such as arranging inspections, helping guide with agencies that come to fix issues with homes. He uses Escrow agents that you can depend upon for due diligence and documentation. Dealing with Peter and Scottsreality has been an excellent experience. As first time home buyer and relocating into a new country and the city, we have found Peter to be not only a dependable real estate broker, but a good person that we depend upon for advice in settling down. Peter is super recommended when it comes down to buying a home!

Scott Realty was incredibly helpful throughout the entire buying process. Pete was quick to respond to all our questions and worked it out to see the homes we were interested in. He sent educational videos to educate us in the process. Pete also was an excellent negotiator and helped us get a price we felt really good about. We cant recommend Scott Realty enough! Fantastic family-owned, local business! First, a few years ago Peter assisted us with selling a house that was previously on the market with no buyers. After a quick consultation, we were back on the market and the house was in escrow the following week - for a higher price than our previous realtor would even consider! Peter then assisted my dad with selling his home of 42 years - he negotiated the extra time my dad needed to move, made the process so easy for him and again, the purchase price was higher than originally expected.This year, he helped us purchase our perfect new home! Peter is quick to respond, assists with negotiations when things need extra finesse, never rushes decisions, offers resources when needed, and is extremely easy to work with! Completely the customer service we desire and often do not get these days! We received positive feedback from other professionals throughout all processes - the other agents, title companies, etc. For us, thats a sure sign that youve reached someone with care and concern - and with a plethora of experience too, since hes grown up in the business! Ive recommended Peter before, and I will definitely recommend him again!

We were referred to Peter by a family member, who also used his services to help them find their dream home. We are first time home buyers, and had little knowledge to the home hunting and buying process. Peter was excellent with explaining things to us and also very patient. He understood what we were looking for and was able to narrow down our search. Peter has been selling homes in Sacramento for a long time and was knowledgeable about all of the areas in Sacramento and surrounding areas. Peter was able to deter us away from purchasing very nice looking homes, but were actually in very poor neighborhoods. We learned that a lot of neighborhoods in certain parts of Sacramento have high crime rates due to gang activity- even though the house and the neighborhood look nice, we found that looks can be deceiving. We live in the Bay Area and it was hard for us to go up to Sacramento often, but Peter was able to work with our schedule and when we could go up on the weekends he would have all the homes we were interested in seeing mapped out and scheduled to see that day. Very organized and responsive!! He was also able to go and take video of homes we liked but could not make it up to Sacramento to see them in person. Thier were also several times when Peter could have probably made more money by suggesting a high asking price for the home, but he was actually very fair and honest and would tell us what he thought a good offer would be even though it was less then we thought. The Market is also very competitive now and Peter was always communicating to us and the sellers realtor to get a competitive offer. We found a great home with everything we wanted and for less then we expected to pay!! Peter is great at his job, professional, and all around a good, honest person! Thank you Peter!!

We just completed our sale of our condo by using the services of Scott Realty. We couldnt have been more pleased with the expert guidance of Peter Scott. We got 11 offers in the first 4 days and accepted the second after the first one fell through. Interesting enough, we had bought our condo 31 years before from Peters father so we kept our realtor contacts in the family!! Pete helped us buy our first two homes and just helped us sell one. Hes responsive, easy to work with, and doesnt pressure you to buy the first property you see. In my opinion, a RE agents primary role is helping you identify and close on the home thats right for you and Pete is great at that! Petes really down to earth. We bought our home with Peter a few months ago. My wife and I thought that we might not be able to find our dream home during this pandemic time. In addition, we lived a hundred miles away while trying to buy a house in Elk Grove. Peter was thoughtful and professional the whole time and every time we toured the houses together. He was very flexible and basically adjusted his family time so that we could come by and had him show us houses. We were not an easy client to work with because there were so many specific things that we were looking for in the houses. We never once felt that we took the valuable time from him, on the contrarily,Peter made us feel that we could take our time to try to find the right house. We were ecstatic to find our home and closed less than 7 days with his guidance. Peter is the least professional agent I have ever dealt with. Rude to my husband, rude to me. Almost hit my daughter as he was speeding through our cul de sac. Drives around in a fancy car, brags about making insane commissions, and treats his clients like garbage. Avoid this guy at all costs.****Update****I DO NOT have Peter Scott confused, he is incredibly unprofessional. Do not do business with him if you can help it. The reason his reviews are so good is because he always tries to get bad reviews taken down.
