We worked with Scott recently to help us with a new home purchase, and we can honestly say he’s the best real estate agent in the San Jose area. Scott was instrumental in helping us negotiate a very reasonable offer for the our new house, and we didn’t have not negotiate back and forth many times to come to an acceptable price for both parties. Along the way, Scott really helped us understand all the ins and outs of a home purchase since this is our first home. He showed a lot of patience throughout the whole process as well as a lot of flexibility when working with us and the other party. We’d highly recommend Scott for all your real estate transactions, and we know he’ll take good care of you just like he did with us.

I met Scott while he was doing an open house in our community. I knew I was planning to sell down the line and he was kind enough to walk me through the steps and what I can expect for the process. When I was ready to sell I called him and he explained in further detail what the process would look like. It was very helpful because we were selling our home for the very first time. Almost everything Scott said came to pass and we were very happy with how everything went from staging to listing to open house to offer to escrow to close. I highly recommend Scott as a realtor as I truly believe he works as hard as possible to get you what you want.

Scott is amazingly knowledgeable when it comes to buying Real estate. he has also shown a lot of caring when he helps his clients. treating his clients like family, and always double confirm all the details to avoid any mistakes, responsive, transparent upfront, always deliver the results he promised. These talents made our experience incredibly easy, even somewhat enjoyable, as he aided in maneuvering us through the complexities and emotions involved in a real estate transaction.Scott was our family’s realtor. He sold our mother’s home in Santa Clara this summer. It was not easy to let go of the family home, not easy to decide to refresh a few areas of the home that were tired, not easy to see our family home in a new light. Scott walked us through this journey every step of the way. He provided us with lists of people to handle all aspects of repair work, lists of agencies to help with the disposition of personal items. He checked in constantly to see that repairs and alterations were being conducted up to our standards. He was wonderful! Excellent, professional customer service. Scott is extremely patient, cordial, and just super fun to be around. He is always responsive to my text, calls, and emails. We were extremely lucky to have found him! I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent who genuinely cares about his clients, knows the business, and goes the extra mile every time! He helped us buy a beautiful condo despite an offer at listed price which included a loan contingency and credit back to the buyer. In the Bay Area housing market, that is unheard of! Nonetheless, he managed to keep the sellers happy throughout the whole transaction too!
