After having the service design a website for my business to increase my Bail Bond business. I think that after paying $1500 per month for a site that will let me know every time some calls or emails, this provides real information.In December 2023 my business received 8 phone calls from the special number. 7 of these call were SPAM, 1 was unqualified. (Andrea account supervisor) was so excited to tell me that was our best month ever for calls. The razzle for the amount of calls is really not the right metric, it should be the conversion rate. My REAL conversion rate for the month of December was 8.75% of the actual calls being the unqualified client.Talking to the representatives is almost impossible because they dont answer their phones and email you back at the end of the day. My advice is READ your contract, when they dont preform keep calling and e-mailing them to preform to their portion of the contract and hire someone to look at your keywords on your website! They forgot to put the hottest keywords in your site and then tell you we just werent tracking those in our tracker.

We had a very rocky start to our relationship with Scorpion, and thats putting in lightly. Fortunately, it appears that were finally on the right track. Ultimately, I am happy with their efforts to rectify the relationship, but still think there is work to be done. It appears to be a classic case of a business that grew too fast, and things appear to get lost when being communicated down the chain of command.

We have used Scorpion since we opened our business a year and a half ago, and are really happy with their services. Shelby is our account manager and she is great about taking the time to explain things to us (often more than once because we need it) and she is highly responsive when we have questions or need to make an adjustment. Let me start by saying we are truly grateful to have found scorpion. We were previous customers that had actually left to go to a different company thinking it would be a better fit but boy were we WRONG! We were highly disappointed in the previous company and decided to go back to where we knew we were taken care of, Scorpion. From the beginning they were super responsive and took the time to really get to know us as a company and what we were expecting from them. as a company. We worked with Luke as our account manger the first time and would absolutely not be returning unless we could have him again as our account manager. He truly put in so much work, time and consideration into making sure we were hitting all target goals. He took the time to address every concern we had and did his best to make sure we were comfortable in the plan moving forward. He became more than just a business manager but more like a friend who we really felt had our back and wanted the best for us and our company. Luke is amazing! I have used Scorpion consistently for over 2 years. I have had nothing but amazing service. Shelby is great. We meet virtually monthly. Shelby always has the answers to my questions in ways that make sense. She routinely watches my campaign and alerts me if something doesn’t seem quite right. I scheduled an intro call, was on time, and within less than 3 minutes of talking over the phone, Mr. Estrada cut me off and declared You do not fall under any of our verticals.?????I hung up firmly and politely, and also suspect Mr. Estrada discriminated against me due to my national origin, in other words, due to the way I speak English.

My goal when I hired them was to have a web provider that would actually talk to me and work collaboratively with me to build my web presence and increase traffic. Thats exactly what they did. Terrible experience-Our law firm had a disappointing and frustrating experience with the website services provided by this company for over a year. Despite sending them content, they would make unauthorized changes and post altered versions on our website, which were later revealed to be illegal. They falsely claimed that we could guarantee attorney fees, but when we confronted a manager with a side-by-side comparison of our original document and the posted content, she apologized and acknowledged the error. However, just a week later, she seemed to have no recollection of our conversation, creating an atmosphere of gaslighting and deflection.Throughout our engagement, we had weekly calls where promises were made but rarely followed through. Despite assuring us that they would take action on our discussions, they consistently failed to deliver. Moreover, we hired them specifically for SEO services, paying a hefty $1500 per month, while competitors charged significantly less at $300. Shockingly, when we assessed the performance score, it was remarkably low. We immediately raised this concern with the company, only to be met with an absurd explanation that we ourselves were responsible for the poor performance score. The manager even claimed there was an email discussing this matter, but when requested to produce it, she conveniently delayed sending it, and it never materialized.Our website was no different from others in our industry, yet the company insisted that upgrading our site would resolve the issue, framing it as a free service. However, we already paid $1500 per month, and fixing inadequate SEO scores should be an integral part of their job, not an additional cost. We tried to rectify the situation by requesting a credit for the previous month, considering their editing of our content and the poor SEO performance, but they bluntly refused any refunds, despite their failure to fulfill their responsibilities.As a result of this deeply unsatisfactory experience, we have decided to switch to Justia, which offers their services at a reasonable rate of $200 per month. It took time, but I am ranked 1st page Google in most of the practice areas. Theyre by no means the cheapest, but you get what you pay for! First, they had to spend some time and effort getting me back in good graces with Google due to the activities of my prior internet marketers. I cant imagine ever using anyone but Scorpion.
