I love schools first even after being frauded 10000 dollars I continued to bank with them and at this branch I felt comfortable but after working with Fernando today I’m curious as to how he ended up in this customer service position with zero listening skills I’m glad there are more branches close by with people that are more human beings like and understanding and excellent listening skills Fernando you made me uncomfortable I felt as if you were not listening not understanding and overall just rude please read a self help book dale Carnegie has quite a few

This Credit union allows fraudulent transactions online and through their Atm . I know several people who have had their accounts cleaned out by transactions from this specific bank! Without the card present beware ! I have Receipt transactions to prove it too! They suck get better security measures for your bank.

Great Credit Union with good rates, benefits and customer service. Just opened an account, got an auto loan and the entire process was so easy and quickly. They focus on customer service and I appreciate that!

Im so happy i opened an account here. My bf has had one for years and has told me nothing but great things about them. I approved for a car loan first day i was there and the person that helped me was Fernando. He was very informative since it was my first time leasing a car. Service was clear quick and very friendly. Even the young man at the front desk is awesome very helpful and very kind. Every employee acts professionally which i appreciate. They are doing a great job and its rare these days i walk into any retail office and receive such great service so i felt compelled to share with all of you i highly recommend banking here if you can.

I would have loved to give this Credit Union 10 stars if I could. The Customer Service is exceptional. Your greeted with a smile and excellent service. All the windows were staffed and always greeted with extreme hospitality. I believe Customer Service is the key element for any successful business and this Credit Union has it. Great experience and Thanks to all of the staff.

A truly amazing bank/credit union, that focuses on its customers. They provide so many services that are helpful, and they see you as quickly as possible. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and upbeat. As a member, there are so many services that they provide that are convenient and easy to use. Unlimited transfers, member to member transfer, emailed balance each day, and loans at excellent rates. They care for you as a person and then as a member, absolutely amazing!!!!

Love my credit union!! Helpful and eager to please staff. Sometimes a wait for banking services but quick to see a teller. Hot coffee and cookies usually (of some sort), free banking computer/ Printer use. Did i say Excellent Staff?😁

I love this Schools First branch. All of the staff are courteous and professional. They even take time to remember your name, and how your life is going. The level of support they offer on a whim is a stark contrast to those of traditional banks. If you have the ability to be apart of Schools First, do it. Their coin machine doesnt have rates on it, so you get what you give, and their loans and rates are super competitive.

I really enjoyed this location! We stopped by to empty our change jar and all the staff were friendly and personable. There was barely any wait and it seemed that all the staff were available to assist customers. The rates and options for banking are definitely competitive so give this company, and especially this branch a shot if youre in the market for something new.
