Adrian is great. He knows every aspect of document scanning, and truly cares about his customers, and will do almost anything he can to help you. I highly recommend Scanex Imaging for all your digital file needs anywhere in the Riverside County area. They are the best!

I gave Adrian (of scanex) my charts the first of July with an estimate of 4-5 weeks for the service. Months past with promises that your charts will be ready next week. Needless to say as of the end of February (5 months past the due date) I asked for whatever he had scanned sent electronically and any files left un-scanned sent back. The files were returned. No apology and no refund for the un-scanned charts was offered. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

If you are looking for quick and easy local document scanning services around Southern, CA Scanex is worth hiring. We have used several other document services in the past but these guys are pros, and I couldnt be more impressed.

Reasonable upfront prices and excellent service . I would recommend Scanex Imaging to anyone looking for HIPPA compliant scanning.
