I was introduced to Jonathan from Scale Up Staffing by a very good friend and colleague and this had to be one of the best referrals Ive gotten! We used Scale Up to hire a virtual assistant for our PI firm and have nothing but great things to say! Ive been so happy with my new staff member that I have referred anyone and everyone that I think can benefit. Jonathan listened to my needs and definitely delivered!

Excellent and highly recommend. We are working with Jonathan who was remarkably responsive and his communication with our Firm has been top tier. He found us a full time Case Manager within literally 3/4 days. By the following week, we had a slew of interviews scheduled and we are into Month #2. He has checked in on us and has been responsive to any inquiries weve had along the way so far. Will be circling back to him for the next hire as we continue to grow.

Great folks to work with in all aspects. They were able to diagnose my staffing needs from both a competency and personality standpoint. The onboarding process was quick and I I had a list of candidates that were all well qualified in a short amount of time. They really support their employees with general training and technology so all I had to worry about was picking a start date and providing workflow specific training. Sam was my rep and I highly recommend him and the company overall.

I only have great things to say about Scale up! Not only is the quality of workers surpasses any staffing agency I have ever worked for but how easy they make it for us to choose from. We have been working with scale of staffing for a few months now and I have to say that I have been surprised and impressed with their response time and their attention to customer service. Our firm had to quickly pivot into different positional needs and scale of staffing did not miss a beat and making sure they understood what it was that we were looking for, and adjust accordingly to help us meet our goals. We hope to work with them for many years in the future as we continue to grow.
