SBK design and construction was recommended by a friend. We called and Jack came over to the house and listened to our vision, what we liked and disliked and asked us if he could come up with a design. We met the following week and loved the design. We hired SBK to do a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, entertainment center, laundry room and flooring. We were involved in all aspects of the decision making from start to finish. I would say communication is top notch, not a day went by with out a call from Jack. Our project began mid January and finished up in early April. Jack and his crew were very knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. If you are looking for someone who is detail oriented, prompt, communicates, skilled, professional, with exceptional quality then you need to get a quote from SBK design and construction. 5 stars!

In a word – outstanding. Having dealt with many contractors in the past and having had very good results, I have to say that SBK stands out as superior to even those good experiences. The primary reason is their goal orientation. From the very first encounter, they proved that not only did they want our work, but they also wanted to do it properly – their goal was customer delight.SBK remodeled both our guest and master bathrooms (the latter more accurately “rebuilt”) these were challenging projects. We interviewed 7 potential contractors for this work and down selected to two. After speaking with references (who positively raved) we selected SBK. The effort was major - lasting in the order of 3 months for the two rooms and during that time the SBK crew showed up every day, they were courteous and respectful as well as clean and tidy (to the extent you can be when you are rebuilding).Because the rebuild was so extensive, SBK and we expected that there would be challenges and there were. In every case, Jack and the crew painstakingly worked with us to resolve these and push through to achieve the design goals (which I would add were met beyond the original expectations).Perhaps the best point to be made here is that during inspection, the inspector was impressed by the complexity of the work (and maybe even a bit leery that it could be pulled off). As he signed off on the completion his words were “this bathroom is kick ass” the nicest one he has seen.Credit goes to Jack and his crew in so many ways; first and foremost is focus and attention to what is important - getting the detail right at each of the many stages, making sure that what is buried in the floor and walls is right, ensuring that the prep below is ready for the layers above. Second is the crew, small and multi-skilled ensuring execution through the layers. Next is teamwork. These rooms involved not just SBK and us (the very hands-on client) but a highly competent designer - Bionki Interiors. Throughout design, material selection and execution the team worked seamlessly as one. Finally, there is the matter of responsiveness. We were kept informed at each step and questions and concerns answered quickly and decisively. (A familiar phrase in the texts I received was “don’t worry, we’ll take care of that”- and each time they did).Choosing a contractor to tear up and rebuild your most personal space is daunting and scary it’s a thing you expect to do rarely in your life. We chose SBK and are happy to have made that choice. We recommend them highly. BTW; they are coming back to do our powder room.

I am so thankful that I decided to work with SKB. To start, Jack was amazing at bringing my vision to life when other designers said it couldn’t be done or wouldn’t look good. He and his team were patient with me while I asked for changes and additions while working. They were all great to work with, nice, courteous, and professional. Jack was there to answer any questions I had and always made sure I was comfortable and happy. He took the time to make sure I was satisfied every step. Would definitely recommend!

I chose SBK to remodel as seen on the website. And when I talked to Jack about the offers, prices, materials, designs, timings, etc., I was satisfied. Its really a dream kitchen. Jack did everything he said. and closely monitor the work Well see each other again when Im ready to remodel the bathroom.🙌

Unfortunately, I dealt with 3 prior construction companies before coming in contact with Jack and SBK Design and Construction. I was left with demo and destruction from prior companies. Jack came, was very thorough and professional, and finished the job of the whole house remodel in a few months. I will never use anybody else again.

Jack and his team recently refurbished our downstairs guest bathroom and our upstairs master bathroom. You could not have asked for a more professional team!They finished the 1st bathroom a week and a 1/2 ahead of schedule and the 2nd bathroom 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Jack was always available as we made changes and offered great suggestions.We would highly recommend SBK and were starting out 3rd bathroom in December.Thanks SBK!

Jack is so professional and is quick to respond to all my questions. He provides us wit everything we need to know about how the remodeling process will look like. His employee Ruben is very diligent when he was installing our cabinets and paid great attention to details such as our backsplash and appliances. My experience here went well and we love our new kitchen!
