2015-05-22 04:34:08They completely forgot about having promised a tech in a few days. I had to call back nearly two weeks later to find what the heck was going on. Then the boss said he didnt remember the issue I had spent 10-15 minutes originally telling him about. No effort at all to make it right. Clearly do not care about customer service or new clients.
